I would rate a Big fat ZERO if I could! Horrible experience!! We were looking for some family fun locally and decided to try it out!! The man at the front told me there were only 3 lanes available. I saw a family bringing their shoes up and told him that they were about to leave. He looks at me and tells me that they were not leaving because they just started. We leave and as Im loading my kids in the car I see that same family loading into their car. I walk back in and tell him that I saw them leave and the old man told me that the couple behind me got the lane. Soooo.. another family is leaving.. I ask her if they are leaving she tells me yes. So I ask to take their lanes and the old man tells me that he would rather I not take both lanes since he does not have many available!!!!! WHY is this place still open?? Why is this man still working there?? Must be the owner. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. There was nothing different from me and the other two families except the color of our skin and I would hate to think that is the reason!!! Horrible horrible horrible!! Do not go!

Hilltop is by far the best bowling alley weve ever been to! We have 4 kids ranging in age from 10 to 18 and it is our favorite family hangout. Every single member of the staff loves bowling and makes it their goal to make sure that their patrons enjoy themselves and have a great experience. We feel so comfortable and welcome at Hilltop that we recently joined their summer league. The Pro Shop has been fantastic in helping me find and use the right equipment for me with the focus being on just what I need to help me enjoy it more, not getting me to spend more money that I have to. The snack bar staff has been so kind and friendly and even provided a ziplock bag of ice for one of my children who had a headache! All of the people who work the front counter have gotten to know our family and give us tips on what we can do to improve and encourage and support our love for this sport! Bottom line...Hilltop Lanes in Waxahachie is a wonderful family hangout with caring staff members. It has become our home away from home!

Was visiting Dallas and me and my family were looking for a place to bowl we probably wont ever go back everyone there was great except for this one old rascist white man i saw how he tread the white people he was smiling talking to them and wanting to help them when we walked up there he didnt want to speak to us he was rude and i almost gave in and went off on him but the other man came over there and assessed the situation before it could escalate. The bar staff was nice but the old man ruined the experience for us he wouldnt help us with our lane like he did the others but you can clearly tell hes rascist and hes not trying to hide it he may was well wear a sign.... all i can say is get with the times black people bowl too and we have money just as good as our fellows with lighter skin complexities

Ive bowled league here for a few years now and its one of the best bowling alleys Ive been to. If youre a serious bowler, the lane conditions are very consistent, the lanes are leveled properly, and its got a good atmosphere to help you relax and bowl your best(Bowled my best game and series there). If youre just looking for a place to go to have fun then its a great place to go and goof off for a while. Good snack bar, pool tables ready to go, and friendly service. I highly recommend going.

Went with my husband and 2 kids... My kids are signed up for "kids bowl free" well all last year they just looked at my phone...for some reason they now want a printed off email! Guess what some people dont have computers and printers! So because of that we had to pay full price! And that smart ass little kid and that old man are VERY rude!!!

Horrible, Horrible experience. The owner yelled at our children and accused them of tearing up his establishment after they got balls stuck on the lane. He was extremely rude and offered the poorest service ever!! Wouldnt recommend this place, and we will never be back here!

Horrible experience the workers are old people that racist its a new decade and theyre living in the past I will for sure contact corporate and file a report Im not the only person thats dealt with this Ive heard it from so many other people and they are very rude!!!

Nice place! We had a lot of fun here, very family friendly and good prices, the snack bar has many things to eat, ok priced. The outside looks old but inside is good :) restrooms were clean (Im always looking at the restrooms.. Lol) music and lighting good

Its a cozy small town bowling alley. Only 16 lanes, but they are in good condition, with electronic scoring. Rental shoes seem fairly new, and plenty of house balls to choose from. We didnt get food from the grill, but saw many people there doing so.

We recently had a birthday party there and everyone couldnt have been nicer, and it was a really busy day for them. They still took time to make my child feel special. Weve gone back to bowl since, and we never had any problems.

Ive been to this place a number of times in the 16 years weve lived in Midlothian. But, the current ownership has really made this a fun place to be as it is clean and "homey." Great service and fun times at a reasonable price.

Pretty expensive. I was shocked at our bill. We go to the bowling alley in Duncanville which has a very similar feel, a family ownership and quite clean with great food choices and pricing.

Great family fun. The lanes are in great shape and the computer scoring is wonderful. The kids always love coming here and its a cheap thrill for a couple hours with the family.

This place practices shotty bessnes with no regard to the customer i will never go here agen
