I had my wedding at The Old Cigar Warehouse last year and LOVED IT! Not only is the venue breathtaking, but the staff was incredibly helpful and great to work with. I plan events for work, so I an say that the sales reps here are more hands on than most venues, but you still have a lot of freedom to be creative. Arynn was terrific, very responsive and never lost her patience after my countless emails. They take care of the bar and equipment rentals too, which made things soooo much easier the day of. Their bar pricing is definitely the cheapest in town, we paid less than $15 a guest for an open bar, other places wanted to charge us $30+! They do ask that you pick vendors from their list, but there are a ton of great options with different price points for each category. Being a planner I totally understand this policy, it helps to maintain the integrity of the building and make sure each event goes off smoothly. It made things so much easier knowing all my vendors worked at The Old Cigar Warehouse many times before. I really cant say anything bad about my experience. Every penny was worth it and I wish I could do it again!

My husband and I had our wedding at OCW and I have nothing but great things to say about them! They were fantastic throughout the entire process. Our sales rep Arynn was so sweet and helpful and the wedding coordinator Jennifer was the best decision we made throughout the whole process!!! All of the vendors that OCW recommended to us were amazing as well. Good Life Catering had the best food, and we loved that they were unique and not your stuffy typical wedding caterer. Blake with Jumping Jukebox was so much fun! He even got our crowd to get on the dance floor, which I thought would be impossible! And I cant say enough good things about Steven with Famzing Photography. He made the picture process so much fun and we love our photographs! Holly with Hollys cakes was fabulous as well, the cake was not only beautiful but everyone talked about how delicious it was. OCW and all of their recommended vendors made our wedding perfect and beyond simple to plan!

My husband and I had our rehearsal/rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception at The Old Cigar Warehouse. As the bride, I couldnt have asked for better people to work with. I brought in new vendors for photography (Lisa Carpenter Photography), videography (Perry Productions) and a band (The Extraordinaires). They welcomed all three with great ease and were so pleased to have them in their space. Insurance was no problem at all, as they made sure each vendor was professional and personal. It made me very happy to know they went to every length to make sure my events were perfect. I truly recommend this space to all. It is beautiful and doesnt need much decoration to make it blow away your guests. Their Open House events are a great way to see the space and decide if it is right for you! How quickly this place books, is mind blowing! BOOK NOW!

My siblings and I hosted a surprise party for our father at the Old Cigar Warehouse on November 1st of this year. This venue was THE PERFECT choice for our family and friends! The building is a gorgeous raw space with exposed brick and beams. It is the perfect canvas for any event. The staff was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful with all the guests. This was my first time planning such a large event (over 100 people for a birthday) and the event manager helped me stay focused and kept me calm. Her demeanor really set the tone for the entire evening. We added some last minute changes and the folks at OCW bent over backwards to make it happen for us. The event was flawless...they helped us make memories! My family and I would not hesitate to recommend this venue for any event!

The Old Cigar Warehouse is the most elegant, intriguing space in Greenville, SC. We had our wedding at OCW in October of 2015. The staff were amazingly professional yet personable and by the end of our planning we felt as though they were our family. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt like royalty on our wedding day! They recommend only the best vendors and this added so much to our experience. This turn-key venue made our lives and planning so much more manageable and brought us peace to know we had this kind of help and knowledge base. Lots of great events here! Beautiful venue, in fact, one of the best pictures I got of my band, Hot As A Pepper, was on the steps of their staircase. Wood, with brick in that lighting was awesome. Being such a large place, with not many soft surfaces, its LOUD. A band or DJ will find their audio bounces around, unless there is a huge crowd that helps absorb it. What I would recommend is that any bands playing there, get pipe and drape and put behind them, and partially to the sides to help reduce that echo. I wish we had done that. Would like to play more high end events at this venue in the future, so if you are having a wedding or corporate event - look up Hot As A Pepper!

Im part of a 2 piece acoustic act and we played a wedding rehearsal party for some friends back in October of 2013. In 25 years of playing different venues I cant recall being treated with as much disrespect as I was at this venue. The management was extremely arrogant. After discussing with the parents of the bride after the party I was informed that we werent the only ones and they were displeased with the overall experience with the management. Nice building but there are plenty of other venues. I would advise choosing a different one

We had a celebration of life for my nephew and Tammy and her staff did a fabulous job! Beautiful venue with professional and courteous staff to support. Conveniently located downtown in the West End with ample parking as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to celebrate an occasion with family, friends or coworkers.

This is a great venue in the heart of downtown Greenville. With high ceilings, aged brick and exposed wood beams, it feels very Southern and charming while in the middle of a metropolitan city. Staff is fantastic and professional. This is a must see for weddings, corporate events and parties.

Was here for a good friends wedding. What a great venue for a wedding in the even more lovely city of Greenville, SC. The staff was on top of things and provided great service throughout the evening. The place has a very rustic but yet super sophisticated feel to it, great venue in town!
