Had our wedding here on the 30th of June and it was just terrible. Were thankful that they gave us an hour extra to do our ceremony last minute because our ceremony got cancelled at the garden due to the power outage. Food came out soooooooo late. Our ceremony ended around 9 and food the entree didnt come out till around 10:30. Our guests were starving. We had a teamed platter; salmon and sirloin. The salmon was good but the sirloin was tough and dry. We are so disappointed with their service. It is as if it was their first time catering a wedding. We were supposed to get an ice cream bar and champagne to toast as part of our package and it never happened. In addition, the wedding favors we gave to them to put at each table were only placed on a couple tables. We had 20 tables!! After the wedding, we called them about our concerns. They kept saying that their director was busy or not available to speak. So we came to the facility to talk. Again the director stepped out, how convenient. The lady wrote down our concerns and said that she will pass it on to the director and she will give us a call. Havent heard from them ever since! No apology! NOt even one phone call. We paid for the highest package and didnt get everything guaranteed in our package. Very disappointed. Unprofessional!

I had my wedding here recently, as you can imagine I was super stressed about every detail. I got married in the chapel and from the second I arrived the staff was on top of everything, they did not give me a chance to worry about anything. The chapel was absolutely beautiful, the ceremony transitioned smoothly and easily. The reception was beautiful and was actually better then I envisioned. The food was delicious (especially the Salmon!) and Im still get complements from my family and friends. The staff was very accommodating, I stained my wedding dress before my ceremony, the staff immediately calmed me down and they took the stain out! I dont know how but they fixed it and I know it was not their problem but they helped me anyway. They made my day perfect and I am so thankful!

I must say the service and the venue was absolutely beautiful. I struggled so much with throwing my mom a surprise 60th birthday party but the management (Laurey) and (Assesio) as well as the sales associate (Kimberly) helped me in away I could never repay. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this venue. Ill be hosting more events here in the near future.

The place is very nice but the only thing I did not like is the way the servers come to your table and hand you the food. I was looking toward the dance floor, then some server came and waved the plate of bread in my face. As in hey lady grab the bread! Other places Ive been to they place the food on the table. Not having you pass along sauces etc...

Im giving this place 5 stars for effort. When you look at this place from the outside youll be suprised when you walk in. I attended it for a wedding and the staff did an excellent job of getting the place ready for it. Really cool place. Wouldnt mind going back. Large rooms, nice aesthetics, semi contemporary.

This place is GORGEOUS!!! Dont be deterred by the unassuming exterior or location, this place is gorgeous!!!!! There is a chapel off to the side, past the bookshop, so be cautious if youre going to a wedding ceremony before the reception. The chapel is such an intimate location, also beautifully decorated.

The event coordinator(Randall Franklin) was very rude and obnoxious towards my family member who was trying to plan her wedding date. He also seemed unsympathetic that she was unable to pay for the initial package. I would never want to plan MY own wedding here!

Have been here before- was not impressed. Went for a wedding recently and have seen significant upgrades. Bathrooms are cleaner and remodeled. Staff was decent, service was good. The attendant for the wedding was very attentive and checked on the bride often.

I used to love this place. Visually, it is everything but the last two events I attended there (May and August) were intolerable because of the lack of air conditioning. The food is consistent but personnel can be a bit abrupt.

My aunt had her birthday party there yesterday and the food was terrible .. the party started at 3pm the food wasnt served unti a littla after 5pm smdh. Never again!
