Im finally able to give Cinemark the five stars it deserved. The one and only complaint Ive ever had about the theater is that the seats outside of the XD theater were awful. Fortunately, that is no longer the case! Cinemark is in the process of upgrading every single theater in the Moosic location to their new Luxury Loungers which are seriously awesome. Not only do you get a recliner-like experience, the new layout of the theater basically "hides" any rows ahead of you with a small wall. It almost seems like a "private" viewing for just your row once youre seated. No more annoying people six rows down looking at their phones because now you cant even see them. Its just you and the screen! Its a fantastic upgrade and really adds to the "luxury" seating. The powered recliners and comfort are absolutely top-notch now, especially in comparison to those old red seats. Plus, every single seat is reserved from here on out which takes out the frustration of having to arrive to the theater 30-60 minutes ahead of your showtime. Everything else about the theater remains the same - which is a good thing. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes the entire experience even better. Bathrooms are kept clean and concessions are about on par with prices elsewhere. Ticket prices are also pretty decent for the theater, especially now with the upgraded seating. Overall, its still the best theater in the area by a long shot - especially now with the new seats. If youve been going here for a few years now like we have, youre going to love the upgrade.

I went to what was supposed to be a double feature at this location tonight. No one knew what was going on and no one could tell us when the second movie started. After finally getting an answer we found out that the second movie start over an hour and 40 minutes after the first movie ended. That is NOT a double feature. Also, both movie times should be stated especially when the times are that far apart. The second movie in a true double feature should start after a short intermission. I will NEVER go to Cinemark again since there is no one who has a clue what is going on and since they dont want to be up front with what is really going on. I feel cheated after tonight so I will be taking my business to the IMAX theater in Dickson City.

The theater and staff were totally fine, my experience was a good one. But for the love of god and all things holy FIX UP YOUR ARCADE! Thought I would spend 30 mins before the movie reliving my childhood enjoying the throwback enjoyment of the classic arcade, but instead I found myself struggling to get tokens from the token dispenser. After that it seemed that every other game in the arcade either had a broken coin slot or the computing inside was corrupted and didnt register my money. Im not exaggerating, every single game had some form of hiccup to accompany playing it. Spend some time/money and fix up that arcade!

i visit the pa area only 4 times year but my experience this last time was very good. i purchased tickets for valentines day not relizing 2 of the 4 were for the day before. the manager not only credited me for my error but gave me 2 additional free tickets for any future time. we could use a little more of this hospitality on long island! keep the customer happy and they keep coming back. its simple and true and its worked for years in any service business. BTY i travel an hour to this movie theater.

The best theater in the area. I have been to different theaters in NJ, NY, PA but I have to say this is the best. Beautiful location, huge parking lot. Huge screens, nice seats etc. Everything is great. And above all its very cheap. Now they are also showing foreign movies (bollywood) and I think from business point of view, they will do extremely well by showing Bollywood movies. no competition for many miles!!!

The new theaters are uncomfortable and its a hassle to reserve seats. On Tuesdays most of the spaces will be taken 2 hours before. The phone is always busy now so you can rarely order tickets that way, and if you buy online they throw in an extra "convenience fee" and makes 4 tickets cost an extra 6$. Overall they tried too hard to innovate the theater and ruined it in the process. Find a movie elsewhere

Great place to take the kids or your date. Very large auditoriums. Extremely comfortable reclining oversized seats. I love the option for pre ordering my tickets. I know if Im running late, my seats will be there waiting for me. Fantastic selections of food as well as your typical movie theater food. Awesome arcade, clean bathrooms and ample parking. Love this place!!

Honestly, I try going to other theaters but none of them are as polished as Cinemark. This one is starting to show its age, some of the seats squeak in certain theaters, but the ridiculous price to see a movie (if you get popcorn especially) is worth it. Stadium seating, great sound, great screens... its just a superior movie watching experience all around.

Popcorn makes me sick.....everytime I go......and I love buttered popcorn. Garden Drive-iN has excellent buttered popcorn.....Dont know why there is a difference. Otherwise the place is like a show palace which it is. Great movies, great employees, love the seats....but they have to look into that popcorn.......

The prices for the foods are really expensive, I wish the prices for the foods can stay this low, ( hot dogs, drinks $2.00, large popcorn $3.00, candies $2.00......) l will go more often with my 3 kids, 7 nieces and 4 nephews, l cant afford it, my budget is to short, pls keep it in mind, ty

We went there three days ago to see Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and they has brand new seats! These seats make all the difference. They are leather recliners and the room you have in your seat has doubled. Kudos to Cinemark for this awesome upgrade, I will go nowhere else to watch a movie!

While Cinemark IS 30 minutes away from me, and ordinarily I would complain, they now feature XD! Seriously, if you like iMax youll love XD. It costs a little more, but watching something like Clash of the Titans in 3D iMax was awesome! It will be hard to go to a "normal" theater again.

I hate to dislike it, the theater is beautifully done, the new recliner style chairs are amazing. But $8.14 for 2 grape fantas.... seriously movie theaters used to be a family staple now its just too expensive for very little in return for the consumer

Been here since the grand opening in 2005 to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and for over 10 years, the atmosphere here is great! I come here NON-STOP! Staff here is great and deals here makes great sense! Love it here! Love the location!

Great theater hadnt been there in a few years thats why I was so happy to see that they have very comfortable reclining chairs but take your wallet if the kids want popcorn and soda probably a large popcorn is too large LOL

Ive been coming here for over 10 years and its still my favorite theater. Even after Regal opened up in Dickson City, I still prefer this one. The IMAX in Regal is larger though. However, the arcade here is much better.
