Very bad experience and to begin with cashiers they so rude, and as soon as I paid my tickets the staff chasing me and I feel this place similar as jail. Chasing, waching, supervising, controlling the equipment, but not the kids. I recomend more MONKEY JOE .

They should work on customer service. The owner/manager doesnt speak to customers so Im not surprised that the cashiers follow suit. She is typically behind the desk area, on the computer, or actually standing at a register just looking at people. No greeting, smiles, "somebody will be with you I a moment", nothing. The guys that work the floor are good and seem to interact well with younger kids. No denim is understandable, but cotton tights that look like denim (not allowed) is weird. This is new... They "loaned"out basketball shorts for my child to wear, but had to give my keys to hold...It might be on the sign, but Ill read it again later. Place its cool other than that. Giving it a high score because the facility is large, clean, and there are a variety of options. If the manager was a bit more sociable it would be great. There needs to be a secure process In place if youre going to hold peoples keys as "collateral for basketball shorts.keys placed in a clear, topless box, where somebody can reach over and grab.

Staff really wasnt too friendly. I absolutely love how they have the area for small children to play in. I have two kids under the age of two and we went here with my fiances younger sisters. The teens were able to jump while the babies had a place to play too. We went on a Tuesday night and it was dead. The staff felt like they were waiting for us, to find out when we left (30mins before they closed) they followed out and shut the door. I like it for the play area but may wanna find a different place. I hate how the trampoline were exposed. Its all in what looks like an empty old grocery store. But you can see the under parts of some trampolines and the only thing keeping you from the springs is a "do not cross" rope. My 2 year old can easily go under the rope and get her fingers pinched or worse. Seems like a safety Hazzard to me. Ive been to other trampoline parks that seem way better and safe for little ones.

This used to be one of my brothers favorite places (hes 9) and we made a habit of trying to come 3 times a week after school, we even considered hosting his birthday party here...I had already thrown by Godbrothers birthday here. But after my recent visit we probably wont be back, there is construction going on and they only offer one large trampoline for kids his age, but still charge the same price as when they had dodgeball and the foam pit. There is a huge play area that I admit looks like loads of fun but it is only available for kids 5 and under which seems unfair. My recomendation if you have bigger kids or want more variety try one of the other trampoline parks.

I am currently here. I have to say, even though under construction, it is well kept and clean. Not a bad place to hang out with your kid and have a good time. But I do wish that I was able to play with my child in the childrens area. Being that my child has an intellectual disability, I wish I was able to interact and participate in playing with her a little more but I was told that parents are not allowed on the childrens equipment (im guessing just the ball area) which is understandable. Just an idea, but it would be a great idea to have a d day for children with disabilities or something along those lines (Less people and more one on one with parent and child).

I took my wife, and 3 and 6 year old boys here on a Thursday morning. We had an absolute blast! It wasnt very busy which was nice. There is a great place for kids 5 and under to play, so my three year old loved that area. There were some video games, and even a batting cage. Lots of patio furniture is set up to sit and take a break. The cost is reasonable, we will certainly go back! A side note, I like this place better than Sky Zone. I was able to jump WITH my kids, instead of having stricter rules at Sky zone where I could only watch the kids in the kid zone and not jump with them.

First, This place is beautiful! To bad they dont care about their costumers.. we went there with 4 kids, all had their sox on, but the woman there wanted us to have very specific sox on, non slip sox, and sold us every pair of sox at almost 3 dollars! ! Also the place is almost empty and she was after us, telling us we cant be on the play areas to look after our kids. Also the payment is very high (13$) and per hour , and last thing, the smell of rubber/plastic/ tiers other there is terrible. I wont go there again.

Worst service ever they a bunch of kids running the place no manager on site to take care of any problems whatsoever.these workers/ kids are so rude that work there . Very overpriced went three times in a row had the worst experience all three times.always empty.one kid that work there made a racist comment while we were leaving. Never going back .there are plenty of bouncy houses around Id rather give them my bussiness.

Sky sports on hwy 6 at westheimer refuses to provide wifi access to parents who have brought their children to play. I am a full time student and would appreciate to opportunity to catch up on work and school while my son os entertained. Well, even after asking and providing a reason why this will not be my opportunity here today. Sky zone we miss you and we will not make this mistake again

Great for my under-54" tall kiddos. Great facility for them. Totally worth the price. My 12 year old son cant last the hour unless friends are with him because theres really only dodgeball and trampoline lanes for flips for him. Theyre doing renovations so hopefully that will stimulate him more on our next visit.
