I always have a good experience bowling here. I have bowled in a league at the alley and the service was always excellent.They are very friendly and helpful. The alley features a full bar, pool tables, laser tag (which I have not tried,) plenty of seating and spacious enough even with a full house. The waitresses do a good job checking on a large alley of people taking orders for drinks, food, and alcohol. Only complaint I would have about the place would be the food which can be hit or miss depending on what you pick but the quality is mostly what you would expect from a bowling alley. The place has been recently renovated with nice new LCD screen/monitors and new terminals. Hardly ever have any issues with the lanes and if there is its handled promptly by the staff. My experience here is mostly limited to bowling in a league. The atmosphere is a bit different during normal operation but still a good time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to find something to do. If you dont go to the alley regularly I highly recommend calling ahead to see availability. The alley has many leagues during the week, partys, and other events that might tie up the majority of the lanes.

Wish I could give is zero stars. I cant speak on the bowling alley but I can for laser tag. While visiting Indianapolis for the first time, I got my first discrimination encounter in all of my 32 years on this earth. I have traveled while in the military and outside of the military across the US, Canada and overseas and never experienced any discrimination until I went to this laser tag spot. Im of mixed race (Black and White) and I had my sons and my friends kids who are mixed (Asian and white). We arrived and the laser tag area was empty. Only people in there were a couple of teenagers working behind the counter. I asked what were the prices for games and how long is a game session. First they all looked at each other as if they didnt speak English. Then one said we are booked today sorry. It was 1pm. I turned around looking for other people and the place was a ghost town. I said most laser tag places are 15 min games and there is no one here and you are booked? 4 guys disappeared to the back and the The last one replied some people just run late but they should be arriving any minute, so we are booked til closing.

Went for my Grandsons Birthday. The side they had everything going on the bathrooms were closed. They also had another party on the same side so it was difficult everyone had to go to the other side to get to a restroom. There was no place to get anything to eat. Also they didnt even have the game room open. The last time I went there they had the games available I dont understand why they had everything closed up. The only thing that was open was the bar and that is where I had to go to get a soft drink. Im hoping I dont ever have to go to another birthday party there.

Prices are standard, very few lighter balls for kids, most balls in horrible shape. The #1 reason I will go a little further to the west side is the food is HORRIBLE. If Im going to spend $5 on 4 breadsticks, at least make them NOT taste like cardboard! Way better value and flavor elsewhere! Cafe has people who will tell you all trays are dirty, then hand you "the cleanest looking one." They were shocked when I reminded them that bacteria are invisible....gross and disgusting!

Okay I definitely love bowling. This bowling alley is a great facility for any bowler. I dont like how they changed cosmic bowling prices. It used to be 18$(14$ for children) for 3 hours of unlimited bowling where I used to be able to bowl 14-16 games in one session. Now its 4.50$ per game. Where now the price of 14-16 games with the old system turns into the price of like 3 games. Just really terrible for the value. I am not doing cosmic anymore.

the first time i went we had no idea we needed a reservation for lazer tag. but the experience was great but no we made a reservation yesterday on the phone. i have called twice to check my reservations. they do not "have our reservations on file." they have been so rude. both times. it mkaes me sick that urchins like that can have a social job.

80 lanes and you can never get a lane. I have went in there multiple times throughout the week and I can never get a lane when they clearly have lanes open. I understand stand bowling curtousiy but they always....... have open lanes. Bad management. Ive seen better management at McDonalds than here.

Decent bowling alley that has been here forever. Electronic scoring and numerous lanes make for a good bowling experience. There is also laser tag connected that is fun if you are looking for something else to do. If you bring your own shoes or if you have coupons the cost isnt too bad for bowling.

It has 80 lanes!! It is lively during the weekends... And it also has little window through which you can see how the lanes work backstage.. Its better if you do reservations online beforehand on Fridays and Saturdays...It also has two pool tables.

This place was fairly dirty last time I was there. It also took a while to get checked in and to a lane. I think it would help if they had more people working there. Also, the computer on our lane messed up a couple times.

Took our Grandkids. Very well maintained facility. Decent snack area and bar area. Senior and kids prices made it very affordable. If you are into laser tag they have a terrific set up. My grandkids had a ball. Have fun:)

Very clean, family friendly. Good specials, good food, bar on site. Clean restrooms. Very small arcade. Staff pleasant. I think all bowling is a bit pricey these days; I priced shopped, and this place is pretty standard.

$30 for an hour of bowling now. Apparently got rid of their all you can bowl specials Saturday nights. Must be the reason why so many lanes were available at 9pm. No thanks.

Best place to hang out with friends. You can get a slot faster even if there is a huge rush as there are lot of lanes available. One thing that I didnt like is the food.

Got to check out glow bowl on Friday and Saturday nights. Very fun, very clean and friendly staff!!! Friends and I enjoy this place a lot.
