We stayed 5/10. Stayed in a KOA Cabin. Family of 4. Two kids under 13. Pros: Polite staff. Very pet friendly site Small and easy to get to everything Bathrooms were kept clean and stocked Local attractions (Hall of Fame, fishing, cider mills etc) Hay rides at night for kids) Price for items in sundry shop was very fair Cons: Limited activitie for the kids. Just the pool Pool was small and rough concrete pad. Saw 4 kids with cuts on feet that needed minor first aid (ie bandaids). Limited gift shop (no beer/wine, very limited food items) Issue with the wood. Owners claim you can not use any wood that they dont provide??? Had someone driving around checking. We bought one stack from them and just left it out near the campfire. Then used much cheaper and large cords we got from nearby stores. Seems like a scam to us.

Amazing spot. Close to Cooperstown, extremely friendly staff who were very attentive. We stayed in a cabin for 3 nights, not 100 percent comfortable but 100 percent better than a tent! Would be 5 starts but they only allow wood you buy from them (I understand and agree with their reasons - Emerald Ash Borer is a significant risk). We found one of the bundles we bought to be too wet to burn properly. Also I found the cabins to be very close to each other. We had amazing and friendly neighbours but everyone could hear everything that is going on. Bathrooms and showers were always clean and the camp store had the essentials. We will definitely be back! Thanks Kate and Kaaren, youve made KOA kampers out of us!

Perfect stay, what a nice camp ground with a great friendly staff that go out of there way to make sure you are happy. They have an Amish baker that comes in on Saturday morning they drive though the campground in there horse and carriage then drop off baked goods to office for all the campers to purchase. There was not one bad idem. Everything was tasty. The roads are fine the sites are fine. Would recommend to anyone who was looking to stay in the area for any amount of time. We will deffenetly be back.

Knew we would be running late to begin with. Called, got reservation and billing taken care of over the phone. Got to site about 11pm, found everything we needed waiting for us including easy to follow directions to our site. Grounds are immaculate, clean showers and bathrooms and super friendly staff. Will not hesitate to stop next time around! Highly recommend!

This was the worst Koa Ive ever been in. The grounds are unkempt and shabby looking. The sites are small and uneven. Numerous electrical problems. Trees need to be pruned higher for clearance. If youre looking for a tent site its fine but if youre looking for services keep going.

Beautiful setting about 25 minutes from Cooperstown. The owners met us on check in and made us instantly feel welcome. Good price and it is very, very peaceful. As of August 13, 2016 the pool is being renovated, but otherwise the campground is excellent.

Cozy RV park only 20min from Cooperstown attractions. Easy pull thru sites for large RVs with full hook-ups. Most sites are limited shade for satellite TV reachability. Clean and well maintained.

Beautiful location, awesome owners who aim to please and have spared no expense to make upgrades and improvement to electrical, hook-ups and level gravel sites. Would recommend and will return.
