I was treated like a criminal here today. The manager was ridiculous. I am a mother of two little ones 2 and 3 years old. The first time we came we had an awesome time. I paid for their hour in the jump zone and I was allowed to go out there with them no problem. We were also let in a few minutes before our "jumptime" began no big deal. No one told me if I wanted to go out there with them I had to pay. None of the staff said anything to me the whole time I was out there. And I thought I saw something on the board that said children that young could be accompanied by an adult. So I thought I understood how this place worked when we went back today. So we came back today like Yay this is going to be fun fun fun. I was so wrong. After check in we were stopped at the gate to the jumpzone and asked if we could wait for our jumptime to begin....about 15 minutes......thats like an eternity for little ones. After the girl saw the look on my face I guess she decided to be accommodating and said or you could go in now and just leave earlier. I said yes lets do that instead. Next after we get in same girl asks if I have a wrist band?. No I say, I wasnt given one. Turns out I need one to go into the jumpzone with my little ones. Why wasnt this explained to me at check in? Why didnt she just say hey they forgot to give you a wrist band, let me go get you one? Instead she made me feel like I was the one who did something wrong. Hello..... you fix the problem..... I have two toddlers with me and all they want to do jump they dont understand all this redtape. So they say its ok just go ahead in. We go in, finally and start jumping. I was jumping seriously less than 30 seconds and the same girl pokes her head around the corner and says to me "you cant be out here with them" because you dont have a a jumping wristband. I was pretty heated at this point Im not gonna lie. Seriously what is going on. I tell her last time we were here I was allowed to come with them. She asked was I there at toddler time or something and says that is the only time parents are allowed to go out there for free with little ones. And this does nothing to help me. What am I supposed to do get my two little ones and take them off the trampoline right after they just got on make them wait, go down to check in and pay for me to jump, now at a later start time than them? So I was left with no option but to get off and watch and wait while they jump by themselves. I am doing this when just a few minutes later the manager comes up to me. He tells me that I have to have a wristband to be in the jumpzone. I have to have a jumping wristband to jump. Thats just the way it is. Those are the rules. Hey says these things to me. Seriously, no apology for the misunderstanding, no hey how can we make this right. He accuses me of ignoring and walking by that girl when she asked me if I had a wristband. Then he goes and gets a wristband and had me hold out my wrist and puts it on me like a child. I would have been long gone if it were not for my little ones who love to jump here. So I bit my lip and sucked it up so I didnt ruin their fun. A script needs to be put into practice at check in instead of assuming everyone knows how things work. If I had been asked Do you want to jump with them. Do you need to go in the jump area? It could have been explained to me about the wristbands and I would have understood that I had to pay for me to jump with them. I wouldnt have minded paying but no one said anything about it until this incident. And I certainly should have been treated with more respect and just some common courtesy instead of assuming that I was trying to skirt the rules and be some cheapskate who doesnt want to pay. I left their feeling like I had been stomped on. The most important thing here is your money and them getting it. Their claws come out if they think you are trying to have fun without paying for it. Make sure you ask lots of questions and be sure you are paying for what you want.

The first time we went everything was great. Everyone was helpful, especially Alexis who was working mission space control. However we want back 2 days later and it was the worst experience ever. Front counter people kept forgetting to ring us up for jump time, didnt give us the arm band, and didnt give us the card to get into mission space control. Made us go to the back of the line and wait 30 min to get our stuff after the assured us we had what we needed. Then the trampoline zone was unruly and chaotic. Took my 3 year old to the mission space control instead because its SUPPOSED to be for children under 54". But the person working it was letting in a bunch of 8-12 year old kids and wasnt keeping any control whatsoever. My daughter got bowled over by these kids and hurt her shoulder and arm. She couldnt safely play at all. Then we tried to get a slushy at the snack bar and all the employees ignored us for 15 min. Someone walked by, I gave my order and she turned around and simply told my order to someone else and walked away. The other girl then told us the slushy machine wasnt working. THEN the stupid Santa Claus tells my kid to BRING him 5 cookies and milk and she will get whatever she wants for Christmas- unprofessional as hell. Im extremely disappointed with the service today and definitely will not be back.

We have had 2 parties at Galaxy (a birthday party and an end-of-season baseball party). Upon my very first call to inquire about what they offered, and how they could accommodate us, I was told Ashley is their party coordinator and they put me in touch with her. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ashley! For both parties, she went above and beyond, far beyond, my expectations! She called, texted and emailed and stayed in touch with me during the entire planning process. She threw in some extras as well!! Even after we got everything planned, she texted me a few days before to make sure there was nothing else I needed. She truly made me feel like these parties were just as important to her as they were to me! From the arrival until the departure, the staff was exceptional, great with the kids, and made our experience one to remember. The kids LOVED this place!! The man working the lounge kept the adults laughing as well! The lounge overlooks the entire facility so its cool to hang out up there while watching the kids play! Ashley - THANK YOU for being awesome and making my boys birthday party one he wont forget! You are a gem!!
