First impression: dirty!! There was a film of stickiness on everything... On the counters at concession, on the floors in the bathroom, even the carpets seemed to be sticky. Ticket pick up was easy, as most theaters now they have touch screen to pick up pre ordered tickets. Concessions: took forever! We waited on line at least 20 minutes to get a simple popcorn, soda and slushy, and once at the front of the line the salesperson forget EACH INDIVIDUAL component of the order for a total of 3 items. At least he asked so he did ultimately get the correct order, but it definitely explained why it was 20 min to the front of the line (we were 4th in line when we first got on line). The counter was sticky and there was a huge pile of popcorn right by the cash register that made it difficult to interact with the server. A cleaner came up to clean it right toward the end of our encounter and he immediately complained to us (random customers) how much his job sucked and that hed rather be anywhere else. Once we finally made it up to the theater, we got inside theater 11 and there were large comfortable-looking armchairs that reclined. I say "looking" because I didnt get a chance to actually sit in one. The theater only had 4 rows of seats and was full for a movie thats been out for 4 weeks already. !!! Come on. Last we went to get out money back and it was explained to us that as it was past the start time of the movie, we couldnt get a refund. Despite that we had actually gotten to the theater at least 10 min before start time (and the movie hadnt started yet - still previews - despite our ridiculous wait at concession). So we took our ticket vouchers and left. :( Not up to AMC standards.. Or any theater. So annoyed with the whole experience.

IP Green - just because you are too cheap to pay for another ticket and got caught sneaking into another movie room and were kicked out does not mean that the theater suck. It just mean that you have no shame thats all - especially when you are rating this venue with one star and irrelevant review. Having say that I think this theater is fantastic. Like most other reviewer said the draw is the awesome reclining chair. I have not been there since AMC took over but the $1 hot dog was a steal. Yes there might be a longer line to buy ticket but it usually happen only before the show time as most of the time during weekdays - the lounge area is usually empty. During the weekends I noticed that they do have a few people selling tickets as the place is usually packed. I deducted one star because just like most of the other review comment - each screening room can ONLY hold the amount of the reclining chair, and since the chair are so big, there are less chair per show hence the ticket sold out faster (especially the new engagement). Still that is not a reason not to go to this theater - as you do have the option of buying the ticket online (with additional service fee of course). All and all I think this is one of the better theater around Bergen.

We thought wed give this cinema another chance since they are now owned by AMC. This place has not changed other than some new signage and TV screens. The carpets are stained and filthy, popcorn all over the floors, the concession stand checkout was nasty and dirty, spilled drinks on the counters which left a sticky residue - gross. I wanted to buy one of the grilled flat breads and my boyfriend wanted the boneless chicken wings and fries, however the kitchen is under construction and your only options were candy, popcorn, nachos and drinks. If you dont have the food available on your display screens because the kitchen is "under construction", then turn OFF the display indicating food that you do not have! Problem solved! That alone will cut down your ridiculously long concession stands line. We saw "Meet the Blacks" in theater #11, which is upstairs...the escalator that takes you upstairs was "out of service".....so anyone walking up stairs, juggling food purchased down stairs risked tripping trying to get upstairs with your "food" and Im using the term "food" loosely. Please open the concession stand upstairs for those that are seeing movies upstairs. Lastly, the movie was super corny, so save your money and time.

This has been my favorite movie theater for years! I took my daughter yesterday. 3 register were open at the food court, one line was very long while the other only had one person. the lady who was attending the empty register just turned around to chat instead calling the next client. I approached her and ask her if her register was open, she just rolled her eyes and said "ugh sure is guess" and handed me the food with an attitude. Then when we got to the room there were no empty seats, i approached one of the employees and he answered me "thats because the movie is sold out" why would someone sell a soldout ticket?? he ended up finding one seat for both of us, we are lucky to be thin, otherwise i would have to stand the whole movie. The stuff is very lazy, its a shame that a great and comfortable theater has such a low quality customer service.

This is a wonderful movie theatre. Aside from the nice seats and wide aisles, which are the best anywhere, the staff is caring and compassionate. I came here yesterday to see Ant Man with my 11 year old daughter, Sammy. Sammy is being treated for brain cancer and has complications from surgery and chemo. She had some popcorn that went down the wrong way and had a choking/gagging/vomiting episode right in the theatre before the movie started. The two young women who noticed and tried to help were wonderful. I dont remember their names, but they brought water ( which she cannot drink) paper towels and some comfort. One of them even came back during the previews. Sammy ended up watching and enjoying the entire movie (and eating popcorn and candy, carefully).

I have been going to this theater since I was a child and I have no idea what is happening to this place. To start, its dirty even on weeknights when there arent many patrons. Last time I saw a movie there, they forgot to close the doors when the movie started. Some of the soda machines dispense warm soda. Last night I was there for the opening night of Girls Night. There was no ice in any soda machine, and no butter in the butter dispensers. Then with a packed theater waiting for a movie to start at 11:45, they FORGOT TO START THE MOVIE FOR 30 MINS. No announcements or apology. Then to recoup the lost time, they skipped playing the preview trailers. RP, I know youve got the nice chairs, but get your act together. Youre not even doing the bare minimum.

This place has usually been great, but since its changed management, its terrible. I gave two stars because of the reclining seats but otherwise it would have one. The service is not good except Sara, whos been here for years. The place is typically dirty-- rarely vacuumed and it makes me think about the quality of cleanlinesss in the seats. Also, Im here on line for Fantastic Beasts for a 1900 showing and its 1911. No one told us the movie would be delayed except random patrons that have asked and came back to tell a few people. What if there are elderly or pregnant people on this line?! This is actually outrageous and theyve lost not only a customer in me, but a whole family. Because I will tell anyone that asks about the quality of this place.
