After living here for two years we had to move because they were upgrading apartments and ours needed the upgrade. We elected to stay with Paseo Park and move to a different apartment. 2 months prior to lease expiration, we worked with an office staff member to select a new apartment. Part of the criteria we looked for was to be able to continue having Dish Network satellite service. We turned down several apartments because they were unable to line up with Dishs satellite. After we signed a new lease we found out Paseo Park no longer allows satellite dishes to be attached to the building claiming they had sent out a notice 2 months prior. We were never notified. Had we been we would have moved to another complex. Since moving in, weve found the "upgrades" to be a new refrigerator, stove, microwave and flooring (which are nice). The "new" cupboards are not new; theyve simply been refaced. The "new" countertops and bathtub tiles are not new, theyve simply been painted over and the paint is peeling in one of the bathrooms. The new light fixtures and fans are nice with the exception of the kitchen where they installed tiny, mini spots. The kitchen is so dark its ridiculous. The phone jack in the bedroom we use as an office is dead. Weve been waiting 2 days to get it fixed. Since we have a pet, we have to take off work to wait for maintenance.I just checked with the office and was told they are short staffed and they didnt know when they would get to it. That was after telling us someone would be out Monday between 1:30 and 5:30. No one showed. We called Tuesday morning and were told someone would be here in the next 2 hours. That was 6 hours ago and are still waiting. To say we are extremely dissatisfied would be a gross understatement of facts. My recommendation would be not to move in here. We had 2, primarily, hassle free years. It has now turned into a nightmare of epic proportions.

Beautiful park during the winter into spring. Once there is moisture though beware of the reeds and the mosquitoes here. Disc golf fans especially since you will have to walk through the all the foliage.

Great park lots of room for fun. Many Cabanas and BBQs. Water fun spouts for young children. Can reserve large Cabanas for bday parties etc. Lots of parking baseball field. Well maintained.

One of my favorite disc golf courses. Hardly needed a map at all, grass was gernally short enough to make finding discs easy and great for practicing those long drives.

Really nice Park if you like lots of space, this park goes on for several miles, not much except a trail and endless seas of grass, my dog LOVE it!!
