Oh Poor little Route 4 Ron(da), the only thing wrong with this course is idiot golfers like you happen to play on it. Everything is politics for the crybaby generation. Let me tell you the work they did was fantastic, the course is VERY inexpensive to play( an has always been so ) And there is absolutely no major problem getting tee-times. I just made one today via the automated tee-time service for this Sunday morning with no problem at all. The automated service did not know what party I belong to, so please shut your ignorant trap and stop showing us all just how stupid you really are. As for all the rest of us knowledgeable golfers, please go and visit this course, it is a tiny little gem, and you will be thrilled to play there. This course is not as easy as it looks, so go and have a great time and if you see route 4 ron(da) somewhere on the course crying like baby, by all means do us all a favor and try to aim right at the little crybaby.

Have not even played here. As a player who is new to the sport I called to receive some information about tee times and their facilities. Tony who answered the phone told me he was very busy and didnt have time for my questions. I asked when a better time to call would be and he said just to come in. Not the customer service I was looking for. I was excited to find a golf course so close to home, unfortunately I will never go to this place because of Tony. If they dont care to help then they dont need my money.

Went here to play a quick 9, I come here a lot, but today, the course was a little busy. Had a tee time for 4:00, I didnt get out there until 4:45. And then, coming down the 1st fairway, not even 5 minutes into the 1st hole, starter is waving us off the hole, saying we are taking too long. Staff is unfriendly, course is ok, and the pace of play is incredibly slow. Not going back.

Its a municipal 9-hole course, so you cant really expect too much. Its relatively well maintained for a public course and the price is reasonable even if you are non-county resident, just make sure you register to get the better rate. The course itself is not very long but nonetheless not so easy for an average golfer like me. Overall it was a decent experience.

I play here regularly and while the course itself is well maintained the people who run the place have a big chip on their shoulder and are downright rude sometimes. Its a shame really when you try to enjoy this nice course and then have these run ins with old men sticklers which leaves a bitter after taste.

This course was run to the ground under the old Democratic county administration. Under the new guidance for the county, with the new reservation system that allows for same day play by calling in the morning it is excellent. Things are getting better. The people there could be nicer,,,

This is the the best maintained, friendliest, and least expensive public course in Bergen County. The view from the 7th hole tee box is breathtaking. Ignore the whining about tee-times and enjoy a great round of golf with other friendly golfers. Bob Muggs

the course is average, the employees can sometimes be assholes, divots in the fairway. Sprinklers are randomly turned on while people are playing..... and for 22 dollars they dont even fill up the water jugs. They should be paying me to play there

Golf course has improved over 1,000% under the Bergen Democrats. This course is also home to the Speed Golf event, where you can run the course and golf at the same time. 9 holes can be played in 30 minutes.
