Regal Cinemas North Hills is a part of the larger Regal Cinemas chain and is situated in an area that is considered upscale. However, the reviews suggest that the theater may not be living up to the expectations set by its location. It offers late shows, but the overall experience could be marred by various issues such as cleanliness and disruptive audiences.

tonight i bought tickets for split ahead of time on fandango, got to the theater and went straight in with no problems, once the movie began young teenagers started to flood the theater running around being loud looking for seats and acting unruly, the young girls behind me were putting constant pressure on my seat, when someone brought it to there attention what they were doing to my seat, the girls replied they didnt care, this theater was full of rude kids just looking for a hang out spot laughing and on there phone the whole time and talking. a police officer came in to parol the area, about 30 minutes into the movie about 25-30 people got up from the top of the theater and left, not shortly after a few sherrifs entered and were talking on there walkies interrupting the movie trying to setting down what was going on, which i respect but the teenagers did not they started saying f*** the police! this theater was turning into a riot in the middle of the theater!! the police ended up having to escort out some of the teenagers who were refusing to settle down, they also were obviously doing something to make all those people leave, it got to the point where the police were having to yell to get them to leave, they were not in control AT ALL it was appalling to see CHILDREN disrespecting the police and the public and adults this way, this theater needs more regulation of who goes in after certain hours and management needs to be more involved in the movies, about 1/2 the theater ended up getting refunds but i can assure you- we will not return to this theater due to the lack of care the staff have for the adults who give a crap about seeing movies and letting children in to hang out, very disappointed

dont come to north hills. omgosh these people are out of control. I have been discriminated against endless times here and people mistaking me for poor and rich to many times. I was watched in jcpeeney and the manager put the employee up to it. I was overcharged cause some girl thought I was rich at the pizza place and looked down on her and now I was followed by the security of the crap mall. I carry my charger with me to charge my phone and when it dies so I can catch a bus back home. Today these people literally cut the power to the outlet so I could stop coming there!? this part of the city is beyond pathetic and i spoke with a lot of people with same experiences who have been followed in stores cause the manager to the employee to follow people who look out of place. I literally seen some guy discriminated against for being overweight and another for wearing the wrong clothes in this part of town. crazy. these people just got money within the last 30 years and been poor all their live and now put others down who are as wealthy as them to make themselves feel better for being poor. next in 50 years it will turn into racism if we have another recession. btw Im from Miami and grown up around wealthy people all my life and these people in North hills are novea riche to the max anybody who comes from a wealthy city or a country can tell. such sad loser phonies. this city is weird overall and things dont add up. only thing I can say the money comes from in this city is taxes or some benefactor or maybe cult or something just toooo weird

We went on starting day of Girls Trip. Theater was freezing when you walk into the door...all through the concession stand it felt really good. We get into our movie...its hot. We think...hey it will cool off. It didnt. We were hot through the entire movie and the entire room was complaining about it throught the movie. Sweating and sitting still. If I didnt have my asthma pump I wouldnt have made it. Made it really hard to enjoy the best movie of the year. Ironically, it was a black movie. Oh ..they dont need air...they will pay to see it anyways....we can save on our bill turn the air off in theater 8! Pissed off! Will never go back there. Also old seats...reclining as the site says..Not..you can lean back a little bit. Not the nice new big recliners! Be aware! Nasty filthy bathrooms....most theaters have the bathroom clean after each movie ends. Trash cans were full and running over...4 out of 7 stalls were beyond too nasty to use. Ridiculous for NORTH HILLS. Nice on the outside, old and outdated on the inside almost musty....like you dont want to put your bags on the floor. Now lets talk about the 4 seats behind the wall in theater 8....REALLY ??? Nobody can see over that wall!!!!!! What sense does that make??? Beware of this in theater 8

Severely disappointed with this theatre. We go to the movies a lot and because it has late shows, sometimes we end up here. Its generally not great but not bad enough to actively avoid. We came to see the Conjuring 2 tonight. There were a couple of disruptive groups in the house, beyond the normal horror movie crowd noise that is generally to be expected. These two groups were constantly having full conversations at normal volume, using cell phones, and yelling comments at the screen about the characters. When I approached management they said they had already given out refunds to two other people with the same complaints about these groups and stated they would come in and speak to the kids involved. They did, but let them stay. When the kids started acting up again, and further complaints were made (not by us) management continued to allow the kids to stay. Im not posting this to get anything, as well have every intention of staying away from this theatre in the future, just wanted to vent. There are enough other options to successfully avoid this place going forward, and I highly recommend skipping the trip unless you want to pay $30+ for a crap version of Mystery Science Theatre and managers who could care less

1.To the person that says the ac wasnt working do you realize that the ac is always set at a certain degrees it cant go above 72 and cant go below 65 its not the theater managers fault that a movie is packed with over 100 people in there breathing and moving around. The ac works and keeps it cool thats why there are gaps in between movies so the temp can reset because if the ac turned on during a movie im sure you would be the first to complain........2. For the first month or two of screening, money from ticket sales goes to movie studios. Theaters rely on concession stands to make money. That’s why concessions are overpriced. Popcorn costs almost nothing to make.....3.Combination deals don’t save you money at some theaters. You’d pay the same price if you purchased the items separately.....4No, I can’t give you extra cups. Everything is inventoried at the end of the night.....4.Your suspicions are correct. Sometimes I sweep excess food under the seats. Movies often end every few minutes. Sometimes, three or more screenings end at the same time. I don’t always have time to clean everything up.

This theatre is my go to theatre as I live very close by. Tonight I went to see Collateral Beauty and was highly disappointed in the customer service I received from the staff. While ordering popcorn and a bottle of water I was informed they were out of water... what??? How do you run out of bottled water on one of the busiest movie weekends of the year. I was offered water out if the fountain drink machine but was told it would be over $4. What??? $4 for the same thing as Tap water? I asked if I could go downstairs to buy a bottle from another store and was told no. I then asked then to go themselves to buy a few cases of water for customers. The manager looked at me like I was crazy and said "I cant do that, that would be crazy". Where was the customer service? I understand that would not have been the ideal situation but its not my fault they ran out. I can promise you ... they have lost my business for sure.
