This is the worst theater Ive ever been to!!! The employees were very rude! My family and I attended on Mothers Day and it was a party of four, there were only a few seats and they were spread all out. We kindly asked for an exchange to the next show, the employee went back and forth about the movie not being sold out when we explained that the seats that were left were spread out and we had children. So finally she allowed us to do an exchange for the next show. We returned with a few more went inside and families that were together had gaps and gaps between them when they could have simply moved down one. We werent expecting to all set together but out of courtesy if your already together you can move down a seat. From now on we will drive to Nicholasville to the movie tavern which is where we normally go. It might be more and the drive is further but its worth it for the service we get! We wont ever return again!! Sometimes cheap isnt better! A new theater needs to be the next thing in line for our growing city and new staff to go along with it.

Very upset dealing with them over a Groupon!! in the fine print they did say it can only be used on a move that has been there for over 2 weeks, which we didnt see. Well they only had 1 adult film that they have kept for over 2 weeks nothing else had been on that for that time nor do they keep many movies thats long...... We frequently visit this theater even though it isnt up to pair because we believe in supporting small, local businesses. The least they could have done is given a break on a Saturday afternoon when no one was even there. In stead we had to drag our kids out upset and crying cause they wanted to see a movie. All I ask is you all please remember types who keeps you in operation, because Lexington isnt far away with better and nicer facilities.

This theatre is very outdated and poor technologies at everything and less cleanliness. No open capitioned, no rear view captioned, and no captioned view. Some employees were rude. They dont seem to understand and being obtuse that I am deaf. Therefore, I am a discount member from work, it gave me a benefit of doubt. They dont care about what the customers want which that is true. They havent gone enough raising the bar. I highly recommended Regal Pavilion theatre in Hamburg because they had a tons of amenities and the staff were awesome.

The good was We saw Despicable Me 3 and it was hilarious! The bad is that this movie theater needs more lighting. B/c of such bad lighting, My son tripped and fell. We are so thankful He was okay and not hurt. He was upset b/c He couldnt see and was carrying His popcorn in His hands then tripped and spilled most of His popcorn all over the place. We enjoyed the movie but have no plans of coming back anytime soon until the lighting and visibility is fixed within this movie theater.

I love this movie theater, it reminds of going to the movies as a kid. The theaters are smaller but have big screens with stadium seating. Its never crowded and the snacks arent grossly overpriced. The service is always friendly and it even has a little arcade. Tickets arent crazy expensive and they always have the latest movies. Awesome independent theater! I do wish it showed more boutique or event stuff, thats all I have for criticism.

I am a fan of the Theaters of Georgetown, since we dont always have to go to Lexington for a movie. TOG even shows 3D movies. I like the small, cozy theaters and the prices are slightly lower than Lexington movie theaters. We just saw Moana here, and the beautiful music sounded exceptional! Thanks Theaters of Georgetown for giving us an estabilshed, local theater in our growing town!

The majority of the employees are rude, especially the owner/manager. She is very rude and doesnt seem to care about the customers. Employees continuously walk in and out of the theater during the film to check for cameras and cell phones, which is understandable. Yet they do nothing about the cell phone problem. Very annoying and distracting.

The theatre food is simple enough, but some employees are rude. The prices are moderate for tickets. However, the theatres are outdated. Some have poor quality reels, will have unaligned pictures, and you can hear outside noises during a thunderstorm. Attend this theatre if you cant or dont want to drive to Lexington for some real service.

Kept me waiting over 10 mins while the kids chatted amongst themselves. Dead parking and only seen 5 people but did not want to honor my groupon. I understand the 2 week thing but dead and ignoring me. Drove a long way to get there and so did my friend. Looked like a nice old fashioned place. Sad attitudes ruined it.

The employees are extremely rude. The sound quality sucks and the seats are hard as hell. In my opinion they need to tear down that whole area and build a new theater and shopping mall with real stores that people actually shop at and a nice theater with new employees that have better customer service skills.

This is a great place to see a movie. The cost isnt bad and its rarely overly crowded. The people are great but the sound quality and the seating is a little low. That being said for the price its entirely worth it definitely my favorite theatre in the Georgetown Lexington area.

I love this quaint theatre. Its a small town theatre that suits families and budgets. We love summer movies and popcorn! Here you can stl go to the movies without doing into savings to pay for it

Its cheap and offers a decent option to see a movie in Georgetown. Both times Ive went though the screen quality wasnt great and one time my seat was broken so I was constantly sliding downwards.

This place sucks its literal garbage. Dont go. Couldnt even sit with my friends. My chair was broken. The staff was rude as well. Do not come over. Spend more money and go somewhere else.

Tiny theatre, tiny screens, but rarely many people. Can go to big titles opening day and find a good place to sit. A nice change of pace from the often-crowded Lexington theatres.

Screens are a bit smaller but sitting closer takes care of that. Prices are pretty nice compared to some in Lexington which are way higher! Love their freq customer card too!

Good small theatre nearby. Dont compare with big shots as you paying nominal here as well. Picture and sound quality are good. Sitting comfortably lacks, I will be back.

Great local theater and very reasonable prices. Better than driving into Lexington to pay more. Nice to see a local business supporting the local community.

One of the best movie theaters around for a cheap movie! The popcorn is awesome! Never had any trouble with the employees, everyone is nice as can be!

Its a nice little theater. The curved screen makes it easy to see from even side seats and the popcorn is great. Its actually a nice little theater.

Its a good sized theater, not too big, not too small. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is usually nice. The premises are always clean.
