Inside: Huge, beautiful sparklingly clean gym with an open floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of natural bright light beaming in from giant windows that overlook the outdoor track and field. Why I love it: I attended physical therapy (Justin is awesome!) and the work they have done on my back and ribs (caused by a serious case of whooping cough) gave me the ability to get all the way up to Mesa Verde on fairly harsh winter hike in Colorado, this past December. This is something I would have never been able to do without their help. Everyone there is compassionate, kind and thoughtful from the Front Desk to all of the PTs. Working out: The workout room has quite the variety of strength, cardio and specialty equipment. There are all sorts of private schools, local groups and teams that come in, but thanks to the size and layout there is hardly any distraction at all. It is a comfortable place to workout and, even if you are not into sports, the therapists will definitely win you over with their creative exercises. Issues: They have the WORST billing department of all time ever. Imagine a never ending string of bills with different account numbers (a new account number is issued for EVERY visit, so they are impossible to track... that arrive out of sequence and months after your appointment. Reaching them via phone, what a mess, 2-3 hours of lost time. When you do talk to them it is actually rather disconcerting and feels like someone in management is doing something on the sly. Why so many account numbers and different departments... who knows... its pure mass confusion. So bottom line, playing with my money and time.. thats a deal breaker and a sure fire way to lose my business, which they did.

Awesome experience. Its one, youll remember for the rest, of your life. You will indulge in great food, great conversations, great fellowship, and have an opportunity to get autographs from and pictures taken with some, of your favorite players and the NFLs sweetest cheerleaders, resulting in a "Fan"tastic experience! Itll have you singing, "Hail" to the Redskins, while feeling like youre in "Heaven"! So you gotta go, even if you have to go solo!

We went to the 8 August Training Camp event. It was raining and that didnt bother me one bit. However, the staff were not prepared. They had the same entry and exit, the traffic flow was very poorly managed. It resulted in patrons opening gates themselves just to get through. The event coordination staff need to review their event flow. It was extremely poor and resulted in hundreds of patrons leaving with a bad experience.

Today I give it a 10. We had an excellent time at the Bon Secours Stadium Redskins Appreciation Day. It was great!! Im looking forward to the next time we go to a Redskins function It was all good! I invite anyone to go, you ll meet and get your spirit filled with some great God fearing people, have great conversation and get your belly filled with some good food too.

Unwanted and unwarranted. Terrible to see RVA having to pay Washington for this place. They get volunteers to work at the place for free, perpetuating the "non-profit" NFL that benefits Dan Snyder only. This place sits dormant for 46 weeks out of the year so the crappy redskins can practice grab ass for the other 6.

This is the perfect place to come see the team practice, get official gear and grab a few autographs when training camp is happening. Lots of other venues close-by, museums, fine dining, concerts, Flying Squirrels Baseball and so much more just blocks away in historic and beautiful downtown Richmond. #HTTR

State of the art facility for a professional team to get their practices in. It is also set up well so that large crowds dont have to sit in uncomfortable benches. NFL play 60 gives something for the kids to occupy time if die hard Skins fans who may want to stay all day.

Free entrance to watch pre-season training. It was amazing, the team works at a high pace and goes from one drill to another. If you are a skins fan stick around after practice as sometimes players will sign items...

If you are a Redskins fan, its worth the trip. Really nice facility in a good location with decent parking. Everything is super expensive, though, so be prepared. No shade and in the Richmond heat, it gets brutal.
