You MUST see the plans in store for the expansion going on at the Country Club at Otterkill. Just arrived, the 18-ft wedding gazebo for the most romantic venue - add panoramic views of 136 acres of golf course and pristine landscaping and you have the perfect backdrop for your wedding. Nikki Massimo was the perfect wedding planner, answering all my questions and making great suggestions for the catering. She went over the turnkey wedding packages they offer where they take care of absolutely everything from the flowers to the food - whew, what a load off our shoulders! I found out Chef Mike is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America! We still havent decided if our reception will be indoors in their expanded ballroom that will fit our 280 guests, or outdoors in the outrageously beautiful patio area and infinity pool with chandeliers in the trees - it will be the wedding of my dreams!
