I would most definitely NOT call this place "cozy" and "old fashioned"! Its run down and in serious need of renovations. The carpeting is particularly bad and some thing really nasty happens in one section when there is a lot of rain; the smell of mold/mildew is quite distinct. The womens room is in need of repair - has been for years. They did get some new seating at one point, but for the rise in ticket prices, they really need to get this place fixed up. There have been many times in the summers when AC fails and many instances of, shall I say, "technical difficulties" with the movies... although they have improved in that regard. On the positive side, their staff is always very pleasant and helpful and they do usually show a good selection of movies; not just always the big studio pics.

One word to describe my experience, AWFUL. The fire alarm went off twice before the movie could finish, so I went to customer service to get a refund. I wanted a cash refund because I am on vacation here so a movie pass wouldnt do me any good. The manager Jon, the rudest man, who has no people skills refused to give my cousins and I a refund because "I saw some of the movie"... Does that make sense? Not to me it doesnt

Great seating, even though prices have gone up, it is still reasonably priced. And food is cheaper than Regal. Theyre movie screens are smaller than Regal Cinemas though, and during the week theyre last movie starts between 7 and 8pm. Compared to Regal cinemas showing final movies between 10 and 11pm. Nice small arcade inside. Bathrooms can be a little nasty toward the last movies.

To start the staff is rude and too busy on there phones or gossiping to help payin people or be kind to a young girl looking for bathroom. Then the lines are wicked long and when multiple staff are hanging out and then give u cold old hard pop corn. Would it be too hard to ask for it to be made fresh? Then the chairs are terribly un comfortable and sticky floors

Have been going to this theater for 15 years. I hope the semi tractor trailers parked in front of the theater are indicative of renovations to come. Truly, it is time to update this very tired movie theater. Also, the volume of the coming attractions is deafening. Please Please turn down the volume!! Unlike previous reviews I find the staff friendly and helpful.

Not huge and fancy like off cape theaters, but overall a good place to watch a movie. We usually go in the offseason as It gets overcrowded with rude, clueless tourist During the summer months. I suspect thats where a good amount of the poor reviews come from. Ive been over 20 times and never had a bad experience.

Their online ticket ordering is a bit deceptive. If you click the time you want it defaults back to the current date. When I arrived the manager would not update the tickets. They did not respond to e-mails (despite saying they would in a 24 hour period). Overall customer service is not a priority.

Rated at 4 to prevent undue expectation but too cool old retro small space theater. Old school and too cool. If your looking for neon and large spaces...look somewhere else. But if your looking for a cozy space to see a flick ; ) good to go.

Service was sub parr at best. Kid behind the counter was nice and all but looked like he didnt want to be there, the popcorn was really stale, but the worst part was the noisey people i guess people just dont have respect for others anymore,

Great seating! We were the only ones in the movie theater, and to get there we had to walk though this Maze of tunnel like hallways which was very cool and only added to the movie which was top-notch and I will rate as 5 out of 5 stars.

Excellent prices and the theater is pretty clean. Always had a good time here and the previews are not that long before the movie (no getting there when the movie is supposed to start and watching 15 mins of commercials).

Very helpful staff who are making the best of a poor facility. Bathrooms are outside the theater area. Seats are breaking down and not very comfortable. Crowd management needs better systems and space.

Make you wait in line even if you already bought tickets online. Dont bother buying a ticket online unless you like paying extra "convenience" fees. Just stop by early and buy the ticket on site.
