I only paid like four dollers and some change for the first time. I was shocked, because I never paid for a new movie that affordable in theaters other than the dollar movies, but they dont show new movies. I really enjoyed the customer service as well. I wanted to go back out to the mall since my movie didnt begin yet, and the young lady remembered me, and told me to go ahead in. I didnt even have to wait back in line! I mean, it was before 5pm, but still, I enjoyed my experience so far. I finally got to watch the BarberShop! Great Movie. I actually met the lady in the blue hair one time, and Common before. Good job AMC Stonecrest. I love how its connected to a mall! Shop n Watch a Movie! Great place for families & friends to spend time with eachother. ;-D

Pricing is amazingly inexpensive for movies coming out. The theatre are nice size and clean. Staff for the most are decent with their interaction with customers but, staff/ employees do need improvement. I had a few incidentswhere the front person taking tickets was rude thinking my child was older and priced them at a adult or full age ticket and when I told them they made some derogatory comments to the other worker as we walked off I wish I couldve had a birth certificate on me to prove them wrong and they would be the ones looking silly. And some little short girl working there supposedly being rude to customer and starring and as I watched never seem to be doing any real work at all. Pathetic !

This used to be my favorite theater to go to and enjoy great movies. The ticket prices arent that bad, especially if you catch an early show anytime before 5:00. The food at the concessions arent cheap so be prepared to spend a little extra for that popcorn and drink. Not that big of an issue though. My only problem with this theater is the area its in. Which used to be a decent area actually. My car was broken into at this location in broad daylight, and thats why I no longer go here. The security here is lacking..... I counted only 1 security guard patrolling the day my car was broken into. A simple fix is to add way more security in the parking lots. So if you plan to go here just be prepared.

Its close to home compared to other AMC theaters. The ticket prices are great for my family during matinee times. This place is always packed on weekends so I wish they would update the seating and put in some fresh carpeting. Theres a smell of "OLD" that could use some ridding. Some fresh new lighting in the halways wouldnt hurt as it gets a little creeping going to a show there in the evenings alone. Although I love the place some of the staff could use customer service skills training as Ive seen them ignore people waiting for popcorn refills, leaning on the counters while taking orders and even a somber face like a pet had died back at home and they still couldnt get th day off.

Management makes all the difference in the world! They have the staff geared up more to harass teenagers and want to treat them like theyre here to cause some type of trouble. When I address a problem with the manager, she was very arrogant, very uncaring and not customer friendly at all. My group was sold tickets to a rated R film. Then as soon as they entered, they threw them out, no refunds on tickets or popcorn. Said they had broken the rules. Why sell them the tickets! Maybe the customer base isnt quite appreciated in this area as in the other areas where AMC theaters are. This was about the time the Planet of the Apes 2 and Lucy had premiered. I havent been back since.

Great ticket pricing . But frequent "gaffs" (house lights left on during movie , sound no picture , picture no sound ?) . Complained to management via online review . Promised two free passes to upcoming shows . But that was all I ever got .... a a promise . This theatre is ALWAYS understaffed and the ticket personnel frequently display a lackadaisical disinterested attitude . Probably due to mediocre management . I was a retail services manager for many years and I always required my staff to maintain a positive appearance in their appointed jobs or stay home . This would be a major improvement at Stonecrest .

Please be cautious when letting teenagers purchase food items alone. My son bought candy and a drink but was charged for popcorn and candy which was $12 and provided with a duplicate receipt instead of his original receipt. I am sure a regular drink is not $7.49 for the popcorn he was charged for. I purchased food right after him at the same cashier and was given my original receipt. They prey on teenagers by themselves as they know they will not likely pay attention to their receipts. I have called twice to speak to a manager and have received no phone call yet.

Not sure why there are 3 concession stands, but for the past few years, only 1 is functioning. Especially on busy days. Had to stand in concession line (with not enough cashiers) for way too long. Ticket prices are affordable, but they make it up in the over-priced, under-quality food prices. Its pretty clean, but seems under-staffed. I hate that I have to drive beyond my community for quality entertainment. I hope these issues are considered and fixed. So that this location can rival other AMC theatres in the Metro area.

This theatre is ridiculous, I traveled 25 miles to see birth of a nation which showed at 11p. I arrived at 11:14 , and the extremely rude overly healthy woman would not even allow me to come in and purchase a ticket or use the restroom for that matter. She stated its too late. I said too late for whom, ads and previews are showing therefore I have never had a problem with purchasing a ticket after the show has started. She said hold on and never came back to the door. HOW RUDE WAS THAT! #THISISNOTHOWYOUSTAYINBUSINESS

Since this theater was purchased by new visions theres absolutely no incentive to go here anymore. Ive gone to this theater since it opened and New employees do not speak, Theres no reward system The popcorn and nachos have been downgraded to some knockoff brand thats not worth the money anymore the hot butter taste just like hot butter now, its been downgraded too. The only reason to go to this theater is the imax experience and overall quality of the big screens and sound system but bring your own food

Just left this theater. Went to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. The last time I was here was the beginning of March to see Get Out. In the span of a month or so theyve changed management. They no longer honor any coupons, passes, specials. They dont even refill large popcorns. The Icee machines were out of service and they had no candy. Go to North Dekalb AMC if you live on this side of town. The change of management is understandable but the rudeness about all the changes are not.

I loved the theater it was my first time going woith my family. My soon to be wiefy and my yung daugther. But the tickets were a little too high and the food even the pop corn was high. Bring it down just a knoch or two it not a Movie without pop corn. You already killing us with the tickets. And we are coming bk sep. 12th Im bringing friend for a B-day movie Woot Woot. Can went until this Friday. Possesion is comeing out.
