Fun atmosphere.. Do not reccommend there birthday parties.. Took my 3 year old there thinking it would be fun..you get two lanes for bowling of 10 kids-no biggie BUT they give you ONE roll cart for kids to use ...ummm nightmare.. Well lets back up. We get there and are greeting by an employee and I said we are here for our little boys birthday party at 3:00. She said Gabriel? I said yes! All excited.. She rolls her eyes and gets frustrated.. So I say "oh well dont seem to excited to help us with our party" she then tells me oh its ok I was trying to get someone to switch with me because I have friends in VIP section over there and wanted someone else to take yours...and keeps walking. WHAT?! Why would you say that? So I continue with party.. She was MIA almost whole time for bowling .. Our pizzas were 15 min late .. She was MIA for present opening : meaning nobody there to pick up the wrapping paper , I poured everyone drinks..I passed out pizzas.. Terrible service... So then I get my bill....$42 gratuity automatically added!!! Ummm NO she did nothing worth of $42. I comoalined and they ultimately took it off after about 15 min of waiting on our ticket so these poor kids could go play in the arcade. They dont allow arcade cards until fully paid.. If I am paying you $300 total I should receive top notch customer service. Theres a reason I did not plan this at my house and a reason they have "host" for parties. Overall my son had fun bowling but will not be back for a party package. Seriously mad I wasted my money. I could have taken 6 kids bowling and order 2 pizzas and drinks for half the price of the package .

I will start by saying it is a nice and clean place HOWEVER - not an affordable place to take your kids for fun! I took my daughter and her friend for a night out and ended up spending a total of $75.00 which included 1 game of bowling for us three, a $20.00 game card for the girls to share and a "small" basket of food which I let the girls have because wasnt enough for me to eat and I refused to spend another dollar there!!! I expressed my concern to the "arrogant" manager and his response was "sorry!" but our prices are compatible with Stars and Strikes. First of all Stars and Strikes is in HIRAM and THREE times the size of this place!!! What a joke! I promise, the food is not that expensive at Stars and Strikes. The server was very apologetic but managers there could care less! Guess what....thats probably why there were a total of about 10 people there! I will NEVER step foot in there again and I would gladly drive a few extra miles to Stars and Strikes or Douglasville Bowling Center!!

I went with my family just this past week and Thunderzone was amazing. The prices seem High but very similar to those of competitors. The food was definitely worth what we paid for it, and it was understandable that they were going to close early because of the amount of people or lack thereof that were there. The staff was always there to answer any questions i had, and some generally seemed like they loved what they do. Now, in a group with two kids, one being quite young, I did want to use one of the handicap ramps, however because of the crowd and limited supplies , I could understand the lack of ramps available. Overall it was a great experience , and our family will continue to go bowl and support thunderzone being a local business rather than attempt to drive out to Stars and Strikes.

Im just going to refer to benny here; this is a arcade/eatery/bowling alley. The prices you paid are amazing for what thus place is. With everything you got, it sounds like a bundle, which can be cheaper if you would of got everything alone. You complain about prices, but when the managaer saod the prices where like stars amd strikes, you complained about how thats in hiram, so wouldnt that mean that prices are justified by being closer, amd more convenient? Lastly, the manager cant do anything about prices. Hes not the owner. If you complain about something being too overpriced, the most he can actually do is say sorry, or get out. Please people, think about these things.

The ppl that work here are serously retarded!! I was in line for 20 mins and they took the person that wasnt even waiting 2 mins. They didnt even acknowledge that they did it. This is the second time that weve been here and the Second retarded thing that they have done. WONT BE BACK and NOW I KNOW why this place is dead on a Sat night in Douglasville when there is nothing to do in this town. They need to get it together before they go out of business..... Would of been promising if the managers trained there employees correctly!!!

The first time I went it was a Friday night. I spent 40.00 and didnt even get to bowl. We had a game card and ate and the food wasnt that good. It was me and my 5 year old. 40.00 dollars thats ridiculous. My daughter just asked to go again today its Sunday. They say its a lot cheaper on Sundays, I dont know Im afraid to find out. I will give it 1 star. I was happy we had a fun place to go in Douglasville for the kids, but Not So Happy Now. This place is too expensive.

Went to a friends party, and everything was fine until after laser tag. I decided to try the Typhoon with a friend, and the card didnt have any money. I checked with my friend and his didnt have any either. We asked the rest of the party and they said theirs had money. The friend and I decided to ask a employee about the money. When he came back with our cards he said that all the money was spent on Typhoon

Great Local Fun place. Its Smaller than Stars and Strikes but its still a fun time. Be prepared to have $$$$$$ you cant show up with $20 thinking youre going to have a Lifetime Experience....Be for real! My family of 5 (including 2 adults) can spend $125 easy for 4 hours of fun & Food! Chef Fox is Awesome at JRs inside Thunderzone

Had fun but was not satisfied with food. Voicemail says .50¢ wings only to be told "oh its actually .60¢ wings" also ordered fish sandwich that comes with topped with Chipotle slaw to be told " our menus are old it doesnt come with slaw anymore" I would have ordered something different if I was told that.
