As a Military member, it was the worse treatment that I have ever received and a one of the biggest letdown to my kids, that were so excited to watch a movie. They refused to honor the Military Discount to my dependents. (Showcase Cinemas offer a military discount to all active duty personnel and their dependents at all locations except Showcase SuperLux in Chestnut Hill, MA.). When I asked for the policy the management said that they did not have the policy even when i showed him the policy on my phone they still refused. I hope that they fix and clarify the military discount program, else I will not return to that theater. I Recommend, to my Military Brothers and Sisters not to go to that theater.

Ive been coming to this Showcase for 27 years. I have been asked for ID the last couple of times for both purchase of a ticket and concessions because my signature on my debit card is a scrawl. Give me a break! Does someone actually think Im perpetrating some fraud in buying a senior admission and a bag of popcorn? I got into an argument with Katrina in concessions because she said she couldnt read my signature. I even have a Starpass card. I go to the movies at least once a week. Give me a break!

A line to purchase tickets, then a line to purchase food and I finally get to the counter and order a hot dog and am told it will take 7-1O min. Really? Each hot dog you serve takes 7-10 min to prepare? You have lines of people for a 1:00 pm show on a rainy Saturday and you have to cook each hot dog individually? Sad.

With the prices you have to understand that they make $0 from the movies:tickets. The film studios get all of it. The concession snacks are the revenue to maintain the overheads building equipment and staff

I waited 10 months for the movie"Pawn Sacrifice" starring the life of Bobby Fischer to come out and they only showed it for one day even though I got four stars in the media. Places too expensive too

They refuse my military discount. Other near by theaters take it. If your active duty go elsewhere if youre retired definitely go somewhere else. They dont recognize retired milatary vets...

Projection and sound are quality. Seats are uncomfortable. Concessions counter is a collection of ineptitude. 4 to 5 people standing around including a manager and no will make eye contact.

Heres an inside tip to all you people complaining about food/snacks are to expensive. Dollar tree is across the way. Buy your candy there and bring it in. ENJOY!

On the expensive side for a theater that needs updating. Cinemaworld in Lincoln is cheaper and nicer and Attleboro has updated to recliners!

Awesome, just go to target next to the cinema for candy because it is 4.00 for a pewny box of candy. Great popcorn though.
