The seats are great as is the screen and sound system. However, that is only part of the movie experience and I am here to tell you the downfalls of this theater as of today. If they change their systems I will update. After going three times now to the newly remodeled theater we have twice not had our phone (online ticket stubs) checked... makes me feel like anyone can just walk in, and after today I am certain that is what happens here often. The other issue is that with assigned seating its easy for some people to sit in a chair one off, as the numbers are only on the side of the chairs. Another related issue is that people often decide to move to better seats, creating the awkward moment where you have to go and ask someone to move, which today was the case, we then watched the kind people who were in our seats go and ask some teenagers to move out of their seats. They took their time and we felt really bad for the people that clearly were trying to avoid that awkwardness by sitting in our seats. Also, their concession prices are outrageous, but I suppose thats to be expedited. Ultimately this can all be fixed by giving a few employees some extra hours. Have a door guy in the main entrance checking stubs and also have an usher in the theater during seating to do the dirty work when it needs be done. They need to match their level of customer service to their level of comfort and technology.

I recently attended the 3 PM showing of Spider-Man: Homecoming. The movie never started, because, according to the manager, Shaun Henesy, "the weather knocked out the projector". He then asked us to head outside to the box office for refunds. The dozen or so of us in the theatre did so, and the attendant in the box office was apparently not informed, because she was very confused. She asked us to "line up to the side", which is exactly what we were doing. We noticed that the same theatre manager was doing refunds at the concession stand, as well. A few of us went inside. After waiting approximately a half hour, I was informed that, as Id purchased my tickets on Fandango, he was not able to refund my money. He offered complimentary passes which I will never use, as I wont be back. When I arrived home, I contacted Fandango, and they said, and I quote, "Thank you for holding. We will need for the theaters manager to contact us on their line to request a refund on your behalf." This movie theatre has always been comically inept, for example they once turned the house lights ON when the movie started. But this is it for me. I wont ever be back, with one exception: When I head back there and stand next to the manager as he contacts Fandango and requests my refund. What a joke.

The seats were comfortable, but thats about the only good thing about this theater. Bring your own popcorn, or pay $20 for a drink and a medium bag of popcorn, which you wont want to even think about eating when you see HOW FREAKING GROSS THIS PLACE IS. It looked like the theater hadnt been cleaned in a week, and this was not a busy Friday night, it was a Sunday night. There was popcorn from one end of the hallway to the next. The bathroom had 5 toilets covered in garbage bags, out of order. There was not a single stall with toilet paper actually ON the holder, it was all stacked on top. There was toilet paper strung from one side to the other of most toilets. Both trash cans were overflowing with trash on the floor. Two of the sinks were cloggers and filled to the rim. There was also popcorn all over the floor... who brings their popcorn to the bathroom? I was completely grossed out. I have never been in a more disgusting bathroom.

Comfy seats. Even big enough for my petite daughter to snuggle in with me. I only gave 3 stars because #1: the previews are SO loud, its actually uncomfortable and we left the theater until they were over. An employee said she agreed and we werent the only ones to mention it, but the theater didnt have control over the volume. And #2: Leaving gaps of 1 or 2 seats between reserved seats doesnt allow a family of 4 to sit together unless buying tickets a day in advance. Why not allow reserved seating but have the seats consecutively? Want 3 seats? Pick the row, etc... Then, the next group or single seat purchased is actually NEXT to the 3...fill each seat but still give patrons what they want at the same time. Seems like they would implement this not only for families and groups but for their own benefit, since they wouldnt have so many spaced-out, unsold seats. Everybody wins, Regal.

The theater is great, especially the recliner chairs. However, I do have a problem with the way they assign seats. I ordered my ticket the night before, none of the seats had been taken yet. Even as I arrived, I noticed it was just me in the audience. The next group of people come in, and were assigned the seats directly next to me. This made for a very awkward and annoying viewing, as they talked the entire time. Why would you assign them seats next to literally the only other person in the audience??? I understand that you cant control if people are rude and loud, however, you can control where they are in proximity to others, especially at a viewing were 99% of the seats were still available. Please address this issue.

They added new reclined leather seats, and did not increase ticket prices. There are less seats in the theater now, and everyone has an assigned seat. Some people dont like this, but I think its a huge benefit. You chose where you sit before you even get inside, so now you dont have to give up the best seats if you want popcorn and drinks before the movie starts. Also, you can buy your tickets AND choose your seats online, so you can reserve the best spots for movies you know are going to be packed. Whats not to love? Im very pleased with the direction the theater took, and it has taken over Cobb as my movie theater of choice. You wont be disappointed, especially if you take the half minute to buy your tickets online!

Great theater but absolutely terrible service. Called 3 times trying to get in touch with an actual person in regards to a lost hat and can clearly hear the phone being answered and immediately hung up. Went in to look for said hat and got told I couldnt go to the candy counter (where lost and found is) without a movie ticket. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Customer service clearly isnt a priority there. Also the response to every bad rating is the exact same. Theyre going to continue to get business so why would they worry about a select few that had a bad experience. No worries, cobb is the same distance just in a different direction

just saw deadpool in this theater. ive been here before but never got around to reviewing it. seating B+ (reclining seats but my fiancé got gum stuck on her pants from one of the seats) food A+ video quality A (some high cgi footage comes through stuttery but it takes a lot) sound A+ general public A is mostly respectable, there is of course 1 or 2 people from time to time douching it out on the phone but that happens. security D (if you wanted to record footage you probably could, during deadpool, for example, a few rows behind me when it started I heard 2 distinct "recording started" beeps for phones. no guards either)
