I have been to this drive in many times and never had a problem until last night. We were told to park between the yellow poles about 2 feet from pole, we did this and a young kid walking around told us we had to move, and directed us up one isle. We were then approached again by the same kid and told we had to go up one more space, so we again moved. The same kid again approached us and told us we need to be back one space. I told him this was the 4th time he asked us to move and i wasent doing it. He walked away and approx. 30 mins later came back and said i told you to move, so either do it or ill get my manager. I told him to go ahead and have the manager come over. A short time later, a guy with security written on his vest comes up on a segway and immediately tells us to move where we were told ir he would call the cops and kick us out. We tried to explain to him this was the 4th time we were told to move, but he wouldnt listen, just turned around and said im calling the cops. We did move back one space, but then a half hour later were again approached and told we had to tie our hatch down, even though several right around us were not directed to do the same. We were flat out harrassed and belittled by both of those employees, and considering we spent our time and money to bring our family out for a nice evening feel the treatment we received was less than professional. If you want to stay in business i suggest you monitor the way your employees treat your guests!

Never had a problem until tonight. First of all, what kind of place of business doesnt have a person on the answering line to find out if a show is sold out or will soon be sold out? Obviously many people have been waiting to see finding dory and when we got there, the line was SO long we turned around just to go to another line that was shorter. When we got to the front right before the ticket booth we asked a boy directing traffic if after waiting over 45 minutes if Dory was still available, and he said it was for cars. We were so excited because we were in a car. When we went to go pay, we were told it was sold out! We told them wed waited a long time and asked if we could park somewhere else and walk with our chairs and she refused, and we asked to see a manager, she claimed she was a manager but she was very rude and unhelpful about the situation and gave no explanation as to why we couldnt park elsewhere and be escorted with our chairs to a screen showing finding dory. Also, when we left, we saw an enormous line of cars, most likely all who were there to see finding dory, and not a single employee was walking down the line of cars letting them know the show was sold out. Very, very, poor management on so many levels on a night it was obviously expected that a large crowd would show up.

I love going to the drive-in. However, I do not appreciate the signs that say "No Smoking". Oooo, thats right, Im a 57-year old woman who smokes. Gasp. It IS still legal to smoke, and as far as Im concerned, when the Transit Drive-In starts paying my car payments, and insurance premiums (BOTH car AND health insurance premiums), then, maybe, Ill not smoke in my car with the windows up in an open-air venue. Just some little control-freak with a "god complex", taking my money, then looking over my shoulder, telling me what to do. I DONT HAVE to come here; actually, Im more comfortable watching the very same movies, a week or two after release, on my own couch in my living room. Close to the bathroom, close to the fridge, with a big ashtray right next to me. I only go to the drive-in because my husband likes to go a couple times a year. And, by the way, we dont have kids by choice. So, all those "parents" out there should quiet their little monsters down while Im trying to watch the movie. What are they still doing up at midnight, anyway?

The owner of this drive in , Rick Cohen, has some real anger issues which he takes out on customers. He rides around on his little segway, which makes him feel bigger than people, and picks on customers for any reason he can. I am assuming he was one of the kids in high school which got beat up quite a bit and has now found a little kingdom he can rule in the form of a run down drive in in Lockport. This piece of crap cannot even run that on his own and has started a go fund me account to try and make a go of it. Way to ruin Daddys business Ricky. I actually tried to file a police report against him , I was told by the Lockport police that this is the sort of thing he does all the time. We suggest you use the drive in located in Medina.

Its a great place to go and see 2 movies for less that the price of one. That said ordered a pizza, it was over $12 cut in 6 very uneven pieces, mediocre at best, found out after it was just a frozen pizza heated up. 2nd complaint there is no number you can call and talk to a person. Just a recording, when i couldnt talk to someone i tried emailing asking for a response and never heard back. It was important and effected my job as i had been there with work and didnt have the receipts. I just asked for the prices of the food that we ordered to show work the money spent. They would not respond. It would be smart if they put the prices on the website. That way families can plan how much money they will need.

Amazing Deal, Big Screen, Clean Snack Bar, Clean Bathrooms, Amazing Viewing Everywhere! My family & I wanted to see Finding Dory so badly, We also wanted to see Jungle Book. Due to Transit Drive-In We got to see both for the price of one! The whole place was sold out. I heard news about people yelling and getting very angry about it being sold out, That is not the way to go. Come early, an hour early isnt gonna kill yah. It takes 30 minutes to get yourself situated and they have miniature golf, and swings for the kids to do for 30 minutes and then the movie starts. If it still is sold out come another night, THE DRIVE -IN IS OPEN EVERY SINGLE NIGHT THIS YEAR! and have yourself an amazing night! Just like I did!

Im not sure why this drive-in isnt ranked as one of the best in the country. Nobody has a longer season, or is as creative with novel showings (e.g. Buffalo Bills game shown with proceeds to charity). Now theyve added a **fifth** screen. The only negative thing that can be said is it doesnt have that warm folksy feeling you get at other drive-ins. The owner will suddenly appear out of the dark on his Segway, abruptly ask a question like youre doing something wrong, and then just as quickly disappear into the dark. Other drive-in owners are less aloof and actually take a moment to speak with their patrons in a friendly and pleasant manner.
