We held a charity golf tournament here in May 2016. As the Co-Chair of the tournament, I was VERY pleased with the course PGA professional. He was helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about golf/golf tournaments. The banquet/catering person was quite the opposite the day of the tournament. This was my first interaction with her and I found her to be argumentative and not at all accommodating with my tournament Co-Chair. I observed the situation for a time, and when I approached her in an attempt to diffuse the situation, she made a nasty comment and walked away from me. I thought this to be beyond unprofessional!!! Although the set-up was prearranged, the tournament volunteers ended up moving and re-setting up most of the player check-in area and banquet room just before the golfers arrived!!! It was a frustration we didnt need or deserve. Despite the banquet/catering staff issue upon arrival, the PGA professional was fabulous assisting with the course setup, hole signage, and contests.

Ive never seen this place get too crowded so its a great place to play a quick round at a cheap rate, but both courses are in bad shape. The greens are in poor condition. Most are too soft and slow, which is surprising considering how hot its been. There were a few greens that had brown patches with no grass on them. The carts are very old and ride rough, especially on the bumpy dirt cart paths. I got a bunch of dings and bag wear on my clubs after playing a few holes here. Im tempted to just walk next time as both courses are walkable. The range is all grass and the balls are actually in pretty good shape, as well as the two practice putting greens. Pro shop is woefully understocked.

I would give this course negative stars of possible. The pro shop folks were definitely very nice but the course was just in horrible shape. I understand we are in a drought but there is no excuse for the fairway conditions. It felt as if we were hitting straight off of concrete. Dirt flying up with each swing. Dont even get me started on the sand traps or the horrible sewage smell. Other factor that made the experience even worse was the price $42 on a discount for a course in this condition is just outrageous. I will never play here ever again, unless of course it was 100% remodeled.

Came here for Foot Golf. Was my and my sister and my cousins first time there. Some of the people were not helpful or friendly. We stood there waiting to be assisted and was assisted by a member who saw us looking perplexed. Once we got our instructions it was good times ahead. Very fun! Great cardio work out. You dont get a golf cart so we walked the entire 18 holes of Foot Golf. The grounds are well kept.

HORRIBLE!! In 20 years of playing golf, the worse time I have ever had was played at El Prado.. The Pro shop staff and management are simply the worse!! I will never play here again and recommend that you dont waste your time or money playing here either!! Go to Los Serrano, its 10 minutes away, the courses are way better and the Pro Shop staff will treat you right!!!

~ Chino Creek course had some rough tee box conditions and rough greens ~ Fairways were decent, but occasionally there were areas of open pockets below the grass ~ Greens ran nicely as long as there was grass on the green ~ Last hole plays as a 5 for women ~ Butterfield Stage course is in slightly nicer condition ~ Butterfield is much more open for fades and draws

I made a tee time in advance for 11:40am. My group arrived 40 minutes early and we were told they were running 20 minutes late. They were clearly booking walk ins. We finally walked out and left at 12:30pm after being told they ran out of carts and it could be another 45 minutes. What is the point of a booked tee time? Lousy, rude customer service too.

This is an older course with 2 eighteens, Chino Creek and Butterfield Stage. Chino is the longer layout, both courses need more maintenance than theyre getting. The golf shop is a glorified starters shack with no merchandise, just check in and pay. They do have a 19th hole.

Course is OK in general. Only complaint is that on the Butterfield golf course, there is a terribly strong smell of manure. Also, I hate the idea of crossing the streets in between holes. Though, minus that, the course is pretty good.

This is a nice local spot where you can play at a very reasonable cost. It would be nice if they added a few amenities. It would also be nice to be able to buy an adult beverage other than beer before the bar opens.

One of the most scenic courses I have ever played. Difficult course even with the seemingly short distance. A ton of fun to play even though it is difficult (for a golfer who shoots around 100)

Enjoyed Chino Creek better than Butterfield Ranch. Open area view. Agree with the other reviewer that the course is not a summer course, especially Butterfield Ranch. Horrid Smells and Flies.

Great place to go golfing if looking for a quick, cheap easy round of golf (Very easy to get a tee time). Not as great if your looking for challenging course thats more well kept. located

Average price. Two 18-hole golf courses. With large driving range, always hitting from grass. Three good sizes chipping and putting green. Even has a Foot golf course.

Local muni course with the local muni problems. Tee boxes uneven, fairways more like cow pastures but the greens were puttable. Long enough to test the long hitters.

Great price. 1 star taken away for water treatment sewer smell on Butterfield and constant gun shot noise from the nearby shooting range on Chino Creek.

Definitely bang for buck course . Can get messy , muddy and smelly. Not the most welcoming course with the high voltage lines but still like it.

Did not honor reserved tee time, said 30 minutes behind. 35 minutes later said there was an additional 40i minute wait. Desk person was rude

The best thing about El Prado is that they have 36 holes and is not usually crowded.
