We paid extra online to reserve seats, got to the theater and kiosks were having "technical issues" so had to have someone at the theater print them out. Sat in our reserved seats (about 20 mins early), then another family comes in (right when the movie starts) to tell us we had their seats. We told the guy who printed our tickets that our seats must of messed up when they had technical issues, the employee told us we must of just did something wrong ourselves when reserving the seats. Remind you I am very picky about seating and made sure they were the correct seats. So the employee basically told us it was our fault and we were stuck in the 2nd row toward the front. Nobody can comfortably see the screen from the front two rows! We easily spent over $100 for tickets and stale pop corn. Was suppose to be for a good time out and felt like I completely wasted my money. Horrible first experience. They could of at least refunded my money I paid extra for reserving the seats. I will never go to this theater again and will never recommend to anyone.

We love this place. I like that they have a loyalty program so I can build up points to get free stuff. Its awesome that every chair is a cushioned recliner. I also love that at the butter/salt stations they have those little plastic cups with lids so that I can bring some extra butter into the theatre. You know how it is. You pump some extra butter over your popcorn but really only gets the top section. With those little cups I can pour some extra on there without having to leave the movie. Moreover, I love that you get free refills on all sizes of soda. I can buy a small and save money that way. Oh oh oh... Lol... I also love that you can buy your movie tickets right at the concession stand when Im ordering my popcorn and other goodies. Annnd, I have never once walked on a sticky theatre floor which tells me they actually clean and mop the floors which is great. Okay, so, as you can see I absolutely LOVE this place. I highly recommend it to anyone.

terrible, just terrible. Worst movie theater I ever been too. So I been wanting to see Deadpool for a few months now.... and without any hesitation I got my tickets. apparently you have to be 17 to see rated R movies. it must be some new law or something because what movie theater in America doesnt allow people under 17 to watch a movie? So she asked for my I.D. and of course I didnt have it because I didnt think it would matter. Then I payed and got my ticket. As we were about to get our drinks she chased us down and said you guys cant watch it unless you have your I.D. So then we had to get the manager and get our refund. I guarantee if you go to any other movie theater they wont care. They really need to change that law.... because just about every kid in America plays GTA at the age of like 6 now a days.

Love this theater! All the seats are leather, power recliners, do you can choose your comfort level. I love that I can buy my tickets online and in advance, and I pick my seats when I purchase the tickets. No more rushing to get a good seat! Its clean, the screens are huge, and the sound system is excellent. Their concessions are high, but so are most theaters, so no stars removed. The only thing I dont like is that you can purchase tickets at the concession stand, so if you bought yours online and only need popcorn or drinks, you might still wait while the person in front of you tries to decide which seats they want for their movie. It would be nice if one or two lines were designated just for concessions, in order to speed things up.

Thisn was my first visit here. Went to see My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 @ 11:50 on 3/31 (theater 8). The movie theater itself is beautiful. I really enjoyed the look and feel of the theater. Staff was pretty personable.Really nice, new screens to purchase tickets. I am rating it low because I think they need to work on a few things. 1) the Popcorn was over-done (burnt, dry taste). 2) we ordered 3 hot dogs--all cold and stale hot dog buns. 3) theater was not very clean. Popcorn grease on seats and popcorn in cup holders. 4) lights on in theater into the opening credits of the film. I will revisit. The pricing is definitely fair in comparison to other theaters, but they need some work on their concessions and theater functions.

Ive been there twice. Everything was pretty smooth the first weekend. However, the next weekend I had to stand in line forever before they brought more than one person out to sell tickets. Also, I dont like that they give you un-buttered popcorn that you are supposed to butter yourself. How do you get butter on all the popcorn when you can only put in on the top? Also, you stand in line for a ticket, then for concessions, then to fill your soda cup, then to butter your popcorn. I dont have that many hands and the counter space is limited so it is difficult to set your popcorn down while you fill your drink and vice versa. That being said, it is overall a nice theatre. Great chairs!

Amazing concept for a movie theater! Huge reclining seats with surround sound bars behind each headrest. Great staff, theyre friendly and always working quickly. Their grill options are surprisingly good and the bartenders pour on the heavy side. Theaters are always very clean and reserved seating ensures you can pick your preferred experience ahead of time. Only drawbacks are inconsistent temperatures inside the theaters (bring a sweatshirt just in case!!) and some sound/lighting issues in some of the smaller theaters (overhead lights not always properly dimmed, anoying vibrations from broken or mis-calibrated speakers).

You have to purchase your tickets at kiosks inside.. but then there wasnt anyone taking tickets? I saw Annabelle and 15 minutes into the movie a slumber party of 14 year olds must have snuck in (I know what youre thinking.. but how did they sneak past the kiosks?) Long story short these kids ruined our the entire movie for my boyfriend, his mom and myself.. the worst part is that there was seemingly no members of management in the place to even speak to about it. Total bummer, oh and my 4 dollar hotdog tasted like it was 3 days old so next time I have the chance to see a movie here Ill probably pass.

This theater is amazing. From the staff, to the screens, from the food to the unlimited soda fountain, this is my families go-to theater. All of the theaters have reclining seats, and they are all assigned seating, which is great for pre-ordering your tickets. Just order online, and pick them up at one of their kiosks or counters. Assigned seating is especially convenient for big title releases. No more getting to the theater hours in advance to get in line for a good seat. Just pre-order your tickets, and show up for the movie. Easy-peasy, fast, simple, convenient, and friendly! 100% recommended!

I purchased gift certificates for B&B and went to their website to redeem them. After much searching could find noway to do so and then tried to call the theater to get directions on redeeming them, but could not get anyone to answer. Finally, just used a credit card to make the ticket purchase. After inquiring, I was informed by both the theater manager and district manager that gift certificates cannot be redeemed on their website (they need to make a statement to that effect on their payment page) and that they do not answer their phones (so dont waste your time trying).
