This is a good theatre in a convenient central location in St. Augustine. Ive seen a lot of bad reviews about this place for some reason. If you think its too expensive, go on Tuesdays (its only $6) or drive to Jacksonville. If you think the bathrooms are too dirty, ask NICELY for them to please pay more attention and keep them cleaner - women can HOVER, and men...well just try not to slip. If you think the seats are not comfortable or the screen is too small, or the staff is too "conservative", or the handicapped parking spots are too far away, ... well I dont feel bad for you and your selfish little world. Go visit a 3rd world country and open your eyes - you aint got it bad.

Concessions can be a bit pricey but I mean that is the only way the theatre gets its money so its understandable especially when no one is forcing me to buy anything. The ticket price is fine especially since the theatre has no control over it. Employees are great, just trying to do their job without Hassel and annoyingly rude customers. 10/10 would go again since I dont want to just red box a movie while enjoying what ever food I want, in the comfort of my own home. Also if any issues arise all you have to do is let a manager/worker know and they will try to fix it when they can cause you know it does get very busy and they are all just human beings.

This theater looks nice but when in the theater it can sometimes be bad like i wentf to go see ghost in the shell and the projector was one inch off the screen and that bothered me the hole time, when i saw beauty and t hbobe beast the screen froze for like 2 min. And it replayed the middle of the finale act. So over all the seats are comfortable the 3D is ok its not really that good until you see it in imax 3d in there theater they have nice service but it would not really be my first choice for a theater so i would give it a the prices for tickets are really good in my opinion i would give it a B-

I like the theatre, and the staff VERY MUCH! The problem I have is the politically motivated choice of movies they run, and then LIMITING the GOOD MOVIES (like "Boyhood". To ONE SHOW PER DAY), while bringing back movies like "earth to echo, which made me physically ill and got terrible reviews! Also, the owner is clearly a conservative AND BELIEVES EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD BE ALSO AS HE PLAYED the movie "AMERICAN" which is not about America, It is PURELY PROPAGANDA, WHICH IS OFFENSIVE TO INTELLIGENT OPEN-MINDED PEOPLE. KEEP IN MIND, THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE IS how Nazism got started.

Timing is everything. If you pick a times Saturday or "kiddie special" movie opening ,be sure to be the first in to get clean bathroom and good seats. Week day is best for clean and not too crowded. They have great roomy seats and the place does not smell moldy or like urine and the AC is phenomenal. If theater priced treats are too much for you then just visit your favorite Chick Fe Le or McDonalds before going or eat hotdogs and chips at home before going. Great treat to add to July 4th. See movie and get out in time ti see fireworks! Make memories with loved ones.

The screens are small, the seats are small, but the costs are high, with a family of 4 its still cheaper to drive into Jacksonville. Also notice that Epic assumes this market is willing to pay more than ALL of its other markets. It has 4 other locations in Florida, this is the most expensive, really St.Augustine??? A 1 year old before 6pm ( matinee) is $8.0, thats about criminal. I expect to be robbed at the popcorn stand but good god let me through the front door before you nail me....

This place has movies and ok snacks but is a bit pricey, it was clean and an all together enjoyable experience. Their arcade could use a little updating but for what it is, its fine for a cheap 5 minute thrill. The popcorn was good and they have a alright selection of soda. The price of everything was a little disappointing but they are great at what they try to succeed at. Being customer friendly by having a clean and accesible theatre and having very polite and helpful employees.

The theater is very nice and clean. The seats are comfortable and have some rocking action. They do not have the luxury reclining seats, but that is not a big deal to me and my family. Ticket prices are equal to what you are going to pay elsewhere. Candy and soda prices are on par with an AMC theater. The only downside to their refreshments is their popcorn does not taste as fresh as some other theaters. Overall, this is a great place to catch a movie!

I was also glad about this movie theatre, until we finally went, the prices were unreal, and for the money so not worth it. Every person I came across that worked here was so rude, I was going to just ask for a refund and not see the movie, but my family would have been so disappointed. The Carmike theatre in Fleming Island is much better, not a huge thea tre, which is fine with me, but the people are so friendly there, and they are always having deals...

Its the only theater in town (thats how Epic rolls) and so they have a captive audience. The concessions are ridiculously high and have no military discount but, all in all, its not a bad theater. Its clean, not neglected (no broken seats, closed bathroom stalls, all the lights work) and no glitches while the movies are running. I only go to matinee movies to avoid the punks, obnoxious evening viewers, and the $2.00 upcharge, and so, for me, it is fine.

I dont understand all the bad reviews? Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and courteous...never a problem. I also dont think the prices are that outrageous...if they are a little more expensive than Jax theaters that is no biggie since the gas and time it would take to drive to Jax offsets any difference. I do agree though, that the handicapped parking situation is odd. Its better than it was years ago, but still a bit to far to walk.

Way too expensive for what you get. I sent my husband and daughter here on a Sunday evening while I attended a concert at the amphitheater. Why did it cost almost $40 for 2 tickets, drink, and popcorn? Why did the drink come in an Iron Man 3 cup. Iron Man 3 came out years ago... I assume because this is the only theater in town they can get away with being overpriced but just know there are cheaper theaters with better amenities out there.

My husband and I go there almost every Sunday(during the day though). I guess that tells you the theater is not that bad as you would imagine from other reviews. People there are nice; price is not much more expensive than Carmike or AMC in Orange Park ($8 a piece on weekend, a large drink and large popcorn is $11.50 ). Both big screen and small screen are nice, although it appeared to be kinda dark for 3D.

I asked for slushy they tell me they cant sell me slushy due to no lids that they ran out of lids when I asked to speak to manager he told me the same thing on top of burning the whole batch of popcorn i then asked for a corporate number an he goes to the back an comes out with slushy lids. My only reaction was wow i asked for corporates number still an they refused to give me the corporates number.
