Last night, I had misplaced my keys during a movie and ice cream date. Returning to the theater in search of them, my date and I requested to look inside the theater, but were informed that there was currently a movie playing and could not interrupt the screening. With a little persuasion by my awesome date, the manager kindly and quickly searched where we were sitting, but was unable to find them. Luckily, we found them in the parking lot and notified the ticket sales attendant to tell the manager (who was Mr. Miller, I believe) that we appreciated his efforts. Unfortunately, the message never got to him, because I had received a voicemail that after the last screening was over, he scoured the whole theater in attempt to recover them. Props go out to the manager who cared enough to help us find my keys. No props to the ticket kid who gave us attitude, then did not deliver the message to the helpful manager. Also, Trainwreck was hilarious.

New updates are great! The reclining seats and larger size offer far more comfort than the old theatre. You dont feel packed in like sardines anymore. The XD theatre makes the movie experience more enjoyable with surround sound and a better quality picture. The only downside to an up to date movie experience is of course, the prices to offset the cost of said updates. The concession prices are not what I would call either reasonable or comparative to other places, nor the ticket prices. I do like that you have to select seats now and the online ticket buying is great. If youre looking for a good bargain, this isnt the place for you. If youre looking for a state of the art, stellar movie viewing that is comfortable - this is the place to be. If you dont mind paying, I would highly recommend.

I had some things I liked about this place and some not so much. When it came to buying my tickets online, I picked seats for two and they gave me seats no where near each other. If you didnt know, this movie theater has reserved seating. Anyway, when I got to the movie theater, one of the gentleman that worked there told me that once the movie starts we could go to whatever seat. So, I go into the movie theater and the seats that I did have were both taken from other people. My boyfriend and I finally found a spot, so we couldnt complain too much. Another thing that I wasnt fond of was when I got my food, the cashier was rude and seemed annoyed that I was standing there.

Having not visited this theater in a year or so, we didnt realize ahead of time that it is now all reserved seating. We arrived about 40 minutes prior to our show and could only get front row (This was for 7 and 10pm showings on a Saturday). We decided to try it out...but quickly realized it was a mistake. The front row (at least in our theater) was UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE. We asked for a refund, and they were very kind and refunded it. The theater did seem very nice, good concession selection, and the employees were patient (it seems the reserved seating is relatively new and throws many people off). I think we will return but definitely buy tickets in advance!!!

I have never experienced a person so rude until I encountered the little white haired girl at the ticket counter. I came to ohio on vacation from Florida and chose to go to this movie theater over another in the area for a birthday treat. Upon arrival I immediately regretted my decision. The girl at the ticket counter was rude and disrespectful, when someone asks for a military discount and you do NOT honor it, a simple NO would suffice but the girl rudely said they dont honor ANY discounts and looked at us like we were stupid . I will never go back to that establishment. Oh, I almost forgot, our popcorn had hair in it also..gross!

I agree with everything that everyone else has already mentioned;. the cleanliness, the amazing staff and good movie selection make it a good place to go. But what really puts it over the top is the chairs they recently put in the XD rooms. These recliners will make you feel like you are laying on a cloud with your feet all propped up and your family sized tub of popcorn on your lap. Now, the recliners on their own are amazing, but add in the fact that there is enough room for people to walk even when the chair is in its reclined position and it is heaven. Nice job, Tinseltown. Youve officially ruined the other theaters for me.

I love this theatre. They have newly renovated all of the theaters to incorporate comfortable, motorized reclining chairs. Their prices for tickets and concessions are consistently lower than those found at regal. Tip: if you intend to frequent this movie theatre and that of movies 10 I would highly recommend investing in the reusable cup and popcorn bucket, I believe it is only $3.50 to refill and you save over $2 every time - if you go more than once, this saving definitely adds up!

This is a large theater with many screens including an XD theater. The "Luxury Lounger" seats are electronically reclining and very comfortable, with plenty of leg room. Seats are reserved, so if you plan on going with a group, it is a good idea to buy tickets together in advance so that there are no complications with seating. There is also a Tuesday discount on movie tickets that makes this theater a staple of my monthly entertainment venues.

Ive never really been a fan of movie theaters, but I may have a new love for them. Power recline seats, massive amount of leg room, and assigned seating are all great reasons to fall back in love with going to this place. A word if advice would be to book your movie in advance online so that you can pick a good seat. Also get there early if you arent the kind of person that likes asking people to get out of your seat.

I was recently there at Tinseltown and I forgot my I.D. well Im 19 years old and the manager came out to talk to me. First, he cut me off and wouldnt let me talk. Second, he called me a liar. Third, he mocked me. I could not believe what I was experiencing. I got in my car and cried because he was so rude to me. I will never go there ever again. The manager was very disrespectful to me and hurtful.

I went to go see the movie It, and your policy is you must be 17 to watch. I am 17 and I do not drive so I have no form of ID so I could not get in. Beside bringing in a birth certificate in they said they wouldnt let me in. I do not carry around my birth certificate. Your guys policy is dumb and faltered in so many ways. What you want a call from my mommy saying Im allowed to watch a spooky movie???

This is the first place i have ever seen recliners in a theater! Love seeing movies here! The only issue i have had is if you buy your tickets online, there have been a couple instances where we bought seats and some else had the been given the same ones... somehow their system allows double booking i guess. While the seats are spacious and comfy, im not sharing a recliner with strangers.
