Took my children to see a movie on what turned out to be opening weekend for it. Bought tickets, drinks and popcorn and upon entering theater, there were only 1 or 2 seats scattered about. I was angry (though, I should have expected it, however I didnt think about opening weekend, totally my fault), and the manager, Jeremy (?) spotted me with all of the snacks and my children and came right up to me. He was so accommodating, empathetic and kind. He did everything he could to rectify the situation, though I could have totally avoided the situation entirely had I done a little research! He went above and beyond to make us happy. I am SO happy that there are still people out there who truly believe in customer service and kindness. I have told EVERYONE I know about our experience with Jeremy, written to Cinemark corporate and called him to thank him personally for his amazing gesture. Cinemark did everything right when they hired him, and I hope and pray that Jeremy gets the recognition that he deserves as well as promotion after promotion.

cliff notes seats are smaller then airplane seats,good lag room but make sure you like touching the ppl on both sides of you. the new " leather " chairs are very uncomfortable it was a good place to see a movie even if you had to bring your own salt lol . but now :( after the remodeled the seats are smaller then airplane seats the only person that fit with out touching the ppl next to them was my 120pound friend :/ i have had a shoulder injury and forcing my arm to my side becomes painful . fortunate my friends brother changed with me so i did not have to leave, side note new fake leather chairs are very uncomfortable >.< and i was not the only one that had sweat pool in the middle of my back i may not be coming back :(

The service was shotty at best . The popcorn was dry and burnt, a peice of popcorn was lodged into my throat. It would not melt like the buttery sweet popcorn from other competeing theaters, and due to their high prices I was not able to afford a drink and lack of water cups forced me to rush to the bathroom. It did not help I had extreme heart problems which lead me to sitting in a stall thinking about what just happened when my heart started acting up. Which lead me to the worse part of my experience, which was me dying and my body wasnt found till three days later.

I got tickets to see "The Fifth Element" which was a anniversary special event screening. I never got to see the film in theaters 20 years ago when it first came out - so to see it in the theater seemed like it would be a good experience. Unfortunately for this particular theater everything is going to be compared against the Bistro XD theater only 5 miles away. At this particular theater you cant reserve seats, the seats are too small, and the sound/image quality could use an upgrade. I likely wont purchase "Fathom" event tickets for this theater again.

We were gifted with a Fandango gift card. I thought it worked like all gift cards and took it to the Cinemark to purchase my tickets. Well, I was mistaken and we had a huge problem using our cell phones to purchase through the Fandango site. Even though the Fandango card wasnt their product, the ticket agent and then her supervisor took ownership of the problem and stuck with us until we were able to see the movie we went there to see. Excellent customer service here Fort Collins Cinemark! We dont plan to go anywhere else. Thank you!

The staff were quick in the ticket office. The 7 or 8 people standing around at the concessions could have learned that lesson. We were standing being someone and when they left, the cashier disappeared. 7 or 8 people were standing around while one guy took other peoples money. I wad not happy. The theater was comfortable and it wasnt too cold or too warm. The staff at these places are young and obviously just want a paycheck, not a job.

The theater is just like any other newer theater, nothing so awesome that I would pick it over another. My only gripe is with the consessions. Yes you pay over the top prices but at a lot of theaters you get free refills with large popcorn and drinks. Not at this place. It's 5 bucks for a large soda and half the cup is ice. So my suggestion is to bring a bottle with you for refills. Don't let them keep raping you.

I would have given no stars but that was not an option. I went here with my older brother who was 23 and they would not allow him to take me in. I was very upset because we drove all the way out of our way to watch the movie Get Out which we had both been very anxious to see. We then had to wait for the refund to take place which took much longer than it should have. Do not come here, its not worth the trouble.

Frustrated to have to sit through 25 MINUTES of previews before Moana started on Saturday matinee. To expect children to sit through lengthy previews and then an entire movie ? Unfair. -- Solution: buy tickets online in advance and show up 25 minutes after movie "start time" (& then risk not getting a seat ??) Better yet just watch a movie at home. Comfortable seats and theater was clean.

Generally a great theater! I just took my 7 year old to see a movie here last week and the place was clean, the staff was friendly and the seats are comfy. Only issue I had was with the price. Couldn’t see a movie for under $25 (there are 3 of us) and couldn’t get away without spending $20+ on snacks. We don’t go very often so its ok once and a while but this is why I wait for video!

Been coming here for over a decade and theyve done a good job of keeping the place up to date. Right near a plethora of cafes and quick eats. Discount days are great at under 6 bucks a ticket (Tuesdays). Fun fact: checked tickets dressed up as Batman the night TDKR premiered - not that its something to brag about but I was also first in line, and I did tear up at the end of the film.

Everytime we go to the movies, we only go to this Cinemark! Their friendly staff is always willing to helps us to the theatre or carry our food & drinks for us since were disabled. Keep up the great job everyone! Best, clean theatre in Ft. Collins, Co. And for those of you complaining about prices, they make NO money from the admission tickets! Only from their concession stands!

This is not the newest movie theater in Fort Collins, but it is the largest, and recently have replaced their seats with some sort of leather or vinyl material. The facility itself is still in very good shape and well taken care of. They have upgraded and replaced furnishings and equipment since it was first built. Service is often speedy, and employees are friendly.
