From the start our experience was bad. We waited a while to get through the line, cause they had one cash register open. Friday night btw. Eventually they opened another, the cashier retook our order several times and called a manager over to fix whatever issue there was. Cool. Get our order and its wrong, let it slide, spent $27 bucks on popcorn, a drink, and a pretzel. Not including tickets. We go to sit down, didnt get cozy chairs, bumbed us out. My husband went to eat his pretzel and it was doughy and cold. Gave us the stink eye when he asked for a different one. Ok, movie time. The ads were so overplayed. Same ad 3 times in a row! And then looped again, not trailers, just local business ads. And we ran kinda late to purposely miss them. 30 min past the show time ads are still going, so my husband goes and askes what the hold up was, the manager apologized and said he would get someone in there. Movie was great. Deadpool was amazingly funny, and even brightened up the experience. But poor customer service, and bad food.

No one was taking tickets when we arrived at 11:10am. Movie auditorium was completely dark when we arrived 5 minute before start time. 5 minutes after movie time it was still dark and nothing on screen. I went out to the lobby and spoke with the manager to let him know it was pitch black in the auditorium. He was counting money out in a drawer. He explained about a power outage- but he wasnt aware of an issue until I told him. Went back to the auditoroum and it was black for another 2 min. Then they finally brought up the house lights. Its 11:30 and still no movie playing. They had to reboot the system. Bathroom in lobby had just one toilet and one standup in then mens room. Hate to see the line after a full theater lets out. Wow. Save your money- go to a different theater.

Love the theatre! Ticket prices are fairly reasonable. Staff is friendly. But concession prices about killed me! $70 for 4 movie tickets, 1 large popcorn & 2 med drinks. Considering concessions are all "self serve" I feel they need to lower their pricing. Or at least remove the stickers on the front doors that say "no outside food or drinks allowed" Because this Momma, is bringing candy from the dollar store. P.S. Their DDS Theatre has an amazing Surround Sound. We saw Ghostbusters (which isnt even scary) and I jumped clear out of my seat on a couple parts, just due to the loudness scaring the crap out of me.

Okay I loved this movie theater it was great. I would like to point out to many people here are complaining about this movie theater. We must remember it is very new. Many workers and managers have not gotten the feel for this new theater yet. Although they are trying their best our standard should not be too high for the perfect movie theater. Give it time they will flourish and grow with constructive criticism. When I went there with my 2 deaf friends they did everything they can to make our movie experience amazing. We actually got to see a movie with caption glasses!

First experience at the theater was last night in one of the standard screen rooms and it was nice but nothing really special, just a good average and local theater. The seating was pretty average as far as comfort and size, the theater room was rather small when compared to any Tulsa theaters built after the 1990s. Overall it was a good experience but for the experience I think this place should be a discount theater or "dollar movies". For the money it costs I would much rather go to AMC, Warren or an Imax.

Isnt worth the money. If I wanted to pay 50 bucks for 2 tickets a large drink and pop corn. Id go to the Imax. Id at least have way more comfortable seats. And better 3D as wel as better sound and screens. If you go here you will get ripped off from your money they need to lower their prices and drop them down to what they are worth and not want to be worth. Wasnt satisfied this was my first and will be my last visit to this theater. Was excited to have one 5 minutes from me but this one isnt worth it.

Love it...love it..love it!! This new theater seem to be binging back some of the FUN of the movies. The lobby is great, the "VIB" is right, and while I really DO like the luxury seating I just like every thing about the place, and experience that this new BIG theater delivers.. Living on the the west side of Tulsa I used to drive to 71st and 169, and while I "may" do that in the future a few more times. When given the option Id rather go to CarMike-theater here in Tulsa hills.

Overall it was a good experience. Seating was great and the sound and picture was perfect. However, one of three soda machines didnt work and there were quite a few flavors out. The mens restroom was out of paper towels while staff stood around talking. The carpets could use a cleaning as well. Maybe Im cheap, but $45 for two people to see a movie with a soda and shared popcorn seems a little high. Being a bit of a geek though, having the amp racks on display was kind of cool.

I recently went to your theater and i bought my tickets ahead of time and was expected to still wait in the ticket line even after printing out my tickets. I think your theater needs to have a better system for those of us who buy tickets ahead of time. The purpose of buying ahead of time is so that we do not have to wait in the long ticket lines in the first place so it was very upsetting that we were expected to do so if we wanted concessions.

The prices are what youd expect. The theater is really nice and clean, pretty much spotless. The seats are nice and comfy and the screens are clear and the sound is great. The food and stuff is really high but maybe if you signed up for their Stubs thing that would help with the cost. I really like the Coke freestyle machines too. Its not as nice as The Warren but its better than a lot of other places Ive been.

The service there was amazing every employee was clearly dedicated to a more relaxed yet professional customer experience. The auditorium I was in even had leather motorized reclining chairs and wasnt crowded. The theater over all was very clean and straightforward. Pricing is mildly high but compared to other theaters its reasonable and you tend to get a lot for the price. Will be returning many times

3D didnt start for some reason during the movie I paid to see (on the films opening weekend.) I imagine they do not have a trained projectionist. Also, the lights did not dim enough to be immersed in the movie. There was a noticeable glare on the movie screen and I could clearly see everyone around me. They did not offer to refund my ticket. I left anyway and went to the theatre on 71st.

I went to the movie theater primarily because it was one of the very few here in Tulsa that had closed captions. The manager (I believe) helped me greatly in acquiring the item I needed. It truly helped me enjoy the two movies I watched. I wish I got his name. The theater I went to is located at the Tulsa Hills just south of 81st on Olympia. I will go there again in the future.
