Ive been to this theater four times since they re-opened and while Im eagerly looking for the much larger AMC that is being constructed in the area I just cant give this one a perfect score. 2 of the times were perfect movie going experiences, 2 of the times were... not. While the location is always clean and the staff is generally helpful, I did run into an issue one night where one of the soda machines were giving out flat drinks and it appears that this was a known issue. Which, is fine, had their been a sign letting customers know to use the other machines instead of having to rush out prior to a movie which was just starting to get a new drink filled. The second time there was an issue was much worse though. They had moved which theater the movie was in and instead of having my favored spot of back row center they moved us near the front and off to the side. Honestly, I wouldnt have bothered to show up if that had been made clear ahead of time and taken a refund but as we were already there we sat through it and the box office wasnt able to do anything after the fact. I usually love AMCs and love that this location is being used again instead of it being empty for years but am hoping this is just a temporary misstep and not an indication of how the new theater at Oak Brook is planning on being run.

Great parking, just a bit hard to find. Friends staying at nearby hotels had to GPS it - several hotels had no idea that it existed. An easy run for a hotel shuttle! Easy to find from the Mall. Good employees and service. Clean, smaller auditoriums. Bathrooms well maintained. Good place for a weeknight viewing of the current releases. A hidden gem in Oak Brook Center...now if they only ran some foreign films...

This theater is elusive. I spent 20 minutes walking around before I found the entrance. I even asked all the nearby stores and no one had a clue. You can access it by taking the stairs near Urban Outfitters down to the parking level. The theater is small and has limited screens. I would definitely skip over to Yorktown instead.

First off I received no help printing my tickets out. The worker watched me struggle for 10 minutes. I got to my assigned seat to find garbage everywhere. Worst theather experience ever. I hope this place shuts down for the horrible service.

They keep the overhead lights on during the entire movie and I found this so distracting. I asked why they keep them on and was told the Fire Marshall made them because the theatre is partially underground.

Saw a few movies here. No lines or rowdy folks in the theater. Overall, the theater itself is nice, its just slightly hard to find the entrance! Its behind the shopping center, near the garage!

Hard to find - need better directional signs for the parking garage, driving outside the mall to get to the theater, walking directional signs once you park!

Worst experience ever!!! The staff was super slow. Waited in the food line for literally a half hour and there wasnt even that many people in there

Theater 1 has a terrible projector. It looks nice until you see fast motion, then its super choppy and hard to watch. No good for action movies.
