So i went to this place expecting to spend a fun hour after reading the reviews.......1st the waiver form is way to much to sign especially if ur not technical savey.....2 they told me my children had to jump with no socks or a pair of 2 dollar socks i could purchase from them.....BUT they didnt have the correct size for my 5 yr old and told me to roll them up and i still had to pay 2 dollars for them, i explained that it was a hazard that he is running around in socks to big for him.....i asked what accomodations could be made for this inconvenience....none.....i asked if he could just jump with his socks on, they said no for health reasons....???? But barefoot is fine??? I then asked if i could get a refund....i was offered complimentary passes and was reminded that they clean the trampolines every evening.....i told them i was not looking forward to coming back to a place that isnt properly stocked and rude and argumentive and dosent understand valid sanitary concerns..... i had to argue for my refund....

Its a very fun place to go with the kids. But, I have to say that it is spendy (especially for a group YIKES). You have to purchase those "grip socks" every time you go unless you can manage to keep track of them & bring them back (more money). Their staff are always, always telling you or your kids not to do things. I know they have rules in place but it makes me not wanna go back. For example, if my 4 year old holds on to me theyll come up to us & tell me that we cant do that. I cant hold her hands and jump. You pay for one hour at a time so idk how to feel about this place. I like it, but then again I have reasons why not to go.

I would rate G6 Airpark Ptld, OR 6 stars if I could. My son has been going there since it opened and just celebrated his 100th Jump. Reggie and Logan have gone above and beyond to make sure that my son and every jumper is recognized and has a great experience. The employees provide a safe atmosphere as well as interact with the children of all ages to make sure they have an exciting time. I would recommend G6 Airpark to all children who want to get out, exercise and have a ball. Special Shout Out to Reggie and Logan for all you do!!

If you are looking for a place to have a great time and have an amazing experience this is NOT the place. This place sucks, the staff are WAY to uptight and mean. I came there to do the ninja challenge but i HAD to wear shoes and i didnt have any and that was a shame. I also wanted to do flips and tricks into the foam pit and i did a double front flip and they banned me from ever going to the fosm pit. This place is not as fun as it is on there website, so i suggest to go to sky high its way better.

We had a party at G6 this morning for our 10 year old twins and 15 of their friends. There was a snafu with the pizzas that were being provided by a partnering business.... They essentially arrived 40 minutes late which was after the party was set to end. The manager John handled it like a champ and gave us a great discount. Bentina our party handler was also amazing and took great care of us. The whole staff was actually a pleasure to interact with. We will be back.

Great service, clean. I wish I could remember the name of the associate, who told me about a special day they had. She explained the special day with such positivity and happiness we will be returning. There is a special day they have for children with special needs. They turn the music down, if Im not mistaken the lights go down as well. Were so excited to plan our family trip!!!!!!

Buy the summer pass, check out Groupon, or call ahead for special pricing times. A little homework goes along way for the pocket book. This place can get spendy fast. Its an amazing place even for older kids! Dodgeball, connected trampolines, and a Ninja Warrior style course. We bought a summer pass and come here 3 times a week. Staff has always been cheerful and helpful.

They charged mee over $50 for 2 people and told they couldnt do anything about then a lady comes over tells us the manager isnt there so they can only give us some free passes(manager was in her office, so this lady lied) my daughters father got angry and I guess we just had to be rude so they can return our money which took over 3 days... never going back there again....

Over priced and the young workers at the front desk are rude, especially the gay black guy with crooked teeth. He was immediately rude to me when I walked in, he assulted me in front of my children and while Im pregnant. Then he called the police on me when I defended myself. I will never come here again, sky high in Tigard is waaaaay better and worth the money.

Awesome gym...I was apprehensive about taking my 2 year old there, thinking he might be plowed down by older kids, but we were able to enjoy each trampoline court without worry...the staff as well as the other customers were all extremely kind, and the best part is..its actually quite affordable. We bought 6 more passes when we left! Thanks for a great time! :)

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was very crowded, and the line moved reeaaly slow - even before the computer system crashed. Unfortunately they did not pro-raye the jumping time that was wasted, so we still paid the full amount. Thankfully when we finally got jumping it was a lot of fun! Youll definitely want to reserve the dodgeball space. Lots of fun.

Expensive, crowded, and dangerous. Theres a reason they make you sign a waiver the second you walk through the door. The kids enjoyed it until people started getting hurt. Then the pizza arrived. Each slice of pepperoni pizza had a single slice of pepperoni. Glad I was just a guest. Definitely off the list as a birthday party place for us.

Great place to bring kids. They even have an area for 2 and 3 years olds that is off limits to larger humans. The price is about parking for this type of trampoline park and the staff are very nice. The ninja challenge is fantastic and even difficult for a grown man.

Great for kids and adults. I wasnt fond of the waiver policy where they required a parent to sign the waiver - just seemed unnecessarily bureaucratic but the online form helped ease my annoyance. My son and nephews had a blast. Worth the price of admission.

This place was awesome. I was there for a dodgeball practice session. It is definitely for kids though... felt a bit out of place. The staff though didnt make it weird and took good care of us. I tried their ninja course which is definitely not for the weak.
