The theater and staff are both amazing. The normal theaters have nice chairs and loads of room for a taller man like myself who is 65. However their Imax is complete trash. They havent updated it like all the main theaters and it has older chairs that are much more compact. I kept getting my knees and legs smashed by the couple in front of me. This leads me to the two star review. A few weeks ago they only had showings list for a movie I wanted to see in the morning for Imax. I emailed them before the release day of the movie asking if they planned to add anymore normal theater showings. I was told they would think about it. Two days before the movie, I check their website again and no new listed times. I bite the bullet and buy two Imax tickets (this was a b-day present for my brother). When I arrive at the theater come to find out they had since added two more early morning showings. Seeing how I made a point asking about this, left them with both my E-mail and my phone number I would have expected I might have been told of these new showings. I then emailed them again asking why these two new showings werent listed on their website just days before opening and I havent gotten an email or call in over two weeks. Dont get me wrong this movie theater is great, but they dont seem to care much if someone is having a problem. I guess its more my fault trusting them and pre-ordering my tickets. Next time Ill make sure to wait for release day and hope all the seats arent taken.

The only real reason why I am even writing a review for this theater is because of the stupidity of other reviews. I mean, its obvious that this place has assigned seating so complaining because you are upset that you had to sit two rows behind your wife or friend is completely your problem if you bought the tickets the same night that batman vs superman came out. Use your head. One person claims to have driven 2 hours to come to this theater.... why? There are 3 other theaters in Omaha that even serve dinner to you during the movie. Great thinking man! Now that this rant is over, the theater has changed since I use to work there a while back. Rather than being so uptight with cleaning and always having smiles on, they over work their employees with minimum wage and barely if any overtime pay due to it being in the "entertainment business". Even then we made sure every theater, hallway, bathroom, & parking lot was spotless. Now I go back and bathrooms are messy, people dont have smiles on, the theaters are terrible, and the hallways are sub-par. Being 19 years of age, i havent been able to try one of the many of the over priced alcohol. All in all, the movies are still great though and the recliners are cozy. The ticket system is great because I can buy a ticket off Fandango, and get my tickets from a kiosk just by sliding my card. Its not all so bad, but dealing with complaining people is much worse. Thanks all =D

Super nice theatre, clean, beautiful lobby set up, great movie selection and variety of times. Only complaints I have is that we were quite disappointed when we realized the IMAX didnt have the newer reclining seats (thought that would be so awesome to be reclined at IMAX with the size of the screen and 3-D effect). One would think with the significant increased cost for IMAX, they could afford nicer seating. One you have sat in the reclining love seats, it just feels like a total downgrade sitting on anything else. And the other thing is: as others have pointed out, the heat is ridiculously high at times. If we dont sit in row D or lower, we r just roasting and too uncomfortable to enjoy the movie. It would be nice to be a little chilly rather than hot... Since they have the loves seats to snuggle up on with your family. The reserved seating can be an inconvenience but Im getting use to it and it is needed. With less seating now, they want to fill it up to be coat effective. If u didnt have reserved seating, people would spread out leaving open seats between them, creating less spots with more than one seat available. So the latter crowd would have to split up, even when there should be plenty of room. Therefore I Love the reserved seats and I am grateful for it.

Well me and my nine year oldson went to see boss baby we got our tickets our popcorn and soda went to the theatre and just as the movie was starting an usher came to us and explained we were in the wrong seats. When the woman asked where we wanted to sit i told her in the upper back and pointed to the two seats available in that section. Well she sold us two tickets in seats not even by each other. Who does that whem its a child and parent? So not inly did we get pulled out of a movie that he was very excited to go see butthen we had to throw our popcorn and sodas away due to the fact we were on a motorcyle and couldnt carry it. So $40 down the drain and one very hurt little boy because hehadbeen looking forward to going a day. They couldnt issue us a refund because their registers wont allow it after a show starts. So they ga e us to re admit passes. What if i dont want to come back? I mean u just pulled us out of a theatre right as the movie started nearly bringing my sons whole world down. It wasnt our fault it was theirs. They had no sympathy amd didnt even apologize for there error!

dislike the scheduled seating, I mean isnt half the fun of going to the movies finding the seats with your friends ?? there was a time i went with friends and I had to sit alone away from my group because the seats were scheduled with other people. That took the fun out of it foe me. If the company is so set on scheduled seating at least have the seats filled in order from first seat to the last seat filling them up accordingly when you have guests/ customers just pick where ever they want it makes the number of seats left very few between other groups, you cant fit a group of five when there are only four seats in between other groups. if there needs to be regulated seating for some stupid reason at least do it right. p.s everything is a little overpriced, i understand upping prices to cover the losses for the maintenance and the lovely new things that are added to the theater but its popcorn that is being sold and snacks, part of making money in a business is spending money and if the prices have to be jumped that high perhaps it wasnt time to add those things to the theater

By far the worst experience that I have ever had at any entertainment venue. Had a sitter planned for over a month, purchased tickets 2 weeks in advance...arrived early for 7:oo showing and was unable to get a seat. 9 months pregnant people saving seats for individuals who had not arrived. Management was less than helpful assisting me with finding a seat. offered later showing--not able due to seats sold out. Stated that our showing was "overbooked". refund given. I left very disappointed. I will not return to such a place where management would not assist people in finding seats that had alreday purchased tickets and would not encourage other customers to make room for people who had already paid. We were one of many couples to leave. As a parent, getting date night is a miracle, getting date night while 9 months pregnant is nearly impossible. Ruined by poor management
