We had my daughters 5th birthday party here. It was wonderful! The coaches did a fantastic job connecting and interacting with the kids.The kids were active and playing the whole time. There was a rock wall, rope swing, and more. There was the appropriate amount of free play and coach directed activities. The children were a wide range of ages from toddlers to 10 years, and they all enjoyed themselves. I appreciated that they had the tables set up and I didnt have to do any clean up. I highly recommend it for fun, active parties.

My 6yr old attended two summer camps at the Playground Gym. The Summer Dream Camp and Circus Camp. Every night when she was picked up she was starving and exhausted. We kept increasing the amount of food we sent along and she kept eating it up. Point being, there is so much activity and organized play she was busy all day and got worked. Check out the YouTube videos. The activities are fun, hard work and all mixed up with play. She had such a great time she keeps asking when she is going back. What a wonderful concept.

It states join us for a "free" class or open play and is mis-leading as there is a charge for the initial open play which is not clearly stated when you check in. We were only asked as we went to leave to pay the $14.00 for the hour of play, which made us feel taken advantage of. They also allowed older kids in the area and my 3 and 4 year old were constantly getting knocked into. Just disappointing and I felt they should have had a staff member supervising so many children in an open area.

We will be at each & every Parents Night Out! Compared to other similar parents nights, this one is cheaper & lasts a bit longer. Healthy snacks are included in the parents night fee, & gym staff even accommodated for our sons vegan diet.The gym has always seemed very clean (my sons extreme dust allergies have not been set off while there). I am quite satisfied with all of my Playground Gym experiences, & recommend this place highly!

Being a single father I am happy I found the open gym time. I can play with both of my children (ages 3 and 6) and they both have a great time. With Portland "summers" it is nice to have an indoor place to play. I brought in my free class coupon and my oldest took a "Rollers" class which is a lot like PE class from when I remember. It is nice to have a place that keeps kids active and engaged. Keep up the good work!

We love this place so much. My very active 5 year old comes and takes classes twice a week, and not only is it a lifesaver during the winter months (when his energy certainly does not ebb!), Ive seen a real increase in his confidence and coordination. The coaches are so fun and creative, with a seemingly endless energy level of their own. Very highly recommended!

We dropped our four children off for a "parents night out" and actually had a parents night out. Amazing. We picked them up and I couldnt help but to laugh as everyone was asleep on the car ride home. I heard all about the games and activities and the kids are so excited about the next one. I highly recommend checking it out.

Casey at The Playground Gym was my sons martial arts coach and our whole family thinks hes wonderful. Hes one of those teachers that really connects with children. My ten year old says it best with, Theres always something fun there!"

Absolutely fantastic experience. I can not possibly recommend this place highly enough. We do dropins on rainy days, and the kids love it. Its just been a great experience.
