I really didnt want to give this place one star at all but it made me. First off I really tried to think of a positive to at least attempt to justify that one star but I couldnt. We paid 9.50 for our tickets which was about 28 bucks and then when we got food it was 40.00...yes 40 just for the popcorn and drinks. so we spent around 68 for this experience Im about to unravel for you. The staff really could care less but they were at least somewhat nice. I will say the guy that took the tickets was nice and he smiled. Inside of our theatre room it was the size of a storage container and smelled like a gym. The floor was sticky and when you sat in the chairs it was like sitting on plywood. There is absolutely no surround sound and you can actually keep up with whatever movie is playing next to you and enjoy 2 movies because the wall seems to be paper thin. After 2 hours of movie you are left feeling like even if the movie was awesome you never really got to enjoy it because the theatre was so horrible. I will never revisit this theatre again and I will recommend it to no one ever. Thanks

Seriously this place needs to be bulldozed and Lexington needs a new up to date Theater. They have 8 theaters however 4 of those are nothing more than a tiny room with 5 rows of seating - a giant screen and terrible sound quality...I learned if the movie has been out more than a week and if its not Star Wars etc... the movie gets bumped to one of these ridiculously small so called Theater rooms. Apparently they need to have 8 theaters in order for the studios to send them certain titles - and they cut corners with these tiny rooms, so they maintain a profit, all at the expense of the customer experience. Why would anyone want to endure that when they can drive a few more miles to Harbison and see the same movie for the same price at a clean, state of the art Theater!!??!! Furthermore the seats are falling apart and the Theater has a an odor like an old musty motel room.Dodge this bullet...

Went to take my grandson to see the Monster Truck yesterday afternoon and we both were excited to get some hot fresh popcorn. Got the popcorn with butter on it, cold. I ask the lady who appeared to be a manager to try the popcorn because it was cold. I said apparently you buy this popcorn. She stated it is made the night before. I paid $15 for two movie tickets. Got a tub if popcorn two drinks and some skittles $30. She said she would refund my popcorn and I said I came to watch the movie and eat popcorn with my grandson. We ate about two inches because we were hungry, brought the rest home to my chickens. At those prices for the snacks it should be hot and freshly made. This is not the first time, now I know why. Loved the movie but the snack bar needs to be closed down if that is the best they can do.

Ive been coming this theater for almost 10 years now and as of lately Ive been choosing to drive the few extra miles to go Regal Grande 14 in Harbison. The theater is on the small side which isnt a problem. the employees at this theater are not as good as they used to be from a customer service stand point. Anytime i go in there for a late-night movie, they seem interested in talking amoung each other other than providing decent customer service. The seats in the theater are in need of replacement. They feel very worn, uncomfortable, and look shot. The theater is so outdated that its in dire need of renovations. I used to enjoy this theater but as of lately my experiences with this theatre havent been nice at all.

If I hadnt promised my son Id take him to see Goosebumps in 3D we would have turned around and left as soon as we opened the door to find a seat. The smell was so overwelmimg, s mixture of mold/ mildew and and commit. The theatre was empty and I get why. You would think that the prices they charge would more than afford some sort of cleaning and maintenance. Absolutely unacceptable. My eyes were burning and my stomach upset, subtract $45.00 from my wallet for just the two of us made it out right insulting that they thought this environment was worth what we paid. It wasnt fit for rats.

This theater was by far one of the most disgusting places Ive ever watched a movie. There werent but about 6 rows of seats, the screen looked like it was at best 15, it smelled like a wet dog, the screen was damaged and you could see it throughout the entire movie, and the lights on the wall and ceiling flickered the entire time. The womens bathroom smelled like mildew and was just generally rundown and gross. Ive honestly been to nicer discount theaters than this one. Oh! And you can hear the other movies playing in other theaters. Avoid this place if at all possible!!

This is a smaller theatre that shows first run movies at the normal insanely expensive price. We saw the Peanuts Movie and loved the movie. The theater was very small though. Sound and display was great and did not have interference from other theaters as at other cinemas. (If I wanted to hear the explosions on another film in an adjacent theater, Id go see that movie!) Concessions quality was on par. We used a coupon and the cashier and management had a little trouble processing it. All in all, a good experience... especially since we cant afford to go often.

Yeah its more expensive than it should be, sure its not the cleanest, yes its a pretty crowded place. But guys. This is Lexington were talking about. Its not gonna be a five star fancy theatre. Im just happy we have a movie theatre around here at all. Their popcorn is usually pretty good, the movie quality doesnt suck, the people behind the counter tend to be pretty decent, and the bathrooms are usually maintained. And theres a Marble Slab right there. Whats better than a movie and ice cream? Except a movie, ice cream, and a pizza. But thats not the point.

We were happy about going in to watch the new Lone Survivor movie. We were ready to order popcorn, snacks and drinks. Imagine my surprise when in Lexington, SC there were 2 signs saying "No concealed weapons". We promptly turned around and did something different. If that place is only willing to allow criminals to be armed while watching a movie, I want no part of that business. There is no telling how much money they are missing out on with their ludicrous signs. So long, Pastime. So long.

Ill go here if I absolutely have to because its the closest to my house (also the cheapest). Their theaters can be anywhere from super big to uncomfortably small. Compared to other theaters, the sound system isnt great (bass, volume, etc.) and sometimes its dirty. If youre someone who just wants to watch the friggin movie then come here, but for someone like me who cares about space, sound, and screen, you might just want to spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.
