My husband, daughter, and I went to see a movie on a Friday night. Our daughter sat between us and fidgeted the whole movie. When it was over, I asked her what was the problem and she told us her seat had been broken or loose so every time she moved in the slightest way the entire thing would shift or shake & that it wasnt her. We were still in the theater so my husband ran down to our seats and confirmed that the seat seemed to be missing bolts and would shift at the lightest touch. I let the manager know and he graciously gave each of us a free movie pass, a great customer service move. That would have been awesome but when we tried to use them recently, the cashier at the window wouldnt accept them and said they looked "homemade". They were just cardstock obviously made with a printer and laminated. One was a different size than the others but these are what we were given! The worst thing was that it was a tight week money wise and we didnt have the money for tickets since their prices have gone as high as bigger cities. So it turned two movie nights to bad memories!

Love having Crockett Cinemas in my hometown. The renovations they did in recent years have been great. No, its not iMax - but the screens are just the right size for me, clear picture, good audio, and comfortable seating. The snack bar, like most theaters, have a substantial mark-up, but not comparable to what youd see in larger theaters. You can afford to take your family out to the movies here without spending half of your paycheck.

Rude employees. Overpriced food and drinks at a far less value as compared to other establishments. For instance, they charge the same price for an "extra large" 32 oz as other establishments charge for 44 Oz drinks. The screens are tiny and the seating sparce. This place is in no way recommended. This family cares not for the viewing experience,just the money in your wallets. Drive elsewhere abs better spend your cash.

Comfortable, four screen theater showing new release films. Recently redone with new high back seating. The theater was clean the projection was good. We had a little trouble with hearing all the words from our film, Deep Horizon, but there was a lot of action and background noise to the film which might have been the cause.

The price is right. Much less expensive than the chain cinemas. It is usually not very crowded either. Nice for a small town. If you want the extra big chairs and super sound though, you should probably pay more and drive to a chain. But 9 times out of 10 I would rather go here.

Great staff, reasonable prices for a movie theater, clean and tidy. The only cinema that I have seen that offers free screenings during summer months; not just for children either. No purchase required. Every week is a different freebie at 11am daily.

"Its a movie theatre" is about all I can say about it. Small, clean, and will play a film without a problem, but doesnt have any of the bells and whistles of a larger, richer theatre. Food is not great but good enough.

Nice and friendly locally owned cinema. Very clean, great tasting popcorn, awesome seating and digital (3d) screens. Love going here--will take my kids there tomorrow to see the new Spongebob movie.
