WILL NEVER GO TO THIS THEATER AGAIN! I tripped and fell awkwardly off the stairs last month. I was looking where I was going and thought I was touching the floor when I fell awkwardly on the floor. A crowd of people surrounded me asking if I was okay. I tried to get up and I couldnt. A nice lady was kind enough to help me to my feet. I was shaky and jittery as I limped away. I had sprained my ankle really bad to the point where I felt unstable to walk. I never sprained my ankle before so I thought it was something I could walk off. When I arrived home, my foot was swollen and I couldnt walk. I called the theater and filed an accident report with the theater which on the same day and I didnt even receive a question if I was okay or not while they questioned me about they incident. I went to the hospital where my little niece had to wheelchaired me in because I couldnt walk anymore. I ended up in a cast and crutches and missed a week of school. My foot is slowly recovering but it hurts to walk and is still swollen around the ankle. I recently received a letter from a legal representative of the theater stating they denied my claim because they were up to code. They refuse to pay for my medical bills or compensate me for my pain and suffering. Im still recovering and my ankle still hurts me. So if choose to go to this theater, please be extra careful. Because if you get hurt, they will do everything in their power to mess over you.

The worst thing to me is when a theater does not update its screen times for its film. I dont like to waste time traveling, only to be told there are no more times left for my show when the website and Google state that there is one more showing. Not only that, but I go at a later time as to not have to deal with a crowd, but then when this happens there are no other movies to go see because theyve already been screened. I understand that happens. I am just completely disappointed by AMC for falsely advertising movie times and having a college student -- who was reliant on a ride from a friend -- to be so let down. I would not waste my time going back to this theater, when knowing this can happen and at that point Id rather just go to the Cinemark in Perkins Rowe at that point. I wouldnt waste my time at this theater again, again, because even the ticket attendant was rude when we stated that the site was incorrectly listing screening times.

Worst experience Ive ever had ato a movie theater. 10 mins into the movie on opening night every person in there was talking and being disruptive, me and my date walked out to speak to a manager, where she literally told me this happens all the time, shrugged it off and gave me the refund. Wasnt offered anything else, didnt apologize, nothing. Im telling you right now stay away from this hell hole, its obviously been taken over by the same people who forced CortAna mall to be shut down. This place is by far the darkest spot in Baton rouge. Stay away. Not worth the time.

The movie Get Out was a great movie... drove from New Orleans to Baton Rouge just to see it. But I really had to use the restroom and the place was a total mess... it was just that nasty I cant stand a nasty restroom. Before all the staff leaves at night they should at lease make sure the place is cleaned up. The front counter had things everywhere, the restroom wasnt cleans, the popcorn station was a complete hot mess. And trash was over flowing. I totally would recommend if yall making money at lease hire a clean team

Worst experience tonight. No wonder the place is empty. The concession stand people do not know what they are doing, the manager tonight was the rudest person I have ever encountered and even when my husband tried to show her the facts and policies written on their website, she was still like, " aha, uhm, yeah, ok" . Sp glad we did not renew our amc stubs card....even though we used to frequent because of our children, we will no longer step a foot in this poor excuse of a business!!

SMH TO THE COMMENT BELOW TSK TSK TSK You shouldve thought about that before you decided to sit at the very top.. IJS Anyways... People like you always trying to fault someone else for your simple mistake, and try to get money out of people because you want to be a jackass and dont pay attention to where youre going. I wouldnt ask you anything either Ive been coming to this theatre for a loooooooooong time since Rave days. Everything is good and the staff are good as well.

Dont ever go here on weekends. Had to get a refund because of screaming teenagers that shouldnt have been in an r rated movie, and even adults that couldnt seem to shut up. Not to mention all of the teens acting like thugs loitering in and out of the building while making racist comments. Obviously having the two cops there doesnt make a darn bit of difference at all either. Dont waste your time or money here.

Easily the best movie theater in the city. Movie Tavern may have full course meals for you, but that comes at a high price. If you just want a movie, a 3D movie, or an IMAX experience, this is your place. From my experience the staff is great. Theres one guy who works the concession who definitely loves his job. I promise if youve ever seen him, you know the guy.

Movie was great, atmosphere, cleanliness etc............although the while in the restroom I saw a female employee walk out of stall out the door and I continued to see her walk behind the concessions counter without washing her hands............ Not cool!!!!!!!! Please enforce mandatory hand washing while in the restroom for employees!!!!!!

I Had a Horrible Night At this Theater I didnt get to see my movie and they didnt give me a refund!! The manager here sucks They need New Management and maybe they would get better reviews!..I havent visited this location in over 5 years and Now I know why..Im sticking with AMC 16 off Oneal Lane Where I usually receive Excellent Service

that place is so great. what i like the most is there rewards SO if yourre a stubs member and you buy movies or snacks and get get a certain amount of points from your purchases, they will give you enough money, maybe 10 $, then you can use that to pay for movies. So i am trying to say that AMC is a great place to watch a movie.

Clean theatre. Great showtimes and IMAX. 3D. Good food choices but extremely expensive. $15 form small popcorn and icee. There is a bar here. Sweet. But I didnt see an arcade. Premium theatre. I liked it, just pricey on the snacks , more so than Ive ever been. You would have to join a club and get discounts.

The place is close by. Better than the other movie theaters. Pricey and the volume is too loud. I had to ask the guy in the office to lower the volume. I go their to enjoy the movie and not to loose my hearing. Last time I went there, a bunch of kids-three rows behind- smoked, and it was not a cigarette.
