Ive never had a good experience at a Tin Roof in any city, and Cincinnati doesnt disappoint. The bouncers are incompetent jerks as usual. At this particular location, they stamped both of my hands on entry, and did not stamp either of my friends hands. When she stepped out of the bar for a conversation, she wasnt allowed back in because she didnt have a stamp on her hand. The bouncers insisted she show her identification and pay the cover again, which she could not do because she had left her purse and wallet inside the bar. They would not even allow her to go get it and show it to them. Luckily a friend still inside the bar was able to be called and bring it out, but the staff at Tin Roof are certainly no friend to their clients. Also at this bar, a strange and huge man harassed me in the bathroom, yelling at me, intimidating me, trying to get me to fight, and ultimately spitting directly in my face and eye. Although this isnt directly the fault of Tin Roof per se, it does show an example of the type of disgusting and dangerous trash who patronize these establishments.

This place sucks...my husband is a veteran we went to celebrate memorial day weekend and for taste of Cincinnati...one of the waiters asked us to move off the patio as soon as we were done with our cigarette cause they were closing it...We said sure. Not even a minute later this jack ass prick bouncer came over to my husband and slapped his drink out of his hand..yelling at him that we were told to get off the patio and kicked us out...the guys was dissrespectful, rude and not to mention that the band didnt mention a single shout out to the military until people started going up to the stage and telling them they needed too...complete trash!!!

My girlfriend and I came in the front and were told to sit wherever you want. We stood beside a table that needed to be cleaned. We waited for about 4 to 6 minutes and not one staff member came by to either say "hi" or that they would be back to clean the table. I only noticed roughly 4 staff members on the floor. Its a Saturday of Fathers Day Weekend PLUS the unveiling of Pete Rose Statue in an hour, probably should be over staffed for such a weekend with 40,000++ fans do into this game today. We were looking forward to having a cocktail and some tacos before the game, but very disappointed in the lack of service.

Probably never going here again. The band was a cover band with the music up so loud that you couldnt hear the person next to you even when you were yelling at them. Live bands arent supposed to be acting like its a concert for them, they are supposed to be just like background music. Not saying it shouldnt be loud but you should be able to have a conversation with the person next to you. Also the DD got kicked out for throwing up once in the trash can because his stomach was messed up from food he ate, and he was on the same 1 beer for 2 hours.

Based just on the bar aspect, theres nothing special here. Theyve got alcohol at reasonable prices for the area and regular live music. The crowds that come here are mostly young and in the area for sporting events. I didnt bother to have food here and that seems to be the status quo. Its a pretty good time and probably a worthwhile stop during a crawl.

Way, way too loud. I could hardly hear the person next to me and I wasnt even near the stage. Plus, if youre serving beer in a plastic cup, maybe dont charge $6 for it... A better spot for better music would be Howl at the Moon around the block.

I really enjoyed hanging out here as the ball game let out. We love to people-watch, so that made this awesome place to drink a few beers and check out the locals! Good beer and drink selection. I recommend getting the big plastic cup!

This place was better back when they had build your own nachos and a larger menu but the prices are not bad and the location is good. Wish they would at least bring back the gigantic custom nachos.

I got sick off of the food, the server did not write down our order which we had 8 people at our table. The food came out and 4 orders were wrong. It is an easy fix if you just write things down.

Saturday night the mens room was a flowing river of urine - pretty gross. Otherwise this place has good music and two bars. This is a 21-22 year olds ideal spot at the banks.

Delicious food and a fun easygoing environment. Great place to grab a few drinks and watch the game or listen to live music. Its even walking distance from both stadiums!

I have tried a couple of times to like this place. Unfortunately like most of the spots near the stadium, it is mediocre. Tried both lunch and dinner with same result.

Ordered lunch via order up. They offer a taco salad with no taco meat for 9 bucks and dont send the dressing?!?! Food is so over priced. Fake mexican food.

Had a work party there, nice little place, but we were the only ones there. Really great party food. Little burgers, chicken and waffles, were excellent.

Their Trivia Night host is outstanding. Shame he was moving to Florida. Food was average bar food at best. Fun environment to hang out with friends.

We always go here before Reds games. Its a good spot with big beers and despite how crowded it gets you always get good service.

Had live music, great band! No cover charge on a Saturday night. A bottle of beer was $4.00 which is not unreasonable.
