I just had a birthday party there but I would NEVER do it again! I got sooo little for all I paid. I arranged for a party of 10 but only had 5 children so they allowed my group to have another go round of any event but I end up spending way more than I needed. The party came with a host that was barely in existence. I had to cut the cake serve the pizza with barely time in between the laser tag games to even eat their food. Then after the pizza ..I had to ask the front desk staff about the whereabouts of my host, and for stuff for the cake :( I had to work hard as a mother when I usually like to pay to not be a host....2 of my guest arrived late and the staff made them pay for the events . They got 1 game of laser tag free and its because I asked the front desk. I will NEVER do a party here again..shouldve just had it at chuck encheese where you are ensured your Moneys worth.

I would never host our party in zap zone. Worst service. The zap zone host was never with us and never served us. She was under 18 and did not even know how Zap Zone works. She was rude by laughing, looking at someone, while I was talking to her. Zap Zone management did not care about the service.I asked for supplies when we fell short and they did not care to get them in time. Same thing happened with Drinks.

A few weeks ago I went to Zap Zone for the first time and I loved it! Their laser tag field is rely cool and it can handle a lot of people. The glow in the dark mini golf is very cool too. They did a great job with the themes and everything. Besides those, they have multiple other arcades and games, its a place that Ill definitely be going back to and I recommend to anybody looking to have a good time.

The kids had a fun time but the games are really overpriced, the tables werent clean, garbage was overflowing, bathrooms were dirty, etc. Many of the games were broken and not dispensing tickets properly and the staff was helpful when it happened, but otherwise they just stood behind the counter - they werent out fixing anything or cleaning anything up.

The best zap zone. I liked the one in Ypsilanti, but this one is far better. The size of the zap zone area is big enough for 8v8 grown adults to play, maybe more. The price is the only downside. For a group of 6 and 3 games I had to pay ~$130.

It was sooooo hot in there. Would have spent more money but it was too much. Games were fun but my favorite game was acting weird and no one fixed it or put out of order on it. I had fun but will most likely look for another place to go.

Count Your Tokens!!!! The say you get 100 tokens for $20 bill in the machine I did it Twice both times only gave me 90 Tokens..... Game are expensive and not good.... Chuckie Cheese bet value.... Ok if your going for Lazer Tag.....

The Lazer Tag is a "Blast" (Get it), But the other things arent as much. Great lazer tag, but the other games are not that good. If you are going to come to Zap Zone, Canton, play the glo-golf and mostly Lazer Tag.

Best spot in canton to play zap zone games which are about 15 mins long. They also have a little bumper cars and a small arcade area and also glo- golf. Good spot to host kid birthday parties

Very Bad customer service-Bought two child tickets by Ryan for child car. Ryan questioned 5 times they are for 1 kid, reason was I had two kids. I had to tell him 5 times-yes five times.
