Amazing, truly unparalleled VR experience! First, as an arcade/bar/bowling entertainment location, it looks great. Havent personally tried any of these things but they were on par with other similar venues I have been to. Theres also a ropes course that looked interesting but I came purely for the VR experience. The VR game (or "V Play" as they call it) is not a normal VR experience. The most advanced system you can own right now (Dec. 2016) is the HTC Vive which comes with two controllers and a positionally tracked headset. The V Play system blows the Vive out of the water. Apparently the system is 1 of 4 in the world and is more akin to Mo-cap (motion capture) setups. In short, it allows you to move around a room untethered AND be able to see other players around you. It is incredibly immersive (for instance, if youre standing on a ledge and look over it, it really feels like you could fall off if youre not careful). The headset, which is an Razer HDK2, is incredibly comfortable (and allows you to see clearly even without glasses. This is paired with a Razer headset that allows you to communicate with team members and staff. All of this is packaged together in a small backpack which you wear. No tethers...this is a completely self contained system so you can freely roam around in the actual VR room. After staff explain the ground rules and how to put on the system, youre marched into the VR room where you pick up your guns and the game starts. We chose to play the shoot-em-up zombie game where teamwork is important and the action is nonstop. I have played all sorts of video first person shooter games including Left4Dead. This is L4D on steroids. The adrenaline rush from seeing actual zombies run up to you is quite amazing. I dont normally get motion sickness but even my wife who does felt fine wearing the system. The staff were very friendly and did a great job of allying my wifes fears of the game. All questions were answered and the system worked flawlessly. My wife and I came to Orlando to visit Disney for the first time and despite how magical the theme parks are, this is definitely the most magical thing Ive experienced all week. 10/10.

Worst Customer service ever! I was really excited about this place, so decided to take my husband for his bday! We had a decent amount of people. From the begining we had problems. My Cousins arrived early to get side by side lanes, she purchased unlimited bands, and while she was waiting for us to arrived she was kicked out of the lane, because she wasnt yet using it. The employee was very rude and gave her attitude and threaten to call the manager if my cousin didnt leave! the manager fixed the problem by offering her two shots. Because like he said she seem like she needed it. Employees and management have no clue what they are doing and in top of it they are rude! Is a little over priced, we did 2 hours of bowling wich it was 60 plus tax plus shoe rental. Before the first hour was over the machine was kicking us out, and kept getting stuck we had to reset it a few times, super annoying and inconvenient. The server messed up our order, and they brought us 3 additional pizza pies that we did not order, to try to fix the mess up. We told one of the girls that we didnt order all that food, she was confused, told us she was going to check and never came back. We were not giving any napkins, or silverware we had to hunt for a server to bring some, and again we had search for the server when we needed refills. When we got our bill we were charged for the extra food. We told the server about it. She went back to her notes and told me that I was right, again she was really confused, and kept reading her notes. Ended up taking the food out of the bill. So it seems like the place is understaffed, the employees need more training. Between all of us we spend over 400 plus the money we spend in the arcade. At least they should offer complementary parking for their guest, like most of the business in point orlando. It was definitely not our best experience. We will never go back!

This place sucked..when we walked in it smelled of new wood and dust..our waitress was the worst she was ride to us and other employees over her walkie they really need to train employees better..we waited at least 30mins for our food and drinks a piece..our drinks tasted like juice and they were supposedly long islands. Than our food was just not appealing at all my sisters waffle looked like it was unthawed and thrown on plate as well as chicken tenders..everything else just looked so bad...needless to say we didnt touch our food...and after telling waitress they sent over manager and he asked did we want anything we said no..than we get a check for $58 and all we had was a bottled beer, 2 long islands ,a hamburger meal, and a tea..how in the world does that happen we send it back to have him correct it now it dropped to $53...we just went ahead and played this place is a scam there employees suck and it amells..if you want fast service and good strong drinks go to Dave and busters like we did..and we spent half of what we paid here and they were very busy and service was quick and professional..never go here again.

Unfortunately my time at this facility is not highly recommended. "Phil" the on staff manager here in Orlando, was very much unconcerned about our issue of shoes that came up missing at the end of the night. He had assured me that he would (or would have the security review the recording) the shoes that were stolen. We dont know what had happened to the shoes, but one our group had to return to the hotel with two pairs of socks and no shoes. Two days later, each would after giving "Phil" our number and business card, he had not returned out inquiry or any pertant information about our stolen item. He claims that he has no information or closers about the shoes or otherwise. He would not allow us any closure to our event. We, or I cannot recommend this facility for a good time in Orlando. For the recommendations of "Main Event" in Orlando, this would be a zero! Phil as the manager is getting the lowest rating available!

This place is very similar to Dave & Busters in that the food is similar and there is an arcade.Unlike Dave & Busters, you can also bowl here and there is a ropes course overhead above the arcade. The games in the arcade are more expensive than most arcades, but the prizes awarded for points earned require less points than most arcades, so theres that (if you are into candy and junk lol). The food is good and its currently MUCH less crowded than the competition (maybe that will change once more people realize its open). There is a great selection of games in the arcade, some Ive not seen in other arcades. I saw that they offer summer camps and birthday party packages for kids. Overall, a pretty fun spot.

$1.80 for less than 4 minutes of Pacman?!?!? Are they mad?!?!?It is crazy expensive. Over $150 and we were bored in a few hours. Youre lucky if $50 last you an hour. It is severely understaffed and no one was in there because it was so expensive!!! The $13 pass only gets a bad obstacle course everything else you need to pay for. Even though the pass includes bowling you need to pay $4 for the shoes. Even though they advertise VR it is an extra $20 for 15 minutes on top of the $13 you pay even though they advertise that $13 will last the whole day. Also theres no laser tag This is Orlando and there is a lot of better stuff to do.
