For those whom are just starting out, like open fairways, and want a quick 9 hole round, this course is for you. For everyone else, its mediocre. *** THE GOOD *** IN GREAT SHAPE - This was the first time I played this course, however, Ive driven by it several times. It always looks immaculate, even we are going through a drought or a flood, it seems like its in tip-top shape. The grounds crew should be proud. *** THE NEUTRAL **** GIANT GREENS - If youre looking to boost your green in regulation stats, youll be happy here. Several greens are well over 30+ yards in diameter and with lots of undulation, youre staring down several three putts before the round is over. AMENITIES - Two practice greens, but no driving range. A decent pro shop and a small place to eat inside. Nice, but nothing terribly fancy. *** THE BAD *** GIANT GAP IN TEE YARDAGES - Despite having red, yellow, white, blue, and black tees, theres a noticeable gap near the average yardage for golfers... You go from 5,700 yards (white tees) to over 6,500 (blue tees). So, unless you change up from hole to hole, your either going to have holes that are a bit too hard or too easy. Thus, itd probably be very good for those starting out or those whom are big hitters. UNMEMORABLE - Back and forth... mostly straight... only a handful of major hazards.... mostly open. Nothing really fancy or unique or even challenging... Thus, I doubt Ill remember much months or even weeks from now. *** THE UGLY *** HIGH PRICES - While they do have special for early birds (pre 7AM) or evening duffers, the prices are just a bit too unreasonable for a 9 hole course. $36 for 9 holes on a Sunday morning, $51 to go around twice... yikes. Again, be sure you check the rates before your go unless you want to spend some good $$$ *** THE BOTTOM LINE *** If you live in southern NH or passing by the Derry area, youll likely get the urge to at least place this course once. I suggest you do to try it out. Maybe youll like it more that I did, but odds are, youll either find it too pricey, too easy (or too long based on your tee selection), or just wishing you had 9 more unique holes.

We just played this course while I was checking out an apartment. Its by far the best kept course weve played, greens are challenging and fast, and even the fairways are challenging. I think its an outstanding price for the quality. ($58 for two people with cart) No im not an employee...I live in Ma.

Such a wonderful course. Staff in pro shop and bar & grill are friendly, accomidating and helpful. Maintenance does a great job on keep the greens and fairways well manicured. This course is challenging but fun to play. Plus the food is great at the grill!
