The first thing I noticed about Bowlero was how much of an improvement aesthetically it was over Saratoga Lanes. The decor is fantastic, and it gives off a VERY different vibe than its predecessor. So I was very excited to experience all that it had to offer. We went to sign up for a bowling lane and were told it would be a 45 min-1 hour wait. Eh, whatever. It was a Saturday night, so it was understandably busy. We decided to get food while we waited. I had a flatbread pizza, which was mediocre. My wife had the "jacked" fries, which were sad looking. The pizza that my parents had was delicious, though. We ordered some mixed drinks which, at 8 bucks a pop, were pricey, but strong. So, I guess not too bad. The Moscow Mule was especially good. After an hour, we checked back up front and were told that we would have to wait ANOTHER hour for our lane. Super. So, we went to the arcade. The game assortment was okay. My 8 year old nephew enjoyed it. Fair warning though: each game costs a dollar or more, so be prepared to spend some big bucks at the arcade. Finally we get the notice that our lane is ready. Well, lo and behold....since it was now after 8pm (we got to the place at 6), we had to spend almost 7 DOLLARS MORE per person. Seriously!? Whatever, we sucked it up. Got to the lane, which was nice. Except that the only balls to choose from were whatever was there in our lane. No XL balls for me to use. So we told an attendant who hunted down a Large ball. Too small for my fingers, but what could I do? Halfway through my (terrible) game, another attendant found an XL ball and brought it over. Great! The rest of our time there was fine. Overall, I was not impressed with Bowlero. The facility is very nice, and it has the potential to be a great place to go. But it is very pricey and way too many folks are there on Saturday. I will probably try it again during the week. Wont order food, but may get some drinks. And will DEFINITELY bring my own ball.

I usually do not write negative reviews but tonight I am beyond inclined to give the company a correct representation of what this business portrays. If I could give 0 stars, I would, based on my experience tonight. My goal was to have a good time with a friend (which happened to work there) tonight. Thats it. Bowl and drink. I felt discriminated by the managers tonight. I bowl professionally during league and tonight was a mistreatment towards a regular customer. In addition, as a successful business owner, I understand business and that the standard order of procedure should be followed. However, it was a rather slow night and customer quality service should be of utmost importance. Even so, customers are always granted with the most privileges, especially when all you have to do is go around and check to see if the customers are satisfied. This guarantees customer satisfaction and recurring business. I did not get that tonight. I felt as if, they wanted my money and wanted me to leave ASAP. I usually do not mind negativity but tonight was exceptional. It was not the workers fault. I know that. I tipped them well (above 15%, front desk, waiters, bartenders, etc.). It is the companys decision on the managers, i.e. the ones running the operations. Word of advice: get your foundations down and then start hustling money. To everyone that has read this thus far, i encourage you to NOT give them your business. If so, expect nothing but a negative experience at Bowlero Corpus Christi. Bowlero, you need to re-evaluate some management issues at all times. Please take this as a positive feedback to help maintain a more successful business in the future. Thanks for reading.

I went here with my gf and found the place to be real messy. I wanted to play air hockey but their coin machine was out so I went to the bar to get some change but after a while of waiting on the lady to finish working on the computer while I was standing in front of her she responds with a bad attitude saying I have to ask the front desk. Front desk would have to be my worst experience yet here. There were two ladies working at the front desk, one handling shoes and the other checking customers in. The lady that checked customers in had the most attitude. She seemed like she didnt want to deal with people although that was her job. She put me down on a list and I waited for 30 min. I waited and they skipped my name, although said they called my name. Luckily, I had been checking in every five minutes just in case something like that happened. She reluctantly gave me a lane and I accidentally left myself out of the system so I had to once again visit the front desk. I asked the lady who was putting the shoes up and again the attitude shows. She tells me I have to ask the lady whose dealing with the line to fix it. So I waited again... and front desk again reluctantly fixed the issue. Obviously I do not recommend going here but if you do expect to wait a while and to have bad service

Worse place to take your family for a good time. Walked in, signed in with phone number, took kids to play games while we waited for close to 2 hours and still no call. Over 6 lanes open with no one playing and still couldno get a lanatural after complaining. During waiting went to get a drink and service was horrible!...No one looks up to greet you and got ignored for over 5 minutes. Finally asked a girl but she couldnt service me. She begins to talk to another girl in black shirt who can serve me and still no service. Finally get my drink order after all that. Also people waiting for over 5 minutes for laser tag and no one at desk. We decide to play laser tag and also had to wait for almost 5 -6 minutes to show up. When I was paying for laser tag I over hear one girl who seems like the manager talking to employees about open lanes and what to tell customers if they start to complain. No sense of urgency from anyone in building who we were in contact with. No wonder why this place has a 2.8 star rating. Should be lower. No customer service skills at all in that place. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could give it a 0 rating I would. RIDICULOUS!!!

I went on a Friday night, the most horrible service I have ever received. They place everyone on one side all congested. I can understand if there were alot of people but there wasnt. When I went to go asked to be moved the girl says ok let me tell him. She stands there and says NOTHING AT ALL to him just stands there. Then there are about 2 managers there talking and laughing with 3 other employees in a circle. So we are waiting and nothing is happening. Finally a lady comes and asks us what we needed. I tell her I want to be moved she doesnt move me too far but says with a very rude tone "ok i moved you to twelve." Them gives me back the receipt. Then lane 12 fyi messed up on us about 5 times. NOW FOR THE BAR. 3 CHEERS FOR THE SLOWEST BARTENDERS....AND THERE WAS 2 OF THEM! A man and a woman. I stood there for about 6 to 7 minutes before i was acknowledged. Then the bartender drops a glass and goes "well i was gonna help you but I have to pick this up." Finally after she really does take her sweet time I order a drink. We will not be returning to this overly priced place with horrible customer service. Dont waste your time and money.
