Very bad service...Upon entering, the front desk staff did not acknowledge our entrance and continued to talk among themselves, we had to approach and ask how the process works. Once we paid and began to have our kids jump, my wife decided to take one of the kids to go jumping in the "8 & under" section. one of the employees walked over and began yelling at her, stating only kids "8 & under" can go in there and the kid cant be in there anyways since he does not have a wrist band (they never told us this at the front desk). The arabian employee continued to say to my wife that "she should have known to do this" and "it doesnt matter, only kids under 8 can go in there" (I was next to her and heard it all...). We understand if its for "8 & under" but if adults cannot be in that area then at least make it "ages 3-8" because how is anyone under 3 able to enjoy jumping by themselves?! Afterwards, I asked the employee who just yelled at my wife, why he was being so rude...He simply stated "its my job to be rude" and walked away. Needless to say, we were there for about 20mins. and left...never coming back again.

I will never spend another dime in this place EVER again. There employees that monitor are extremely rude to adults and children. One employee threatened to kick me out because I asked another a question. I went up to the front and demanded my money back and she told me I could because they have a no return policy. She did however give me 4 free 1 hour passes which I have to kids outside. Im very unhappy with there customer service. Ill never come back and Ill tell all my friends and family to go somewhere else.

Wife went with a very excited toddler to the park today. When my son jumped into the foam blocks, he disappeared for a bit too long, the kid that was supposed to be watching the area was too busy flirting with a young girl and my wife had to go fish out my son. Thus violating the "dreaded tape zone". My son was trying to catch his breath when the flirtatious employee reprimanded her for doing HIS job.....Kudos for the refund. (The best part was leaving)

Place was amazing and my son had a blast. Except for the fact he is only 4 years old and the employee that worked there, Josh, kept taking balls out of his hands telling him he could only have 1 at a time. There were at least 30 balls there and maybe 12 kids max since we went early in the day. He took it so hard he knocked him down and made him cry. I liked the place but not if the employees are going to be so rough.

They had a promotional coupon in the Payback book and would not honor it on Dec. 23rd. They said it was a holiday. I guess they just make up their own holidays. It is always very packed and crazy there and smells like bad B.O. !! Also the phone number on the back of the coupon has a some nice guys personal residence phone number on it, they stated they were aware. What kind of operation they running there?

Fun place for the kids. The air is really thick, kind of heavy. Not sure how to explain it. Made me have to go outside a few times for fresh oxygen. Beverages and food are over priced like most jump places. But the kids had a lot of fun and theres sections for the little ones (8 and under) so they dont get bombarded by the bigger kids/adults.

Great place to have the kids burn some energy, sit back drink some coffee and enjoy the free wifi. The facility is clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I really like the fact that they have a space that some of the smaller kids could enjoy themselves, and still be safe. They often run Groupon deals that I can take advantage of too.

It cost more than I personally felt it was worth. There are a lot of rules, and I guarantee youll hear about them in 30 seconds or less if you break one. Its also small.. very small. Lastly I recommend that you bring your own textured socks... I could have bought an entire bag of socks for what I paid for the ones here.

I guess when you think of the price point compared to a movie where you dont talk & dont get exercise, its good. But, one hour is enough. Been there many times, kids love it, but one hour is enough. Last time I was there there was a food cart outside the neighboring brew pub. Food was decent, service better.

This place is fun, but there are so many rules that kids arent able to be... well, kids! I understand theyve got to maintain a safe environment, but with 6 rude high schoolers chaperoning your kid with more rules than North Korea, it becomes too uptight to be fun.

nice jumping place. they should enforce the rules at dodgeball better. food is ok. limited parking. extra $2 for jump socks plus $20 per person for 2 hours. $12 for 1 hour. i injured my finger while trying to catch a dodgeball. no one goes out if they get hit.

Either allow people to bring in their own food or make what is on your menu. Picking and choosing who gets to order an over priced pizza is ridiculous. For an over priced place you would think the service would be exceptional. Will not be coming back.

One star is too much! I realize jumping is dangerous but there needs to be an area for younger kids to jump without the possibility of older kids trying out their stunts. They also need to implement more safety for everyone...like Sky Zone does!!!

Great pricing for a great time, lots of space to jump and never over crowded. The employees always seem to be in a great mood which really makes everything else better. They are always trying new things to make the jump experience better!

Such a fun experience for my kids (and for me.) The place was clean. The staff was helpful and super friendly. The staff was attentive and made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. I highly recommend G6!

Chicken strips were terrible the trampolines kept braking every time I stepped on it and then when I fell the employees laughed and kicked me I wish I could rate 0 stars very disappointed

Awesome could add some more fun stuff. There is basketball hoops on a trampoline and theres a foam pit. There is also a dining area.
