Wrote: I was visiting your store in Deltona, Florida today around 6pm. the one off Providence street. I was looking for a toy for my dog and possibly buying a cage. Both employees were busy at the checkout so I just walked around and browsed. When I finally did see one of the employees had free time I looked over to see that they were stocking and completely ignored me knowing I was there ten min by now. How does Petsupermarket lose customers? By doing exactly what this employee did, poor customer service. Your employee gave Petsupermakret a bad name today.

Worst experience ever no one greeted me or even said good morning no one bothered to assist me or ask if I needed help I was pretty much on my own maybe if the staff wasnt all wrapped up in guys arms check your cameras they could actually get something done and make some money one lady didnt even know what animal I was looking at I definitely will not be coming back or referring this place to anyone 1235 Providence store is a joke surprised they make any money at all horrible customer service

The customer service was good but the store itself was so unclean it smelled like they never cleaned, the minute I walked in I was hit by this disgusting oder of animal that I started coughing immediately and after I left my throat was hurting the whole day.

A very high quality pet shop, lots of variety, and i can bring my dog in. The people there are nice, they supply organic foods, anyhting a pet owner would want. clothes, leashes, treats, beds, cages.

Customer service is very poor when you need help you have to hunt somebody down and literally asked them instead of them coming up to you and asking if you need anything which is very unprofessional.

had live bugs in my science diet turkey stew. Look like black roaches. he was very helpful in resolving this issue with no hassels.
