WARNING!!!!! NEVER book online! On August 6th I booked my sons birthday party online for him and 8 of his friends. I even paid a deposit of $25.00 to ensure my party was reserved for a certain time and date of August 24th. However, on that day my sons father showed up a few minutes before us to find out that there was no reservation for our party. Apparently Ultrazone was under new ownership but the old owners were still booking parties and taking money for deposits knowing that t he new owners had no way of knowing about the party or the money. Its completely fraudulent and Im now having to work with my bank to get my money back. The reason Im giving 5 stars is because of the people, Tajah, and RaKiarea, who not only saved the day and my sons party but went above and beyond. This was so impressive being that they couldnt have been more than 17. I would recommend this place to anyone who books a party by phone, NOT ONLINE!!! The girls, Tajah and RaKiarea even let my son and his friends go an extra round of laser tag to make up for the whole ordeal, which wasnt their apology to make. Book by phone and have a blast!

Booked my sons party online, Paid the $25 deposit. Everything went way too smooth!! We had our own personal party host whos name was James. He was absolutely amazing. He took care of anything and everything. I couldnt have asked for anything more. Only problem I had was with them remodeling the front area which didnt look too good but they definitely made up for it. Worth every penny! We will be back! Thanks so much!

Place is clean and well managed. Things can get backed up depending on how busy they are, which is a lot especially at night. Its affordable and has an abundance of friendly staff. Great for parties or to walk in and play the arcade. It is in a convenient location between the city, Dundalk and Essex. Best place to play lazer tag especially in the local area. High recommend.

Fun, Fun, Fun!!! We had a great experience at Ultrazone, staff very friendly and helpful, clean environment and affordable. We had our sons birthday party here 2 years in a row at his request it was so much fun. We felt the parties were VERY affordable and parents got to join in the fun as well.

THIS PLACE IS SUPER RAD. ONLY LASER TAG PLACE IN DUNDALK. AWESOME STAFF AND AWESOME ARENA!!!! I HEAR THE ARENA IS AWARD WINNING AND IT SHOWS!! YOU WOULD BE BONKERS NOT TO COME TO ULTRAZONE!!!!! A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE FUN ALL YEAR ROUND. THEY DO PARTIES TOO AND THEYRE SO COOL AND FUN FOR THE KIDS!

It would be funner if the employees actually enforced the rules and didnt show favoritism. They let their friends play even if they didnt call there wrist band. And allow to much running and cusing just because they come all the time.

Our boy scout troop stopped by Ultrazone last Friday night to participate in the power play. The kids loved it so much our troop is making this a monthly event. I highly recommended Ultrazone in Baltimore for any large group.

On tuesdays and Thursdays they have student night for only 10.99 from 4-9 and thats 5 hours that was a pretty good deal and me and my friends had a great time after school playing laser tag
