Me and my children enjoyed this place a lot except today when we were watching the 4:40pm movie Pan. We had a couple with two boys sitting behind us. The two boys kept kicking me and my daughters seats. I initially thought it was an accident so I did not say anything. After several kicks I turned my head back then I saw the motherss bare feet actually were placed at the top of the seat near my face. I knew what kind of people I were dealing with. So, I told my daughter to move to the left where there were two empty seats so we can continue watching the movie without feeling more irritated.I honest think this movie theater should put a behavior guide in your movie advertisement such as keep your hands, arms and feet in the right place.

Overall I had a wonderful experience. I had won tickets to see my movie and an older lady at the ticket office gave me a difficult time telling me Im at the wrong theater and kept thinking I had to go to a another city because my last name is the same as the city. She wasnt even the person helping me but once the Manger came he did a great job of taking care of it. The movie started about 15 minutes late but I dont think anyone really cared. The theater was clean and comfortable. When we left at the end of the movie they had a gentlemen who handed out free passes to come again because the movie started late. That was an unexpected surprise and very nice of them. I look forward to going again.

Ive been to this theater twice in the last week, and both experiences have been awful. Both times, in two different theaters, the screens have not worked. Only sound comes over the speakers. Both times, Ive missed the trailers for future movies. I let it slide the first time, but two times in a week in two different theaters tells me that someone doesnt know how to operate the equipment here. Plus, it took forever for someone to finally fix the issue. Once it was fixed, there wasnt an attempt to rewind and start the movie from the beginning. This is very disappointing, especially considering how much it costs to bring my family to the movies.

The lobby is tiny, and the movie I went to see was so dang loud I actually requested they turn it down. It was John wick 2, but half the people were plugging their ears during the opening scene it was so bad. They fixed it pretty fast after I let them know though so that was nice. Entire staff was helpful too. The seats were average at best and it was pretty warm but Im always warm so that was probably just me. The legroom was also average at best, and the seats seemed like they were cracking a little. 4 stars for great staff though.

Bought tickets online but Windows-based credit card kiosks were not working ... just like a PC... rebooting. Waited 5 mins. in line for coffee to be made from a tiny one cup machine that produced the weakest coffee ever. Definitely NOT worthy of the "We serve Starbucks here" sign. Didnt bring my own bc the Cinemark in Plano on Tollway made us pour ours out last time. I had much higher expectations from a BRAND NEW theatre. Save yourself some heartache and go to Stonebriar. They have working kiosks and real Starbucks one floor below.

I went to Cinemark in Frisco on Monday. I regret to say that it was the worst experience that I have had. I sat in my chair for an hour looking at a screenshot that wouldnt turn on. Thankfully, someone stopped the movie when it started. Eventually the movie turned on. The screen was so dark I couldnt see even the brightest of scenes. When I asked the employees about it all I was told was that they were working on fixing it. I was so frustrated about the money I wasted that I walked out.

I loved the movie I went to see but the girl, Callie, who was ripping tickets wouldnt let me through just because I didnt have a state ID but am clearly over age- not to mention that I had a college ID with a picture of me on it. She kept making snide/sarcastic remarks and was not very people friendly. Last time I checked Cinemark is supposed to be in the people business. I will not be going back and I hope yall get this situation under control.

A good theater though I was dismayed that the seats would be so uncomfortable. For the big screen they pride on the seats did not have the luxury recliners, which strangely enough are at a theater in a worn out mall in Irving. Sound and picture are as advertised and powerful. I tend to be a double feature person when I go out for movies. I am part of both AMC and Cinemark rewards and if you dont have them you should if you see a lot of movies.

I usually go to the matinee showing, which I LOVE for two reasons. 1. The theater is not nearly as busy as it is in the evening. 2. Matinee prices are awesome. This is a nice enough theater, but Im not completely impressed with the seats specifically. I expected the seats to be a little wider, and recline more (which would require the rows be a little wider as well). Otherwise, Im very pleased with the theater itself and amicable staff.

Ticket machines outside didnt work, ticket counter was blocked off, had to buy tickets at 1 of 2 food registers (both long lines). When we asked what line we should stand in it ended up being the wrong one. Had to jump back to the end of the line and not one apologie. Concessions area was really dirty. Was expecting more on our rare date night. Will give them another chance down the road...maybe it was just a bad night.

Comfortable seating and usually fairly clean. Weekends get busy, but Sunday afternoons, weekday matinee, and the showings after 9pm Saturday through Thursday are usually the best times to go. My only complaint is their lack of drink selection. They only offer the huge Dasani water bottles instead of the smaller 20 oz. bottles, a mistake that is not made at the West Plano location. .

Worse experience ever. Got there 30 mins early, never got popcorn. 30 min wait for snacks because of their new system where you have to buy service. Multiple people bothering u in line to buy year memberships which allows u to get in shorter lines to get the service you ahould have anyway. Lots of angry people missing the start of their movie or giving up snacks. Bad business.

We just went to see Spider-Man homecoming and it was the best movie experience weve ever had the theater was completely empty no one else was in it because we went late late at night the service was excellent the people are very nice and greeted us and the movie experience was just completely awesome it was a little bit on the pricey side but I say it was completely worth it

Sound and seating always great!!! Often enough they dont show all the movies that are out..I have to drive to Allen or Plano...Thats almost half my movie viewing.Did you not think to put at least a 16 screen like Allen in here? However, you folks listened to me and I appreciate that. You have carried a greater variety of opening movies. You will keep me in Frisco !!!
