Meh. The last movie I saw (May 12, 2017, The Zookeepers Wife), I was in theater 7, and there were blown out speakers rattling on the left side of the theater, as you face the stage. Very distracting when watching a movie... one that I paid $10 to see. I alerted management, but he was on the telephone and didnt seem terribly interested in my complaint. He thanked me, but it was the kind of thanks you get to placate the customer. Otherwise, the theater is relatively clean and they sell popcorn/snacks/drinks. Seating is regular seating, so if a tall person sits in front of you, youll enjoy the movie with a head silhouette.

Great theater, I have never had a bad experience of any type there. Out of the way but still convenient location with free parking and an excellent staff. Slightly older for a multiplex with no "stadium" seating but always spotlessly clean and in great condition, plus the older configuration adds to the charm of the non mainstream and independent movies shown there. I have seen many outstanding films here that were not available at any other location in Knoxville.

My favorite thing about this theater is the content. Many of my favorite films only get a limited release, and this is likely to be the closest theater around to screen them. The seats are comfy. The screens arent perfect - Theater 1 has had a significant blemish for a while now. But usually the films are presented well. (Ive experienced worse technical issues at nicer, newer theaters.) They have a decent beer selection (not cheap). Highly recommended.

Attempted to see "Meru" on Tuesday night, but when we arrived to the theater they told us they werent showing it that night despite it being on their schedule. There is no published local phone number which can be used to contact the theater directly, so I cannot confirm if they are showing it at any of the posted times today. The number they display is the corporate central information line.

A quaint little theater featuring foreign and independent films. It is small and cozy (and serves beer at the concessions stand), but the movie watching experience is not the most comfortable Ive experienced and is clearly on the lower end of theaters in the area. Still, if you are on the lookout for an obscure film and want some alcohol to go with it, this is the place to go!

Downtown West has an excellent staff that remembers my name everytime I come in there. They are efficient, friendly, and always eager to please. The building is older, but that makes the appeal all the more intriguing. The projectors are all digital for flawless presentation and I have a great experience each time I attend a movie.

Its the local art house. Dont expect stadium seating or bone shaking audio, but its always clean and comfortable. And its not like the Marvel blockbusters are playing here anyway. Staff is attentive. They need to bring back a ticket kiosk as the line for their small booth can get long, but thats my only gripe.

My husband and I attended the showing of Vaxxed. All I can say is wow! We were speechless on the car ride home for a good 10 minutes. Thank you for allowing this documentary to show here! I am so glad I was able to watch this. I learned a lot. Everyone needs to watch this!!

This theatre is old but they keep it spotless! The theatre rooms are quite large, spacious and comfortable. I love that they show unique films you wont see at other theatres and its never so crowded you want to jump off a bridge. Prices are good and staff is friendly.

This is the theatre that shows the indie and more artsy movies. Knoxville is lucky to have a theatre dedicated to these wonderful films, very few cities do. Some of the best films, albeit less known can be seen here.
