I go to this theater really regularly. For the most part, its not exceptional, but its convenient and I get points on my Stubs card because its AMC. The staff is never remarkably polite, or goes above and beyond. They arent there to make your day. I get it. Tonight however, was exceptional, but not in a good way. Where the theater is usually pretty clean, tonight the bathrooms were simply a wreck. I can understand when the place gets out of control on an opening night for a huge movie, but this was on a Sunday night! There are theaters everywhere, if you guys dont keep up, people are going to start going elsewhere...

I wonder if they can show a first run movie with English subtitles (closed captions). Regardless of the genre, the story line is understood more this way. What happens is, some moviegoers prefer waiting for the DVD issue of the movie because the DVD issue can be watched with subtitles, instead of going to first-run theaters. Perhaps, the theaters can show the first-run movie in two screens simultaneously, one with subtitles and another without. I bet more viewers will be attracted to watch the one with subtitles instead of waiting for its DVD version to come out.

Despite my swearing that I would never go back to this theatre because of its rancid odor, I went there with family last night to see "War Dogs." Upon entering Theatre #13 I was met with an odor similar to an old sofa that one slept on for years without ever being cleaned. Each theatre in this complex needs a through cleaning which it most likely hasnt had since it opened years ago. It smells like Archie Bunkers living room chairs seat cushion probably smelled like. The odor in the theaters is awful. Wont be going back.

A huge number of screens that are now digital. Also, they used to have a big unused space in the middle of the lobby that has now been filed with various different foods not always found in a theatre. Parking is not a big deal and they usually have a bargain priced show. I can say that its a perfect middle of the line Movie Theatre. Not that fancy where you feel uncomfortable and it really feels like home there. Plus your right next door to a few great restaurants that you can go by yourself or with the kids.

Not sure why they decided to "update" the concession stand, but its terrible. They dont explain how these new nachos work. I ordered loaded nachos no chili, as i am a vegetarian and a large coke. $14.00 They gave me chips with shredded cheese. They dont melt the cheese anymore. If you want melted cheese its an additional $1.50 complete rip off. Who orders nachos with no melted cheese? And when you question it, they have an attitude. Never coming here again.

Really like this theater. Pretty spacious and they are not typically crowded. The food is as usual ridiculously expensive - some cases more than the tickets! This theater is huge and offers a nice variety of movies and love that they have electronic kiosks where you can by the tickets. No idea why people still stand in line when you can get your ticket within seconds. Great theater and they keep it pretty clean.

Ask a young man a simple question, how much are the nachos his other co worker was on her phone just throwing out random prices. Then had the nerve to have a attitude made me not want to eat or come to this place at all. Also the food court or concession section is disgusting been looking the same way for 8 months straight, and not everyone wants to eat preheat popcorn serve new popcorn.

Imax? give me a break! The Imax experience consisted of a very, very slightly curved normal movie screen, and the sound level turned up louder than a Who concert. My wife and I have been to real Imax theaters in the past, and Village Crossing 18, youre no Imax. Im surprised there isnt a class action lawsuit for false advertising. Dont waste your time and money at this place.

I got shot here. But the movie variety was excellent! The only problem I had with the restaurant was that there was no toilet paper by the table. So I could not wipe my armpits when I got cold. This barber shop was the worst experience I ever had in 2003. Sometimes I wonder why this Walmart is still open whenever I come here to buy a brand new Ferrari.

My friend & I went to this theater for the first time today and I can say that I will never go back. Garbage was overflowing from the trash receptacles, the carpets were dirty, the floors were sticky, the staff was inefficient. After waiting 20 minutes in line for popcorn I finally gave up. Avoid this theater if you can help it.

I was at this theater March 26, 2016, when a fire alarm went off. Though the movie goers were very poor in reaction time (taking at least 30 seconds to make their way towards the exits, and some not even going out the exits but towards the lobby), the staff was absolutely incredible. Even offering a refund for the inconvenience.

I used to love this theater and was pretty much a weekly customer. Now it seems they dont open early and the first show is not until 11:00 or later. For some of us, that just ruins the possibility of doing anything else that day. Bring back the 9 or 10 oclock start times. We have started going to a different theater.

Been here more than 15+ times. Always been clean and updated. Wide selection of food, snacks, and drinks. Decent sized screens as well. Like most newer theatres its a little pricey ($5 bottle of water etc). One thing I like is the security, someone usually checks the theatre before the movie starts and ends.

This isnt the best theatre in town but its still good. Price same as any other place. Popcorn is not fresh. They fill the bags and we grab it as we enter line so who knows how fresh it may be, hit or miss. The seats do not recline which was an upset but Ill be okay. Other then that place was just good.
