My family and I have been to this theater twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times we have been there, we stood at the concession counter (no line) 40 minutes the first time, we missed the first half hour of our movie. We brought it to the managers attention. They told us we could catch the next showing which was 4 hours after our movie. We ended up watching another movie after waiting over an hour for that one to start. By the time the movie started, our cold drinks were warm, ice melted in our sodas and hot snacks were cold and pretzels/cheese rubbery. The second time we went there, we waited at the concession stand for our snacks (no line) for the same amount of time 40-45 minutes. We missed the first part of our movie. AGAIN! Same experience with or snacks. Brought it to the manager, he apologized and that was it. -Horrible, horrible customer service. The children working at the concession stand need some people skills; social skills wouldnt hurt either. Quality of the audio, screens and theater were amazing though.

My children and i are frequent visitors which is why i have a cinemaworld card which gives me free tix and free popcorns and $1 off your concession purchase. Well tonight i visited to see Bfg with my 10 & 8 yr old i was planning on using my 2 free tix i was told when i visited to see alice through the looking glass i could use them on my next visit as long as the movie been in theater for 10+ days. Well tonight i was told it had to be 2 weeks which i was shy of by 2 days movie came out july 1st today is july 12th. Keep in mind im a frequent visitor anyway they didnt care that i was mislead the last visit and has the ordasity to charge me $25 2 adult tix 1 child it was me and my 2 kids absolutely infuriated with the visit also missed 10min of movie because concession stand has 10 people behind counter but 2 registers open and the lines moved super slow.

Ive been going to the cinemaworld in Lincoln for years now and Ive encountered many problems there. It seems the movies always have a problem playing there. They are out of focus or too dark. Ive had a 3D movie play out of alignment so the 3D didnt work correctly and it really hurt my eyes and gave me a headache. Ive tried to over look things in the past because its close and to be honest its very clean cinema. But I go there to watch movies and unfortunately they show no pride in showing movies there. If they did I wouldnt have so many complaints. Ive given this place a pass too many times but no more. Im done watching movies there. I recommend you go to another theater. One where they actually care about showing you a movie in focus. I mean thats why your there right to watch a movie.

We should all be very happy that there is a theater in our area with good Movies and the vast selection of snacks as well. People are people and sometimes things take time, like the concessions, it;s no ones fault, its the way it is. If I had to stand for 40 minutes for a snack I would pass and get it later or not at all. After all I go for the movies not the food and drink, thats a bonus. I go to Cinema World at least 2-3 times per weeek and have been doing so for years, yes prices have gone up, but they are up every place you go, its America, enjoy what you have in front of you and dont be so negative. My only comment on the dark side would be that they should always charge Seniors and Veterens no more than SIX dollars all the time.....I am both!!!

The staff at Cinema World are abysmal. They ALL operate at a snails pace. I dont even bother with the concessions line anymore. I secret in my goodies because waiting 1/2 hour for the pleasure of paying $6 for a box of Goobers is ridiculous. This place is close to my house which is the only reason I go there. Though the experience is getting even worse with 1/2 hour of TV commercials before Coming Attractions starts. This place is passable if you buy your tickets online to spare yourself the morons selling tickets on premise and if you bring your snacks with you. Avoid this money pit if you can but if not, at least avoid the mouth breathing morons who work there.

I only go here for the convenience of it being located to my home. Every single time I go I have to wait to be served my refreshments. Prices are absolutely ridiculous for the refreshments. And I ALWAYS BUY the ones with "free" refills (thats the least they can do with those outrageous prices). But what good is it when youve missed the 1st 15 minutes of the movie waiting to get your refreshments. And then ANOTHER 15 minutes when you go to get your refill!!! The teenagers that work there need to be trained a lot more thoroughly on customer service!! A smile goes a long way and so does tonality.

This place is located in the dead Lincoln Mall on the outskirts of Providence and is attached to a bowling alley and arcade. The theater boasts 16 screens but the theaters themselves are small and cramped stadium seating with small screens. The staff is very slow at the snack area and when it gets crowded they refuse to open other registers. Prices are decent but in the end it is much too small to appreciate the movie and you would be better off going down the road to Providence, Warwick or up the road to Attleboro where you can catch the same movies at Showcase in a better setting.

Im glad when he complained nothing was done for him. Hope one day you come across this from the curly girl with glasses and a beautiful baby who did amazing for her first movie!

Go there many times and not sure what Kara WIlson and Sherrie Prefontaine or others are complaining about but i have NEVER waited more then 10 minutes. 40 minutes both times Kara? Really? Go somewhere because it seems you were looking to complain to management for a freebie. I do agree, they are slow and not very polite but if you complaining get their earlier then RIGHT WHEN YOUR MOVIE STARTS, then maybe you would have no problems.
