We had a birthday party for my daughters who are 5 and 2. We arrived 15 min early like we were supposed to for shoes and were told which lanes we would have. We had 4 or 5 lanes. The party started at 4pm and they had none of our tables set up. The gentleman at the counter was very rude when my husband went to the front to ask what was going on. This was a kids birthday party and we get put on lanes that either had no bumpers working, one side working or only half the lane and then the lane all the way on the right hand side we had to call someone every five minutes because their balls were getting stuck and wouldnt come back out. I then have to deal with disappointed children who cant have a good time because their ball keeps going into the gutter or getting stuck. I should not have had to pay full price for that kid birthday party where the bumpers were not fully working. We had 22 bowlers plus 15 that didnt bowl, lots of food and appetizers which were really good and open bar so we spent a good amount. I cant say I will ever have a party here again. Also the excuse we got that our space wasnt ready was because they got busy with the leagues. Sorry but that isnt my problem when we are paying customers as well and the party was planned well in advance. We were really disappointed by this experience.

The owner was very rude when I approached him about the lanes being overly oily. He then criticized my technique and when I told him I will not be returning, he then proceeded to swear and tell me to get my group out of there. On the way out he stated that we were no longer allowed on the premises. We will not be retuning, there are a lot of better bowling alleys in the area.

This is a nice place to come on a Monday night however some of the staff need to adjust their attitude. We had some issues with the food and the way the bartender approached the situation was very unprofessional. She called for the manager and he even approached the situation defensively and with an attitude. If they had handled it differently this would have been 5 stars.

I called to see if their claw machines were turn on, they refused to check. The last time we went, the machines were turned off because of a fuse problem, thats the reason I called to ask. The guy was rude and their customer service is horrible.

We have been going to Town and Country for about 10 years now. They could not have a nicer staff. The place is always clean and because they have a lot of lanes there is usually open bowling. Just call first.

As a student at Joliet Junior College, I brought my ID card to this place and got a deep discount on my games and shoes. 10/10 would go again, especially with friends.

Place is pretty decent. It is well kept and has OK food. Drinks are a little pricey.
