Its fun place for both my children. My daughter had her 6th birthday party here, all the kids really enjoyed themselves. It was a bit overcrowded and not enough staff. The party was $200- a bit expensive especially when they dont provide any food. You can only bring hot food if it is from the nearby pizza shop ?? I dont appreciate that rule when Im paying such a high price for a room. To the parents bringing your children to birthday parties here---- Dont just drop your kiddo off. It is a very busy place and it was hard enough for me to keep an eye on my own daughter. (Yes, two of the parents dropped their children off with me!) As for the play time, its half off on Wed, my children love that. It wasnt as busy that day (VS the weekend like her birthday). It was much more enjoyable for my children and myself when there where fewer children. The facility is outdated, lots of patch work on all their equipment. The younger kid room in the back was very run down and needed a GOOD CLEANING from head to toe. Whoever they pay to clean their equipment they should DOUBLE it. There is dust, old snacks, dirt, and fifth everywhere. All I can see when I look around is GERMS! My kids really dont seem to mind, they just love bouncing, and always have a great time.

CLACKAMAS Location---This place need FIXING. Things need to be fixed and/or updated. 1) In the 5 and under room they have a tongue and groove laminate floor that looks like hardwood, in a section of it (toward the bench on the wall right as you walk in, next to the "Space Ship") there is about a 1.5 inch gap that is hazardous to this age group, especially in socks. That needs to be fixed. Ever had a one year old get their lip busted because of a gap like that, or a 2 year old stub their toe because of something like that? Its hard for the kids, the parents and anyone else around. 2) In todays age you only have one accessible changing table and its in the WOMENS BATHROOM. I was HIGHLY DISGUSTED to find out that my child had to be changed on the FLOOR IN THE MENS ROOM! Hello jj jump there are Single parents in this world why is there only one changing station in one bathroom out of the 4 that you have accessible? If you fix these issues and can prove it I will change my review and rating and give you folks one more try.

Weve been here many times so I decided to write a review. First off they have very nice employees which is always a big plus in my book. But I dont go places for employees, I go places for fun and this place always delivers. The inflatable seems safe and as far as I could see someone is always walking in the arena. Having 3 kids though, this place can get spendy fast. But last time I went one of the workers suggested I look into getting a frequent jump card. I love this place, as do my kids and we will be back for sure. Keep in mind though that this place is hard to find because its tucked away in a strip mall but its almost like a well kept secret that way.

The facility has no security, the entrance/loby where you have to store your belongings until you have access to your party room is open for anyone to help themselves. The manager was very unkind and rather rude to the rest of the staff. My party planner was fantastic but she was being pulled in to many places at ones. The facility could use better management and better security. There was no one at the front desk for a good 80% of the time in the 3½ hours we were there. Chuck e Cheese has better security when it comes to the kids and I thought I was going to be out doing them by going to JJ Jump.

Kids love this place! Its a great safe place to let them run out energy. My only problem is they advertise a price of $6.50 on their site from 10am-12pm. I got there at 11:50am and they made me pay $8.50 because he said I was there for the extreme session. It doesnt matter when I get there or what session is open. If you advertise that it is $6.50 until 12pm then I pay $6.50 until 12pm. Restaurants have happy hour from 9pm-12am, if you walk in at 11:50pm you get happy hour prices. Same concept.

A manger kaylee, horrible customer service. I have called 3 times about my party and the first two times I had the most polite and helpful people. Then, I get this lady today. So rude, not helpful and said the total opposite of what the last two employees said. I will probably never come back here just because of her. Im not going to let some lady who works at JJ jumps ruin my daughter birthday. If shes the manager she should make sure everyone and including her self are on the same page.

We LOVE JJJump!! As my four year old says "I love bouncing and the balls". Weve been coming here since before we moved to Portland. Each time we visited gramma in Oregon City, we would stop by for some good, fun bouncing. With the wonderful addition of the our world play area, its an even more fun experience. Now that we live close by, we visit quite regularly and will continue to do so for many years to come!! (hint to parent - bouncing child for a few hours = nap!!)

Really enjoyed our time here and the attitude of the people who work here. The owner was working and was just SO friendly and helpful. My daughter was having a bad day, and I could tell the owner was aware of this and was trying her best to make my daughter feel welcome. In the end, she did decide to go play and had a great time. The giant swing they have is especially fun for the kids!

This is a good place for toddlers. You definitely need 1 x 1 parent to child ratio, its a busy place. The little area in the back that is more toys than jumping is a bit dated and worn, however that doesnt seem to phase our kids in the slightest, they go in there and play and play and play. For the cost its a great way to get our 2 and 3 year old out of the house.

Great place to go if you want to get away from the heat or rain. Not much kids during the weekdays. I have a newborn, a 4 year old and a 6 yr old which is autistic and they all love it. My kids has gone here many times and really cant get enough of it. Only paid $15 for 2 kids. Great place over all for both parents and kids.

We had a birthday party here, it is a great place to have a birthday party! We had the birthday on a Monday and a worker there named Jasmine helped us and she was really sweet and kind. So there customer service was 10 out of 10 . The place its self is a 10 out of 10. I recommend it for sure!!!

Great fun! My 11pm year old loves this place, its a great motivator to help her reap a reward for her finished weekly chores- scads more motivating than money. The staff is wonderfully encouraging, Gina in particular has a lovely gift for guiding children in proper jumping play.
