The owner of this place is an unbelievable horrible person. He runs the entire thing while the kids are playing and they play about 3 games and he passes out these cheap little prizes. So my 10year old happen to be in luck that day and won the 1st game and gave him a Tiny puppy then for the finally he did the ballon game and my son happen to get one of the balloons with the prize and he told my boy you have to give up one of your prizes you cant win them both those are the rules. Right in front of me one are you for real why dose your child have to give up anything for it was well won. So I told him if he could give it to one of his 2 little brothers and he said no it has to be to any stranger. Get the heck out of here this man is a peace of crap you can tell that even his employees are feed up with him. Then when I told him that what hes doing is not ok with a straight face he said thank you. Which really pissed me off. So I made sure as I was putting my boys coat on and told the people coming in that make sure not to win too many games because he will take you prize away and he got really mad yelled at me told me that I was tras passing and that he was going to call the cops on me. In front of the 10year old and 2 year old. I could not believe this man. I would never in my life come back here. I suggest for mothers not to bring there kids here either.

This business is a kids birthday party Mill. They have two large rooms with bouncy house type amusements for the kids to play on. Ive been to kids birthday parties here and generally the kids seem to have a good time. The space itself is a large commercial space thats been converted and its not obvious from the street as the what it is, it can be a little confusing to find it. They have a bunch of teenagers running it and that actually seems to work okay. Because Ive only attended parties here and never booked one Im not sure what they offer for food and Cake options. It does seem that you can bring in your own cake but both parties otherwise had cheese pizza. So if you are bringing a kid that has any allergies are you definitely need to plan ahead. The place is relatively clean. So if you need to have a kids birthday party and you dont want to deal with the cleanup and any of the other nonsense this is a pretty good option even though I would generally consider the place a dump.

My kids were there February break and got there a little past 10:30. They wanted to stay for the balloon drop at noon which was delayed by 20 min by the owner. My daughter won a prize and the owner refused to give it to her because she didnt have a sticker with the time they entered on it, and according to him she had stayed past her "play time". My daughter is 3!! She couldnt understand why she couldnt get the prize she won! I was going to have her birthday there but was appalled at the way this was handled. It was a five dollar prize at best and given the way the owner handled the situation shows he is not fit to run an establishment that caters to children!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I found the whole experience very pleasant from start to finish. The staff was always right around the corner to make sure the kids where playing by the rules but it was a very laid back place. I checked out the prices online and the prices seem competitive fit the amount of kids served and the length of parties. The staff also kept the party going in a positive way. I will definitely return to the place for more parties. They dont have "hours" they are by appointment or party only, only occasionally do they have open bounce or whatever. Which be nice if they just had a regular open bounce times.

So after setting my sons birthday up with the people we had to reschedule. The guy made it seem like if we had called within a week we would be good. Then to find out that even though I have the phone record of calling on my phone services website, that they cant find the call anywhere and apparently they never booked the appointment. I have countless people who where there while the confirmation was going on. I am just not sure how they cant find my call but I can. I will never bring business here again... They also kept my 150 dollar deposit

I have attended many parties for my two childrens friends as well as having birthday parties for my kids. It is a great place and everyone has a fun time. I have always felt that the staff was very attentive and responsible, making sure that the party goers were safe and well supervised. It has always been a blast for my kids as well as myself. We will be back again and again!

I was very impressed with Pump It Up, the place is very nice and clean. My kids and all her friends had a BLAST!. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Someone is always there to supervise when the kids a bouncing and to help with the party. I will go there again and have another party.. It was worth the PRICE! Thanks for the great time

Dont waste your time. Open play time are scheduled, which is bogus. Play area A has big 3 blowups and play area B has 4 small blowup. 30 minutes in each area. No attendant was present until we switched room. chuck e cheeses was better than this. 1 disappointed parent.... guess that why you dont see pictures on their website.

Its a pretty decent jump place but the workers really boost it to a five star place. I was there during a schools out jump and they really knocked themselves out with games with great prizes for the kids. One employee noticed my son hadnt participated and made sure to include him in a game.

Nice jumping place. Has a variety of things to do and different kinds of jumping times. Some equipment has significant wear and tear but it is well maintained. The downside is they have very poor signage which doesnt stand out well and it can be very hard to find, especially at night.

Over priced and horrible staff. No outside food so you have to pay 236 EXtra for soda and pizza. So for a party youre looking at over 500 for a weekend. 500 dollars for 2 hours???? and not even 2 hours of playing. Save your money and look else where.

Weve been to Jump Nation for a number of birthdays. Same experience each time; youre ushered into room one for a set period of time, then on to room two, and then into the final room for pizza and dessert. Kids have a lot of fun and enjoy the experience.

Took my son here for a birthday party and he and the kids had a Blast! The play times in each room are kind of quick, but the Staff handled everything from changing rooms, passing out pizza and drinks, etc. It was a great experience
