Horrible service! Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Seema is the lady up front which seems like she is in La la land the whole time. I paid for and 1hr of bowling and had to wait, she said we will call you when the lane is ready so we went to eat waited 45 min for our order and thats because I went to ask if our food was ready and there it was cold pizza that miss snoop dogg forgot to let us know it was ready. After no apology, she reheated it and I went back to talk to seema about our lane, then asked me why we were still waiting that there are lanes open. WTF I was never called, screen up top never had my name, that stupid square that lights up whenever its your turn NEVER LIT UP. all I got was a oh those things dont work all the time, and she kept going on about how Its not her fault instead of figuring out how to make things better. I was really boiling at this point. I wanted to leave but my kids were there to bowl so I stayed. Lane 10 messed up multiple times. Had to keep going back to ask Seema to reset the lane. I had no waiter the whole time, On a Thursday. By the third time I gave up, took my kids and LEFT! This place needs a major overhaul. Will NOT be going back.

This place is terrible, since it is a waste of time and money. I went with a dozen other friends and it was disappointing. The air hockey table didnt not work and waited for 10 minutes after telling an employee, I had to tell the employee for the second time to take a look. We finally get to playing and in 2 minutes we had to go as it was time for laser tag. After 1 1/2 hoursof waiting for bowling I ask the clerk if its ready he said "well I only put you for 1 not 2 lanes, my bad" after he checked that he put 2 earlier. So he told us to wait 15 more minutes for it to be ready and hell call us over. 30 minutes later I asked if it was ready, no apology. Even worse the last 13 minutes the bowling lane we played in, froze and they could not get some to fix it. No apology, we were not offered another lane, no refund or heck not even a partial refund, so we left. Terrible customer service and maintenance at this place. It is the first and last time I go here.

The actual WORST! This was the worst bowling experience ever! I would give 0 stars if possible.. we made a reservation online and were given a broken lane. We wasted a good chunk of our reserved time trying to get this corrected.. I made 3 requests (without people believing me) before they moved us. Management: It shouldnt matter how busy you *feel* you are, if people pay for a good or service they deserve the best. ***By the way, they said our time would be extended after all the shenanigans and, as expected, it wasnt. We had to ask!! Biggest waste of money ever. My husband at that point, after seeing how aggravated Id become, suggested we leave so we did. I will never return. Location: 2070 S Stemmons Fwy. Very good gaming options. Known for its bowling alley and pool table. Weve played pool extensively here and its amazing. The maintenance is really good. Folks at the counter are a little less responsive and in off-peak hours you need to go around to find them. The price is quite high - for both, pool and bowling - and if youre not in a large group, its not so much affordable. However, for pool, its free at specific times from Sunday to Thursday, so thats a great deal. The air hockey is great. There are many other games, which we werent familiar with. The video games, a little inside, are pretty good, although some of them lack clear instructions. Overall, a nice place to hang around and have some fun time with your friends.

Fun even though they are still renovating... The new restaurant area and bar has been improved. A bit confusing about how to order food... Servers passed by and didnt ask if we were ready to order. Mine was a small party for my daughter... About 10 kids and 6 adults. We ended buying some pizzas and brought them back to our table by ourselves. By the time one lady server approached we just order some staff. She was nice but even though there were more wait staff nobody help her. She had a big area to cover. All in all better experience than past visits. I was lucky bowling lanes werent crowded. A bit expensive on weekend hours... $35 /hour plus shoes...

We visited this location back in December. We went to play laser tag and set a purse where we were told to. During the game, money was stolen out of it by players that joined the game late. Some of the people I was there with knew what they looked like and we saw them around several times. They seemed to know many of the employees and were hanging out in the back with staff. When the police showed up they directed them away from us and we never got to talk to them. No one really offered to help or seemed to care very much. We contacted corporate and never heard back. It was a disappointing experience and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Look for another place if you want a good time and good service. Every time we go we have horrible drink/food service while bowling. It takes forever to get a server to come over, then we are lucky if they remember our order and bring it correctly. Then it takes forever to track the server down to pay the bill so we can leave. Im not just basing this off of one experience. This happened twice in the space of two weeks. The computer often fell out of sync with the actual bowling lane, not counting our 2nd ball on the screen, but resetting all the pins in the lane. I have had nothing but unfortunate experiences at this location.

This place is amazing from the staff to the food. I went here today and lost my fun card the manager on duty a great African American guy named Bryan really was amazing . He immediately handled the situation professionally he got me another card and was attentive to the issue and highly responsive . His customer service skills were great and he did not disappoint. Another great person was a staff member young kid named Mohan he helped me and my son when the game got stuck and he was very nice and helpful when it was time to cash in the tokens . I really like this main event and the services

This establishment is fun. A little on the pricey side when it comes to arcade games and food. The food does take awhile to come out, but when it does it is hot. (Thats a good thing). The place is fun, the atmosphere is inviting. The staff . . . Could be more inviting or friendly I guess. They never acknowledged any one in our party except our server when it was time for food but thats probably because its her job. There is something for the whole family. Bowling, laser tag, arcade gamea, photo booths, billards, and great food. Overall this visit was great. We go here often and will return.
